It's impossible to get a refund.. the customers services does not have any respect for people.. they will never answer your questions.. The images & pictures that they are showing in the website are not real.. they have chinese products.. i'll never buy again from this company and i'll recommend to do the same.. the cost for products are too expensive and quality is very very very poor.. i tried to recontact them without any results.. even by email.. maybe after this review they will try to talk with me to show people that they are always worried about customers and people.. but that's not true!... I LOST MY MONEY !!!
