I'm getting compliments on my complexion! I didn't like wearing make-up until I discovered this! It sits on your skin under your foundation and lasts all day! It's light and smooths out the skin. When I walk through the door in the evening, my make-up looks like it did when I left in the morning. I love it!

Love the products. Been a distributor 6 years in January. Paid my yearly fee then. Broke my back in April and was busy with thar. I went inactive and had 30 days to reactivate. I missed that. They want me to pay $85.00 to sign up again. Not good to their Distributors unless you spend a certain amount each month.

I was sent some free samples this week and decided to try them out last night. I used to face wipes to remove the oils from during the day and used the moisturizer before bed. I woke up to my skin burning, red and dry skin spots all over my face, especially around my lips. A friend loves this brand but for me and my skin specifically it's a no go. I'll be sticking to my normal skin care products.

My lips broke out in blisters and I have never had mouth blisters before. Kissed my husband and he also got a blister. You can't make this stuff up.

Over priced. Fake, and an MLM. There are other products out there that does a better job and does not obligate you to have a horrible, painful experience. Be careful out there. It's a beauty cult that will leave you stressed and broke than when you started.

It's a pyramid scheme. When a majority of earnings is from recruitment of a downline it is a pyramid scheme. Yes they have products but you make peanuts selling the products compared to recruitment. You are more likely to lose money or go into debt if you sign up for this MLM. It's also quite fishy that they do not have an income disclosure statement. Save your money!

Saw this on a "Queen's" (LOL) fb page at some retreat she was at. Says they always incorporate a Bible verse --Give me break! Read inside the lines. These corporate leaders should be ashamed of themselves. What a scam. I feel really sorry for anyone who has fallen for the scam of any pyramid scheme.

I had originally gotten the lip gloss as a gift from a neighbor, since she had been moving and needed to get rid of some items. She handed me this lip gloss specifically since she said she had no need for it anymore, so i tried it on. It was the worst mistake in my life. Not only was it sticky among application, but it was burning horribly. This was a few years ago yes, but it was scarring since i have a huge love for make up. My lips at the time were in no way chapped, but when i managed to clean it off, my lips swelled a small bit, were red, as well as irritated beyond belief.

Tip for consumers:
please do research on the ingredients they use before you buy the products, it may spare you pain

i used the lip gloss, it was gifted to me from an old neighbor

I bought lots of colors because I liked the idea of them not bleeding off or smearing. Every color dried my lips and started flaking off after a few minutes.
It just didn't work well for me.

After being a Sengence distributor for 12+ years, I was deactivated. Not putting in an order since COVID 19 In March, They deactivated my account. Like the product but the company really sucks, they have no loyalty to their distributors!

I am so pissed! This lipsense blistered my lips. Tried it again thinking it was a fluke. Oh no! Not a fluke. Now my lips are blistered for Christmas photos. Go get a normal store bought product and save yourself the money and the pain. For the money, this stuff should be gold.

This is simply a pyramid scheme dressed up as a legit company. Cheap products with utterly nonsense claims, sold at a 500% mark-up. Scam Scam Scam...

I'm a long time distributor I originally signed up mid-1990's. This year has been chaos Senegence. To me, it seems a distributor can only get the product if they are a high producer or a new distributor. When I can not order product and my long time customer tells me "This person has stock so I ordered it from her" It kills me and makes me feel so maltreated.

You have to pay the shipping fee if you wanna exchange the products... it say 100% guarantee customer satisfaction... NAH... dont order

This company is horrible. I love the products I use and other people have used. But it is extremely hard to order anything with all the out of stock issue. I mean 1 color or item every other week. People panic buy and buy all the colors that come out so it doesn't leave any for others to order. Some of us have a fulltime job and a family to raise we can't sit in front of the computer waiting to see what's going to come out. They should limit the # of items selected per distributor and not 20 of the same color for 1 person. We voice the concerns we have to corporate office but none is addressed. I mean so many people could have invested their time and money in a different company. Maybe even stop signing up new people until you get all the back orders completed, set a limit on how many colors each person can order and then start getting more people on so they sign up with things they can actually get.

I first bough the LipSense - hated it. Burned and did not last like promised. Awful. Then my distributor sold me a $200.00 set of cleanser, moisturizers and eye cream. Only the night cream was decent. The rest was not even worth using. But the WORST is the eye cream. Even a speck of it cakes in my fine lines under my eyes. I was told to use less - no difference. Then I was told to only use it at night and get another one for day. WHAT? The 3 in 1 cleanser is so harsh that I could never use it twice a day as recommended. I just threw $200.00 away. :(

Over-priced merchandise and poor corporate customer service. I purchased the SeneSerum-C and tried it twice. The "beauty beads" fail to dissolve completely making it look like there's white flakes (dandruff) all over your skin. And the glitter/shimmer! Ugh! I'm in my mid-40's and do not want to be covered in glitter. Save that for the 12 year olds! And I must say that nowhere in the product description could I find anything that states this product contains glitter (or I'd have passed on this purchase in the first place). I also didn't like the perfumey fragrance, as I'm sensitive to smell.

I submitted a review directly on their corporate website and received a vanilla response the next day from their Corporate Marketing and Communications Manager, Ashley Shafer, saying my concerns will be directed to the appropriate departments (i. E. their trash can). Of course, they also failed to display my review. Hmmm...

Most notable, corporate customer service did not offer any refund or information on how to return this product. This is clearly a gimmick/scam. Serious skincare should not have glitter or make your skin look like you're suffering from a severe dandruff disorder. I strongly advise anyone who's interested in a legitimate vitamin C serum to look elsewhere or just get something much less expensive from your local drug store, where it's easier to get your money back.

I can wear any cheap dollar store brand make up, avon, etc. but i CANNOT wear anything from this company, especially lipsense. I had a reaction from it (shedding skin, rash and pimples) all around my mouth from this product. This is not healthy nor should be tolerated on the market! I had to stop immediately and getting my money back was a little difficult. I purchased the item around Xmas and didnt use it right away, so naturally the distributor didn't want to take it back. And it appeared she doesn't keep that much stock on hand, always had to get from other people. Whole experience was weird!

I ordered Lash Sense Waterproof Mascara for $20 plus shipping. I received it two weeks later and the tube was totally empty. Senegence wants me to pay a 10% restocking fee and shipping again when it is their mistake their is NO PRODUCT to try. They do not take care of their customers or distributors. They charged the distributor a 10% restocking fee and shipping twice as well. I refuse to buy their crap again! If I still want the mascara, I will need to wait about a month or so being they are out of stock! They need to go out of business for good!

I love the lipsense, but the company is run very poorly. I loved the lip product so i became a distributor. $55 ($63 with tac etc) gets you in. Once in i saw hardly NO product is in stock! I ordered what i could, placing orders totaling $409. In a months time i have only recieved 2 lip colors, 2 oops, and 3 glosses. The others are "backordered" or "ready to ship"... For weeks!? Im not ordering anything else. They dont seem to know how to run a company.

Don't ever buy any of this company's products. I bought all 5 of their diamond colors with diamond gloss for Valentine's Day well over a month before Valentine's Day. Despite repeated inquiries from my distributor there was nothing by Valentine's Day. The lipstick finally shipped late. Today, after keeping the money for almost 3 months they refunded the diamond gloss amount. The diamond gloss was the only reason I paid the extra money for their overpriced lipstick.

I was just sent some small free samples of random things. I only used the foundation and the lip balm. My lips hurt and are dried out and my cheeks look like I got sunburned and they hurt! I would most definitely never recommend. Thank goodness it was free.

This is a scam. They must make their money on signing up new distributors because for months now they've been saying they are experiencing growing pains but constantly are out of stock on almost every single item. This company should have worked it's problems out by now. They also take your money right away and then don't ship your order till over a month later, then not ship the complete order. They've not responded to any of my emails. I highly encourage your to read the reviews. You'd be crazy to buy into this poorly run business. However, the lipsense is a great product, too bad the company is so bad to deal with.

I really do like the products but they are NEVER in stock. Typically, demand greater than supply is a good business model UNLESS it turns buyers away from your product forever! If I owned this company I would be would get some more manufacturers ASAP. Do they not want to make as much money as possible?! I really don't understand why they can't keep products in stock.

I began this in 2016 and they have yet to get stock in. How is a distributor supposed to make anything when you can't order stock. Another thing is getting on to the site when new stock comes in! You CAN'T! I am so disappointed with this whole thing. Beware if your planning on joining as you make nothing!
