Ordered a very large gift basket for my Aunt in NY as I live in WI. They promised next day delivery. Didn't arrive even though I got notification saying it did. Then I call and they said we will deliver 4 days later so now she won't have her Christmas gift for Christmas! Well on the 4th day later guess what! Still nothing! I demanded a refund. If I don't receive refund in 3 days guess who will back to give and other bad review. That's right ME! Buyers beware! Do not order from this company. If I could use profanity in my review I would drop so many curse words about my experience with these guys!
I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday online and all that went fine then I get an email about 30 minutes later stating that they do not have the flowers I hold her in stock. I emailed them back asking them what they were going to replace it with they could not answer after four or five emails I'm still getting nowhere I simply wanted to know what they were replacing them with to see if it was equal value. So instead of me getting to pick what I will sending my wife some floors randomly put together something and they sent it out. All of the customer service is auto response you will not get anyone on the phone don't waste your time with this company I ordered the purple tulips
Ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered on Friday and they came late. Arrived finally on Sunday at 1 pm. Flowers were dead, stinky, and horrible. I am absolutely embarrassed and would never use them again. I paid $60 for a roses and lily bouquet and the photo is what my mother received. 0/10 awful.
Like so many on this site, I messed up before ordering a bouquet of flowers for a sick relative. The advertised pic hardly resembles what was actually delivered in both size and quality. I complained and was first offered $10 gift credit and then told them I'd never order from them again. They responded a second time and offered a whopping 10% refund credit which would amount to $5. I told them I'll get more satisfaction giving them a horrible review than the $5 refund.
Buyer beware! Stay away from this company. I wish I had and read the reviews in advance. My mistake.
I ordered the Lavish Lavender Rose Bouquet for my mother. It was a sympathy bouquet as her sister just passed. When she sent me a photo of the bouquet with a thank you, I was horrified! I tried to have them replace the bouquet or refund my money. After being put on hold 20 times, I was told they had to do an investigation into what happened. I was told I would receive a return call, never did. I called the florist that delivered directly, and thankfully she agreed to replace the bouquet. She said the order form they sent her only indicated red and white flowers. The photo shows what I ordered versus what Mom received! Horrible company! Their satisfaction guarantee is complete BS.
I ordered a deluxe bouquet of flowers for my mom because she had surgery. I know bright colors can lift people spirits so i found some bright flowers and a beautiful vase on sendflowers that i chose. I ordered at noon and they waited until the last fre minutes before 6pm to deliver. When the flowers came they looked like some cheap a** easter flower arrangement. Nothing like the picture, the vase wasnt even the same. There were no hot pink or purple flowers. I was very upset. They tried to offer a re-delivery but the damage was already done. Why would i trust you to do it a second time. Since i declined the re-delivery they wanted to give me %20 off the arrangement. I declined. I paid $80 for 1 balloon and flowers which was pretty expensive to me so i told them %20 wasnt going to work. They promised %50 and i just accepted it. I know now though that i will not be ordering from this company again. They make sure to delete the negative comments from their fb page too!
I ordered the burgundy lily flower bouquet 2 weeks before Father's Day described as "Send a dark burgundy and maroon flower bouquet, to express your deepest devotion whether as romantic, love gesture, or merely to say thank you. With this gorgeous arrangement of rich dark red rose, scarlet asiatic lily". What they did was have a local florist send a red, white and blue 4th of July type arrangement of roses and other regular flowers you can get at the grocery. I don't think they even tried to send the advertised arrangement.
Ordered flowers for my mother's funeral - received an order confirmation and then 10 hours later received an email stating they could not fulfill the order. My money was still tied up with them, preventing me from being able to order a replacement. If you need flowers delivered - DO NOT use this company!
Ugh! First shortcoming was not delivered on the day promised/needed for a surprise engagement homecoming didn't happen.

This company is false advertisement. They offer same delivery, but fail to follow through. His happened to me in May. I thought it might be a one time thing and dive they offered me a discount, I tried them again today against my better judgement. No. My flowers were not delivered. DO NOT USE THEM.
I ordered a Christmas tree arrangement for my 84 YO home bound mother. Pine branches, red and white carnations, red roses, ribbons small ornaments small white flowers. Sendflowers substituted a gingerbread house cheap blue, green, white, purple flowers without red. Also a fake candy ornament. After I complained I was given back $23 of the $91 I spent.

I ordered the Deluxe Classic Christmas Rose Bouquet that included red carnation, white roses, green poms, Christmas greenery and berries. There were no daisies in the picture or description. When I complained I received an apology and a $12 credit. Then I read all the bad reviews. This is my first and last time using them. I should have checked their reviews first.
Didn't even think to check before using this service, so sadly most of blame I guess should be on me. Arrangement I ordered was a third of the size pictured. Was so embarrassed when I asked recipient to send picture. Called customer service and went to India/Dominican Republic and got lip service. Better off sending nothing. Bottom line…don't use Sendflowers.com. You'll be ripped off
So my wife's favorite flower is a tulip, so for our anniversary I send the "premium" arrangement of flowers that include tulips. The arrangement did not include any tulips at all, and did not seem premium at all. I sent an email complaining that there were no tulips, the response I get back says to read the fine print. Substitutions can be made by the florist. They included a $10 discount on my NEXT order, yeah right. NEVER again.
I ordered 20 tulips and 1 smiley face mylar balloon for Valentine's day (today), and my wife only received 12 tulips and not a smiley face! I just called them and I have been on hold for more than 22 minutes waiting to talk to someone regarding this mistake! The pictures below show what I ordered/paid for and what I received. You be the judge!
PS: I did get a hold of a live rep after 40 minutes on the phone and he agreed to send me another order in seven (7) days. Let's see what happens. If I don't receive the correct order, I will update this review.
A ridiculous amount of money for a pathetic display of flowers. The pictures online look nothing like what you actually get. DO NOT waste your money! You would be much better off going to Kroger or Costco!
Flowers were not delivered on the day they said and was not notified until it was too late to get them from somewhere else and customer service was absolutely horrible. Would give zero stars if I could.
My sister and I have been unable to travel to spend time with our mother on her birthday. Instead, our plan was to show her how much she is loved and missed through an elegant birthday bouquet. I am beyond embarrassed that her PREMIUM "Lavish Rose Bouquet" looked more like something that would be purchased at a local grocery store rather than from a florist. We absolutely did not get what was advertised and certainly not what we paid for. Customer service did refund a small portion and the cost of the birthday balloon that they forgot but still absolutely not worth the money we paid.
I made the mistake of having flowers delivered twice from this company and both deliveries were not as pictured. For my first order I selected premium so they should have been bigger than the picture and it was a very small bouquet. There was also supposed to be a vase with a cross on it. The next one was supposed to be all roses and my delivery had 2.
I ordered flowers to my daughters' birthday. They delivered the wrong flower TWO days after my daughter's birthday. This is what I call mess-up others people special day. Totally disappointed. They offered me 50% refund. They usually have three prices; I paid the "Deluxe" which according to them flowers would look similar to the picture on website.
I would never use or recommend this company again. They should try another business. I wish I had read the reviews first.
