I ordered two bouquets for my friend and sister on Valentine's Day and was so disappointed when I saw what they received, they do not look at all like the picture's and all of this for almost 80 dlls each.
So my husband ordered flowers for me on Valentine's Day even though it said same day delivery but then told us I would get them today. Guess what no flowers and they changed the day I would get them. We called to figure out why they changed the day no one could give us a reason. We called back and the reason they gave us was they didn't know why they couldn't deliver once we asked for a full refund now all of a sudden my flowers could get delivered today. We still asked for a full refund and now they sent a email saying the flowers were delivered. They were not thank you for scamming my husband out of a lot of money that he could have used to pay his bills how about y'all get a real job and stop scamming people who are just trying to do something nice for someone thank you come again
Used this service for the third time and flowers have never been delivered on the day promised.

These people are all the way in India it appears. Do not use this company your flowers will never arrive! After 3 phone calls 3 different days they were supposed to deliver no flowers were delivered they kept saying they couldn't find a local florist in a city with a million florist! Save yourself a headache! Unless you want to have to keep calling them and arguing with people to have your flowers delivered use a better company! These people should be out of business! I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!
Delivery day was changed, got and email notifying that arrangement will be changed as they don't have the product I ordered. I requested a photo of substitute item and hey couldn't provide it. Item delivered was not as advertised flowers are nothing as advertised. Will not use them again. Advertised product not like delivered
They lie about my order for 3 days but certainly could charge my credit card for flowers that were never delivered!

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them. Read below. My story is the same as all the others; no delivery, bad communication. Disappointing, to say the least.
Ordered flowers for a Saturday 12PM funeral on a Tuesday. There is a florist almost across the street from funeral home and half a dozen within 10 miles. Ordered flowers for Friday delivery, to get them there a full day early. Saturday morning they email me that there have been unforeseen delays and they will be delivered by 9PM on Saturday. This is not excusable and then they have the audacity to tell me well we can send the flowers somewhere else if you prefer? They were for a funeral for crying out loud. I should have read these reviews I see now before ordering. If you cannot get flowers across the street in 4 days then you suck. Now the craziness of trying to get my money back and apologizing to the family.
I ordered the Christmas tree for $83.00. It took 4 days past the delivery day to be delivered. When it was delivered it did not look like the picture in any way. Worst mistake of my life ordering from them.
Worst flowers service I have ever encountered. Flowers ordered for delivery to arrive on the 21st, email on the 21 sorry we can't find a florist to deliver we will deliver on the 26th. Customer service agent offers a discount but then says they will deliver on the 23rd. I accept, as it is too late to find alternative solution. Get an email on the 23rd, sorry will be delivered on the 26th and sorry, so we will deliver for free. So new in-laws didn't get flowers for the family gathering. Recommend don't use this company!
I have to say they are awful. I have been back and forth with them for TWO full days now, with still no delivery, yet it says my flowers were delivered both days. Then, they had the gall to offer me a 50% discount to have them delivered tomorrow, which would make day THREE. If you couldn't deliver them on day one or on day two, why would I think that you will deliver them on day three.
One email that was time stamped at 5:48 stated that my order was "delivered" at 5:55. WHAT?
Read that again, it doesn't even make sense.

Ordered the "premium" arrangement of a bouquet called TREASURED ROSE for a friend's birthday. I was mortified to see the photo of the arrangement she received which contained ZERO roses. First they offered me a 30% refund which I told them was not acceptable. They now say they will redeliver the bouquet I ordered, but cannot give me an expected delivery date. Based on all of the reviews I've read, which i should have researched before ordering, my friend will never recieve the arrangement I ordered. Please save your time, money, and the aggravation of doing business with this company.
I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. They are awful and please do NOT order from them! Zero stars! After I ordered and paid, they switched to another arrangement and on the special day the flowers were to be delivered, they told me the flowers would not be delivered! What? They ruined the special day! Send flowers is a scam!
They are a scam. Ordered poinsettia in a wicker pot. They said it was delivered yesterday. Never was. Then said they would send an upgraded version today, said it was delivered again. But yet again. Never arrived. I am disappointed and mad.
The address on the order was very clear. What they brought is supposed to go across town. These are funeral flowers, with a funeral card that where brought to my 19th wedding anniversary. Lord knows what happened to my actual order that never came.

I ordered the Bee well soon bouquet which was to be a yellow vase with bee logo as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers. What was delivered was a complete scam! Plain see through cheap vase with flowers that already had started wilting. Never again!
Paid $83.67 10/12/24 based on the picture for my inlaw's wedding anniversary. Was shocked at how ugly the actual delivered product was from my mil. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
Look at the photos of what I ordered versus what I received. And you decide whether or not to ever order from this business. When we complained they only refund us 10%…which is the same as a coupon discount they offer on a regular basis. Save time and money and buy elsewhere.
Ordered the pink rose with white lily bouquet from the 1st page of the "Just because". What came was something I could have purchased at a grocery store. Very disappointed. Will not waste my money here again. Read the reviews on this company.
I had great experience with send flowers.com, order was placed for the same day delivery to address in Missouri and beautiful flowers arrived as promised! Seems like people tend to leave negative comments but not so eager to share positive experience
