After I ordered my flowers, i found this review website and it stressed me out! I had ordered the Tulips to be delivered on Saturday and i did a live chat with someone to confirm if it had been delivered and they said it was, I later got a message from the person I sent them to and he said they were right there on the porch waiting, and they were in very nice shape! I wouldn't recommend doing this if yall live in an apartment complex people could easily steal them especially since they leave them on the porch or by the door if no one is home when they deliver. But I can honestly say I had a good experience thank goodness! Oh! Research the area the person lives in to see if they have a store nearby too, that will give you an idea of how far they are, and maybe be more specific about how you want it delivered.

Was promised a next day deliver for a balloon bouquet for a 4 year old in the hospital. 2 hours before the "florist" closed (and more than 24 hours after the order) I was told that they could not deliver the "exact" item request but substitutions we be delivered instead. The customer service operator couldn't tell me what or when they would be delivered but guaranteed to be delivered. Call immediately called back and spoke to another agent who then told me the florist was closed and the item couldn't be delivered the day promised. I asked for the order to be canceled. "Need to get authorization". Continuous miss information. And looking back at the price... crazy expensive. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
Please Google a local florist and call them directly.

I ordered flowers from there site under same day delivery at 9:45am. At 2:45 I recieved an email that my order has been substituted for different flowers. Then around 3:15 I recieved another email saying that my order has been delayed until tomorrow. But to make it better they were going to waive the same day delivery charge. I was very upset. I called to cancel my order. Got put on hold for 20 min and had to talk to 2 different people. Place is a big scam. Stay away!

Worst place ever

Funny, after reading all these reviews I feel like we are all in the same boat. Paid for same day delivery and recieved and email that it wouldn't be delivered until the next day. Oh funny hey, it's the next day and way past supper time and yet no confirmed delivery from the florist or however they do it. Then I had the worst representative name SHEILA who can clearly kiss my $#*!, she was super rude, no apologetic and basically said there was nothing they could do. Cool my aunt is having surgery and I wanted them there for her. Seriously I would have been happier with dandelions. Dont buy from here.

Terrible company

I made an order on Thursday for same day delivery. I received an email stating that instead the delivery would be completed on June 1. I received a second email stating that the order was cancelled because I didn't contact the company on how to proceed. No where in the previous email correspondence did it state that I had to contact them nor did it include contact info. I tried to call the customer service number but it only asked for a credit card without so much as identifying the company name. I am waiting to see if I am refunded. This company is shifty at best, I would not advise ordering from this company.

Awful! Late and they lie. Delivery AFTER promised date. Promised to upgrade with a nicer, full arrangement, a balloon at no charge, and an apology note. HA!

Surprisingly good

I was super scared when I read all of these reviews after already purchasing flowers from here to be delivered to my mom on her birthday. I thought she wouldn't receive them but believe it or not they were delivered merely 6 hours after purchased. I don't have a picture of them but was told they look nice.

Horrible

Omgosh! I so wish I would have looked at reviews before ever ordering flowers, I went thru my EBates app and thought has to be reputable but holy heck no, my step daughters birthday was Saturday the flowers I ordered last week never arrived, when I called the company the lady answered and said oh sorry we couldn't find anyone until Monday to take them. I got now discount or apology to me, she said they will include an apology with the delivery saying these should have been delivered on Saturday! *#%# so not happy! Somehow I have this feeling they will not be delivered today either.

So I came here to warn others of the horrible Mother's day Experience I had with this company... But now realize it was a corporate strategy to steal folks money.

I had asked my mom to be sure and stay home the day of delivery. The company told me three different times they were going to deliver. My mother finally begged me to NOT SEND FLOWERS this year.

Never delivered my mother's flowers on mother's day. Said they would be there Monday, then said they'd be there Wednesday, never delivered anything. Many emails and long phone calls (on hold for 30 minutes at one point), and still no results. Lied and said the flowers had been delivered, never were. My mother suffers from early onset dementia, she's confused at the best of times, this litany of lies has sent her into a spin. Shameful behaviour, absolutely horrible company. Run a mile.

I ordered flowers for mother's day total $48.75 with $13.99 delivery fee. It should be delivered on may 10th, 2019. Untill Sunday 5/12/2019, nothing delivered. I called their customer services, they kept saying your oreder is delivered and good bye. They hung up. I called again and waited for about 1 hour, they picked up the phone and said sorry and they promised to deliver on Monday 5/13/2019 after mother's day and gave me $6.00 discount. Nothing deliver on Monday 5/13/2019. I called them again many times and waited for 45 minutes or 1 hour, they never pick up the phone again. I have to file a dispute with my card company. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMER. I WISH I COULD READY THIS REVIEW BEFORE ORDER FROM THEM.

My poor sons

My sons are away at college and this was their first Mother's day away from me. They were so proud and excited to have sent me a "surprise" and here it is going on the 4th day later and still no flowers! We completely understand that Mother's Day was busy, but really? 4 days? They had finals this week and even THEY made it home before the flowers! I wish they would have read these reviews before using this business! Lesson Learned!

I wish I could give this business ZERO stars. This has been, by far, the most disappointing experience with SendFlowers in all the time that I've used them. For Mother's Day we ordered flowers and a gift basket for two sets of moms. The following day, I was informed that one of the flowers and all gift baskets will not arrive in time for Mother's Day. They informed me I would be refunded the same day delivery fee if applicable... yet doesn't state to refund the ADDITIONAL amount I paid to get it sent on Mother's Day. The day after Mother's Day, I received notification that all flowers were delivered, however, gift baskets will be delayed and will be delivered Monday 5/13 with a backup date of Tuesday 5/14. Odd, it was already Monday. The next day I received an email from SendFlowers stating that the vendor did not have the gift basket we requested and that they will accommodate with "beautiful" something... beautiful what? Why did they wait to let me know that their vendor didn't have GIFT BASKETS in stock? How do you not already know you didn't have something in stock and wait 3 days after it was already due for delivery to inform the buyer? When I told them that they do not live up to their Satisfaction Guarantee, they offered a $10 gift certificate... that is such a waste of time. It took fighting with them for them to issue a full refund for the flowers that they delivered late, and to cancel and refund the gift baskets... and because of them, I have to scarmble to find something else for our moms. Amazon it is! I'm waiting to see if the refunds are correctly issued in full. They told me to "contact my bank" if I don't see the refund... like the bank is responsible for your refunds?! Forget SendFlowers, take your business elsewhere. Awful. I will not be returning.

I ordered 2 bouquets of roses weeks before Mother's Day and spent good money on the roses. Well one was delivered looking completely different than what I ordered, the vase I ordered wasn't correct, the roses wasn't correct in color even. It looked very tacky as well. However, that delivery made it. The other one still has yet to be delivered! All I get are excuses on how they can't get in touch with the flower shop and that they'll call me back and this company NEVER does. They didn't even give me a full refund! They gave me 30% refund and a 15$ credit to use WITH THEM! Please Beware.

Same happened to me, the flowers I ordered didn't show up. When I called they put the order through to another florist and gave me a discount of $11(wow)
The second delivery failed to show up also. After the major hassle of being on hold forever I supposedly got a refund.
But I'll be checking with my credit card company. I'm seriously wondering if this whole operation is a scam.

This company sucks! I ordered 2 Mother's Day flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day. Almost immediately after my order processed I received an email stating my flowers could not be delivered on the date requested and would be delivered the day prior. Irritated that the system took my money first I decided that would be ok. One order was delivered but not the other. I received a call the day after Mother's Day stating my other order would be delivered that day by 8pm. Since this order was to a small town in AL I let it slide. However, my mom never received her flowers. When I called Tuesday morning they tried to say the call yesterday was to tell me my flowers were going to be delivered today and then tried to insist that I let them call the florist to get the flowers out. I did not order Mother's Day flowers on Friday to be delivered 1) 2 days AFTER Mother's Day and the date I requested or 2) 4 days after my order was placed. Order was cancelled and my mom did not receive flowers for the first time in YEARS! I will never order from this company again.

STAY AWAY!

I ordered flowers for my mom for Mothers Day however, I had chosen the wrong date. I immediately contacted customer service and the ASSURED me that the changes were made. The flowers were delivered on the wrong day when my mom wasn't home. So, I reached out again ad they ASSURED me that they were gonna upgrade the flowers and send with a letter of apology... guess what... nothing was delivered on the promised day. I am very disappointed in this. My mom lives out of state so to try and do something special was a task I thought this would be an easy fix but I will never order again. At this point all I want is my money back.
