I have had several deliveries of flowers from you to various people - but the special one was Friday 15th June to m7y wife - it was our 45thwedding anniversary - I(t6 was sent Meadowview Nursing Home where my is because of dementia. Advertise next day delivery. After chasing a van courier visited to tell recipients that their surprise had been ruined by a bottle of port breaking so they wouldn't be getting it. After web complaint it was delivered but 5 days late and not a surprise. The bottle was Vignes d'oc Pays d'oc not port. The web site asks me to get a photograph. |A simple gift to a seriously sick lady has turned into a nightmare. The complaints process is nonsense. I didn't want hard work I just wanted to cheer a grievously sick lady up a bit.
Simple to place order, regular updates of when the flowers would be arriving and beautiful flowers received. Great value and Great service.
Ordered a bouquet did not specify a time and within the order it does not state the time span so presumes it would be with me before 6pm on the day, oh no it wasn't so the lady who was 60 had to wait until the next day for the delivery which came at 4 pm
I ordered a bereavement flower from Serenata for the first time. I was so impressed with the level of service I got from the moment I clicked the order button till they delivered the follower to the beneficiary. Their communication is fantastic. Simple, easy to follow and correctly/sympathetically worded, as if their on the shoes of the customer. The beneficiary also texted upon recieving the flowers to let me know how pleased she was with the flowers.
Bought a Grandissimo bouquet of flowers as a surprise and the Pink Roses were dead and shrivelled
Contacted the so called Customer Service to be told to "remove the Guard Petals from the flowers" but they were too far gone after submitting 10 separate photos Staff at Serenata were no closer to a resolution so ended up spending more money and going to Interflora who saved the day and when I actually shown them the Photos of the bouquet from Serenata they were horrified
My Advice to ANYONE is avoid Serenata as Customer Care is not Important and you get fobbed off asking for more and more photos but not addressing the issues at hand

Fantastic next day service. Ordered them from the other side of the world for a friend's birthday. Was kept informed with fun emails every step of the way and my friend said the flowers are beautiful. Can't ask for more!

I have used Serenata for a couple of years now. Never failed on customer service. Recipient has just been "bowled over" by the flowers - would highly recommend and I would not use anyone else.
Ordered huge birthday arrangement - what arrived was 4 roses, a number of tiny blooms and lots of green foilage. I was embarrassed and mortified to have paid £45+ for equivalent of roadside flowers. Over half died within less than 48hrs, when I complained I was told to send photos. Although sent was told not received and nothing they could do as it was now the morning of day 4 not within 3 days. Shocked by poor customer service as have been ordering from Serenata for yrs. Will not be doing so again - do not waste your money!
