The handle on my brand-new hard case lite weight extra larger suitcase with spin wheels broke during one normal travel experience. I reached out to this company for a replacement handle or a new suitcase, to no avail. The suite-case was purchased whiles I was visiting Montreal Canada (winners) at the end of September 2022 and my trip was taken in December 10 2022 I sent emails requesting a replacement and was denied because I lost my receipt. I am a very dissatisfied customer. I will not be buying anymore luggage from this company obviously there is a manufacture defect and they do not back their poorly assembled product. The airline did not break the handle.

While it may not have the durability to withstand rough handling as a checked-in bag over the course of many years, it serves me exceptionally well as a carry-on option. So many different varieties of Luggage, bags, Suitcase and other travel accessories are offered at very reasonable cost. I truly liked the brand new collections and styles. Also, the material of bag is fantastic. Overall, nice experience shopping here.
