Flower Delivery

I placed an order on their website. I was sent a "Delivered" email. I went to follow up with company and I was told it won't be delivered until 4 days after my initial delivery date. Why send a confirmation of delivery if the flowers were never delivered!

Abysmal.

My mother spend $120 on a bouquet of balloons, a teddy bear, and a box of chocolates for my brother in the hospital on the other side of the country. What he received looked like something we could have made with supplies from the dollar store for five dollars. We are disappointed and embarrassed. When I called customer service I had to fight just for a refund of the balloons. As many times as I asked for a supervisor or manager my request was denied. We still want a full refund. Do not use this service. Very very disappointed.

Product never delivered!
November 19, 2020

I ordered a large fruit basket for my sons 35 birthday. I paid extra for same day delivery they sent me a email that it was delivered. I was at the house all day never showed. So I called they said it will take 24 hours to investigate. My wife was not having it she demanded a full refund. Stay away from this shady business.

I decided to send my family a bouquet (somewhat last minute) and found this website online. I was a bit skeptical based on some of the reviews I read, however the flowers & personalized note arrived as planned and they were beautiful! The customer service was also great - quick to respond and very helpful. Overall great experience!

I ordered flowers from this site because they had reasonable prices. After I placed my order I randomly searched for reviews about them and saw all these negative reviews. I freaked out and tried to cancel my order. I chat with a cust rep. And he asked why I wanted to cancel. I let him know the truth and how I felt uncomfortable after reading the reviews. But he assured me that everything would be ok and that he would contact the florist to make sure delivery was on time and accurate. Shortly after that I got a call from my friend saying that she got her flowers and they were beautiful! I was happy with them and will most likely use this site again. The flower arrangement was super pretty too for only being $20!

So bad!

Ordered a gorgeous arrangement from the website. $70 for tulips and roses. Was so excited to have this on my table for my womens group from church. Site listed 5 flower types in arrangement. Flowers arrived the day before- not one of those flower varieties present. Called to complain. Saud they'd send new arrangement. Arrangement arrived the next day, after my event ended. Arrangement was 6 inches across. 2 roses. 2 tulips.NOT the lush arrangementI ordered. So disappointed. Angry, actually. Only good thing I have to say is that they issued my refund quickly, and it hit my account almost immediately. Picture below of my 70 dollar arrangement. Check it against the BOUQUET OF TULIPS AND ROSES on their site. Ordered the $70 size.

Missing balloons
October 28, 2019

I tried to send balloons to my friend for her birthday. As an after thought I added a small bag of chocolates to the order. This is the only thing that got delivered. No balloons. I was so disappointed, since it was supposed to be the main present! The company refunded part of my order and apologized but I will never use them again. What a let down.

Absolutely awful

If I could give a -5 star review I would. I paid almost 100.00 for a flower order, I also paid extra for next day delivery. It is now a month and a half later and the flowers still haven't been delivered. I have reached out twice and both times have been told "sorry they haven't been sent. They will be. Here is a 10% off coupon for your next order". I have now requested a refund so let's see if I even get that stay far away from this company.

UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I ordered a $70 arrangement for my brothers funeral. It was supposed to be a full rounded arrangement, a nice size, but instead I got a very small arrangement that one would pay under $30. My total was $82 with delivery and they were delivered a few minutes before the service although I requested delivery the day before. I will NEVER order from here again.

Bait and switch

The first photo is what the website represented I would be getting. The second is what my friend actually received. It was called bouquet of orange roses, but she received exactly three roses. For $49! Do not buy from this company. They grossly misrepresent the product.

The delivery was dropped off on the front porch after ringing the doorbell although it cost $14.99 + $2.99 for same day delivery. The flowers looks as if they were picked up at target for $15 and I was charged a total of $70. Buyer BEWARE

EMBARRASSING FLOWERS

Do not order flowers from this site. I payed 70 dollars for orchids to give to my wife for Valentine's Day. What I ordered on their website and what I recieved was utter disappointment and embarrassing. The flowers was put in a cup smaller then my hand. There was only two orchids that bloomed. The rest of them were buds that were falling off. They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed but far from it. They refunded me 10 dollars of the 70 dollars i spent. Was very unhappy hints the rant. So i hope this review keeps you from making the mistake i did. Pictures attached)

Bad service

This flower delivery service is terrible. The flowers were cancelled for delivery on my mother's birthday. They emailed me of this issue after the date of delivery and asked for a contact number. I provided a contact number on 2 separate accounts. It took them 1 week to finally call me over this issue. So a week and a half after my mothers birthday i finally got someone to talk to about my order. I did receive a full refund and was given a $15 "certificate" that doesn't come in play till you freaking pay FULL PRICE for the flowers on a new order. The $15 is a dumb a** refund where you have to go through hoops to obtain. Thats a bull s*** way to do business. And the representatives over the phone were not very helpful or cooperative. Very confusing and rude. I would not recommend this flower service EVER.

Basically stole my money
December 23, 2023

Flowers were supposed to arrive for a funeral before 11 AM on Friday. I contacted customer care 2 days beforehand to ensure they would be delivered before 11 am. There were no flowers at the funeral from us. We ended up getting a notification later that afternoon after the church was closed saying that they were supposedly delivered. We could not get in contact with the church, so we waited until the next day. Send Flowers only refunded me 20% even though I don't think this delivery ever even existed. The church and the funeral home both say that a delivery was never made. I asked Send Flowers to let me know who the delivery affiliate was, and they sent me a generic response saying the delivery affiliate is sorry for an inconvenience. They never said that the flowers were delivered or not, or who was supposed to deliver them. Absolutely terrible service.

SendFlowers proved to be very unprofessional!
They don't fulfill orders and the quality is terrible, wasted money and guaranteed bad impression. I wonder if they realize that we generally buy gifts and rely on them... Every time a problem and a shame. I attach the photo of what I received... It had to be a premium order...

So disappointing
March 30, 2021

Ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday as I am 3 hours away. First I purposely pick a bouquet that promised same day shipping, get an email several hours later that I will not be getting it till the following day. Second I ordered a $50 bouquet with sunflowers and several other flowers in a Mason jar... so I get a second email telling me they can't complete the order and are going to sub it, the arrangement they sent was HORRIBLE! Not worth $15 let alone 50! I made a complaint and got a whole $10 back! I could have drove the 3 hours, lost a whole day of work and got them from Walmart and been happier!

Pleasantly Surprised

I ordered flowers from this place without reading the reviews. I finally read the reviews the day before scheduled delivery and was very concerned after seeing some of the images and stories. I considered cancelling but I only paid $49 including delivery so I just figured we will see what happens. I purchased the deluxe custom flowers where the florist designs the arrangement for you. You don't know what the arrangement will look like until it is delivered. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the flowers were delivered on the selected delivery date and the surprise arrangement was actually very pretty. I probably will continue to order through 1-800 flowers for peace of mind after these reviews, but these were beautiful. Maybe the not knowing what type of arrangement you will get helps.

This site is not only expensive but they mislead your order. I ordered a Potted Pink Azalea Bonsai Tree and they sent a flowerless bonsai! Charged me $82
The first picture is the one on SendFlowers and the second pictures is what was received! Terrible service! So disappointing!

Not As Expected

I ordered a beautiful arrangement with multiple different flowers and what I got was 3 sunflowers and one other type of flower. Looked awful, nothing like they advertised as. I know you're not going to get the exact arrangement but clearly no effort here at all. I would never order from Sendflowers again. Two thumbs down

Don't buy from them, Customer service is terrible, don't spend time and most important waste a special moment waiting for this company to fulfill it. It won't happened, they simply don't care, but they'll charge you the same day. Good Luck getting your money back!
