Took me an entire day place an order, first time was successful and I got an email an hour later saying there was a hold on the order. I had to call back in and was told I wasnt authorized to place the order ( i Told them originally that I was doing this for my boss as hes assistant) had to track my very busy boss to tell them the same thing on the phone. I was guaranteed delivery same day. An hours later I got another email saying that they were no longer able to deliver same day ( this was all before 12pm) and once more I had to call in and do the whole things, the rep on the phone said " Im so sorry for this, I wish there was something you can do" I had to ask for her supervisor at least 5 times with her saying " shes just going to tell you the same thing" before anything could happen, long story short I was able to get a full refund and never got to talk to the supervisor. Of course another hour later, got an email saying that the order was one again on hold because they didnt know what balloons to get... All in all, will NEVER use this service agian.
This company is false advertisement. They offer same delivery, but fail to follow through. His happened to me in May. I thought it might be a one time thing and dive they offered me a discount, I tried them again today against my better judgement. No. My flowers were not delivered. DO NOT USE THEM.
Why have a next day delivery option or same day if you guys never deliver on time. Nor do you have a way for someone to check where their basket or anything is at. I paid 70 dollars for my boyfriend basket it was his first birthday with me so i wanted to surprise him with all his favorite candy's and a nice teddy bear and a balloon. He didn't get it and now it saying i never ordered from your site and i have two emails that can show different and a bank statement. And if he don't get his gift tomorrow i will call your head office and make sure things are fixed period.
I ordered chocolate basket and a bouquet for my best buddy's birthday. Both I ordered previous night(8/29) and choose same day delivery. Its 4.30 pm in New Jersey and till now the order has not been delivered. I was really hoping by atleast noon the delivery would happen, but no. There is no sign. When talked to the representative they are not aware of the current status of the order. Their reply was that some Local Florist will check on delivery and update as soon as it gets delivered. This online delivery costed by $110 but for what use? I really wanted to surprise my friend as I couldn't be there for the birthday. What is the value of the gift if it can be delivered on time? What my friend will do with those flowers and chocolates at the end of the day. I would have been okay if the representative would have given me the exact status of the order - in transit or will deliver by some time etc. But the cold response made me to put down this note. Wish the delivery happens atleast before the next birthday. Hahah... Pathetic experience! Wish there was any choice of not choosing a star.
I sent flowers to my wife on her birthday at her work. For the $65 fee, I was expecting a more impressive (and larger) display. I chose to send a bouquet based on the picture displayed of the product on their website. The image really gave the impression of a larger display. Well, the final product delivered looked nothing like the picture in regards to the size of it. The whole bouquet looked quite minimized from the size of the stems to the number of bulbs contained within. This experience has completely turned me off from ordering off the Internet. Will only be purchasing flowers I see with my own eyes first from now on.
If there was a negative star option, that would be mine. I wish I read the reviews before ordering, like a lot of victims here, but I didn't so please save yourself now. It took over 28 hours for a small arrangement to be delivered, and it looked atrocious - absolutely embarrassing. I chatted with 8 different agents that ALL gave me the same BS response - and then escalated VIA email where I kept getting a certain percentage of refunds, but never actually got anything back. Save yourself the anger, headache and embarrassment by not using this company. You get what you pay for.
Flowers were not delivered and customer service would not refund me. I am having to resolve the issue through PayPal because flowers were never delivered. Customer service was extremely unprofessional.

I ordered balloons for a birthday girl turning 7. I received a call from this company wanting to talk to the cardholder which is my husband. I explained we work in different cities and he is in construction so he wouldn't be able to call but he is my spouse and we share finances. They ignored this and stated they would not process until he called but are open 24hours a day. What sense does it make to send balloons to someone the day after their birthday! I told them to just cancel and I would go elsewhere because FTD NEVER gave me this issue with flowers, so they tell me that they cant cancel until he calls? What a joke! The CS representative switched me to another rep without telling me and then they refused to put my call through to a supervisor but instead raised her voice to me! They clearly have a poorly run business if you see all the negative reviews! DON'T USE THEM!
I ordered flowers from this site because they had reasonable prices. After I placed my order I randomly searched for reviews about them and saw all these negative reviews. I freaked out and tried to cancel my order. I chat with a cust rep. And he asked why I wanted to cancel. I let him know the truth and how I felt uncomfortable after reading the reviews. But he assured me that everything would be ok and that he would contact the florist to make sure delivery was on time and accurate. Shortly after that I got a call from my friend saying that she got her flowers and they were beautiful! I was happy with them and will most likely use this site again. The flower arrangement was super pretty too for only being $20!
Flowers I thought I was sending and the flowers that were delivered. OMG! The ugliest bouquet of flowers I have ever seen and looked nothing nothing like what I ordered. Demanded my money back! I am showing everyone I know the pictures of what I ordered and what I got! Never again will I order from send flowers!

Place an order Wednesday night and selected same day day delivery to have flowers delivered Thursday to the mortuary for my Nana's viewing. I also recommend my mom to order from your site as well. And she placed her order 3-4 hours after I placed mine. When I arrived Thursday to the mortuary my flowers were not there but my mom's flower arrangement made it. I had to leave the viewing to call to sit on hold for a while for them to find my order and then be told I'm sorry but they are now going to be delivered the next day with no explanation why. I never received a phone call. I had to cancel my order. I order flowers to be at the viewing not for the next day. It was an upsetting day already and then had to deal with this at viewing service made it worse. When I received the email for refund confirmation. I saw that you sent an email about the delivery the very last second on the delivery cut off time. Then I get this email for Pissed consumer with the user name needybarbel or some $#*!. Needy? You really should make more suitable username for the log in. Very disappointing
This company was awful in June 2017 and I wish I hadn't given them another chance because they disappointed all over again. The pictures look NOTHING like what is delivered! The bouquets are so small, they'll advertise for something much bigger and deliver a tiny bouquet with a completely random vase. Don't order!
So I just got screwed by this company after not reading reviews beforehand. I wanted to order flowers for Sunday July 7 delivery. Because it's a Sunday I guess, July 7 was not an option, so I selected same-day delivery of July 6. I got an email at 5pm EST on July 6 that they were sorry but my flowers could not be delivered until Monday July 8. No point in sending the flowers the day after the occasion (especially after reading reviews on here that the orders look nothing like what you actually ordered). I chatted with customer service who first offered me a 20% discount to keep the Monday July 8 delivery date, then a 50% discount, and finally they agreed they will cancel my order - hopefully they actually will. I can't believe this company is in business after reading this happens to so many customers! SendFlowers.com must be run by some awful humans.
Terrible! Didn't look up reviews until after I got screwed and made me look bad for my girls bday. Didn't come with what they said it would and flowers with vase was delivered warm with dirty water and deluxe is a small.
Tried to send flowers for my anniversary. I received several conflicting emails, one saying they were delivered, one saying they can't be delivered and one saying they don't have the arrangement I selected.
I will never give them my money again. This was the biggest waste of time ever. Not only that, their customer service could barely understand me and offered no specifics on what kind of flowers WOULD be delivered or when.
This company doesn't deliver flowers. They find florists if they are available and can take your delivery to take the order. It was a Thursday night when my friend's mom passed away from cancer. Friday morning I ordered flowers to be delivered to the funeral home for the wake. Friday afternoon I get an email to say yeah they don't have time to deliver my order that I need to call. I called and it's a nightmare. I give up and try again later. I get someone and they are like we need the name of the deceased to deliver the order... mind you that's not a question on their online form. I am promised it will be delivered before the NOON funeral on Saturday. Saturday afternoon I get an apology email to say the vendor couldn't comply and that I would be getting a refund. This company sucks and don't waste your time. Do yourself the favor and go with someone else.
This company is a total scam. It is basically bait and switch. I wish I had done more research before using this company. The arrangement sent was nothing as described or pictured on their website. They did email to say they needed to substitute for something similar due to florist not having exact. OK, fine. What they sent was awful. Skimpy carnations in a cheap vase. I've uploaded pictures - one showing what was ordered and paid for which was very colorful and in a cute vase and then the arrangement they sent.
I emailed pictures and a complaint and have yet to hear back. Never using this company again
Update - Customer service finally contacted me after posting on twitter. I had to post on social media to get any response... A supervisor contacted me and promised to send a new arrangement that would be like what I had paid for. They could not make this happen for what ever reason - their claim was there was no florist able to fulfill this which is totally false as this was being delivered to a town located about 10 minutes from a large city with plenty of local florists... Nonetheless, after several days I contacted them and requested a refund, which they did give me.
Coincidentally, a couple of days after my online purchase with them my credit card had fraudulent activity. I cannot prove that these two issues are connected, however, it was the only online purchase I had made using that card. I really think this company has serious issues with providing promised/paid for service and their online security.

I am so lucky that I never placed an order with this business. I was close to placing one but I exited the tab as soon as the phone call with them ended. Thank god for my instincts. I was getting a weird feeling whilst looking around the website, contemplating on whether or not I should go through with my order. However, I had a minor issue which led to me contacting sendflower.com via live chat and eventually calling. I only wanted to ask one question but I was put on call with a lady who was placing the order for me. At first, I didn't think anything of it UNTIL she asked for my credit card details over the PHONE! That was the largest red flag to me and I ended the call saying I would fill out the order myself. After looking around the website once more, I realised how dodgy it looked with only FOUR set reviews on their front page and all of them being 5/5 and no specific reviews on any of the flowers, which can be found any reliable business website. I then went to their Instagram page and boy did that look dodgy as well... I am just glad that I was quite cautious and followed my instincts. Reading the other reviews on this site makes me feel sick! How dare you scam your consumers and never deliver their PAID orders, making petty excuses here and there. I hope that you are ashamed of yourselves and go out of business ASAP!
