Fantastic Service

Absolutely fantastic quick professional service parcel got to Australia from U. K. sooner than I expected. Will certainly use Send My Bag again. A great team of people even down to the guy who picked the box up

Bad experience

Do not use sendmybag, the service is not fit for purpose and the customer service staff is rude and horrible.
I was moving from one country to another in Europe and did not have a lot to move so I thought it was ok to use them.
Please Note that they use DHL to send your stuff by plane so they are just intermediaries. Furthermore, it is very easy to book the service but the nightmare starts afterwards. They are plenty of things that you actually can not send (and you only find out after booking them) such as most toiletries. They also have plenty of disclaimer all over the place to ensure that their customers can not make any claim.
DHL was late to deliver and delivered in many days which meant I had to take a day off. There were confusion between what DHL was telling me on the delivery and what sendmybag was telling me. Long story short, things did not go smoothly at all and the boxes came in bad state (torn)
Most importantly, where DHL called me to acknowledge, apologise for the issues encountered and even offered a refund, sendmybag did not acknowledge anything, were extremely defensive and kept on saying that there was nothing wrong and that they warned me somewhere in their terms and conditions that there could be issues like the ones I had. When I got frustrated with their attitude and that the talks got heated with sendmybag, the customer service staff, as usual, played the victims, claiming I was being rude.
All in all, run away. If you need to move things across a country, use DHL directly as their customer service is better or use a proper moving company….

I used this service to send a luggage to Spain. They quickly took my money (and by the way they use DHL so you might as well book directly through DHL instead). From then the nightmare began, they collected my luggage, I had to take the day off work, then they started to require more paperwork for customs, I have sent the same documents 7 times to them, to DHL and to the customs in Spain. I have called them, emailed them, you name it, it will be one month in 7 days! The best part is, my luggage came back to the initial place and I have since then asked them for a refund an compensation on the damage luggage, the waste of time, the waste of money with phone calls, the added stress. Yet today is the 10th of December and nothing has been done. They are rubbish and they will not even refund you!

SendMyBag attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

My daughters parcel

Saw your site on Facebook. Wanted to send parcel out to
Australia to my daughter so I said I would look into yer site and I was very happy I did. Parcel arrived safe and sound in ten days. An post was much dearer and also very slow. So glad of your service. And will definitely use this site again. I have recommended ye to other family members.

Super Service

SendMyBags is a super convenient, efficient and easy way to send excess baggage internationally. We recentyl moved overseas from the USA and had more luggage than our airline would accept. So we uses SendMyBag and it was affordable, super fast and everything arrived safe. My kids loved tracking the location of our luggage through the app and the bags were delivered to our door! Easy! I will definitely recommend them to future travellers.

SCAM - DRIVERS ARE NO-SHOW

I picked a date and time slot for collection in Kent, England - The driver was a no-show the entire day. We called and called, the phone operator kept telling us the driver would come. Didn't show up the next day either. When my family member asked about a refund they said we would only get a fraction of our money back even-though they didn't provide any sort of service. Trying to get the box to be collected from a different address currently - the phone operators are incredibly rude and useless.

If you live in a busy area, don't use this service as they clearly don't hire enough drivers for the work load.

So fast, great service

I used both SendMyBag and Seven Seas and this service was far superior. I think it ended up being cheaper and so much faster. Really impressed with the speed and efficiency of this service. 10/10 would recommend for suitcases.

Efficient

One star lost due to booking problem from Canada using a Chrome book. It was sorted by gentleman, customer service, in USA, doing all the booking on telephone. UK customer service stated could not help. Gentleman in USA said this problem has occurred prior using a Chrome book... otherwise recommend strongly. Price was fair and took so little time to deliver from Vancouver, Canada to an address in Surrey UK, about 3 days.
