Very good, early morning collection and prompt delivery
I wanted to transfer a suitcase from Sweden to Denmark. After waisting two hours of my time booking online with their horrible website system and accepting my order at first. The company then e-mailed me that they cannot provide service from my location. Then, I gave them another address at Gothenburg University, but they were unable to give me a pickup time. One cannot stay 24 hours at the University for them to pick the order up. I do not recommend this company, since it is a total waste of time and their service is horrible.
When I bought tickets to another country in order to relax a bit from my job, I forgot about adding luggage to my tickets. I understood that I couldn't fly to another country on couple of weeks without any things. So I started to search for some services which can help me to srot out in this problem. I found sendmybag in the internet and they assured me that I could trust my luggage to them and they would send it right after my flight to the country of my destination. Some of the stuff arrived broken, one of the boxes had a massive hole in it. My television was shipped in its original packaging and was broken. I was moving internationally and timed it so that it would arrive on the Tuesday. It arrived a full day early on the Monday, which was not in any way convenient. Overall, while it appears to have been the best available option, it was very much not a good experience.

Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
