I ordered balloons for my 7 year old's birthday because I couldn't be with her on her birthday. Order was placed in the AM and all day, I was wondering how she liked her balloons. I get an email message at 6pm telling me that they could not be delivered and they would try Monday. Now my daughter thinks that I sent her nothing for her birthday. I was also under the impression that this was a local company because that was what came up when I searched the Gainesville area. This company needs to be put out of business. If they couldn't deliver, then my order should not have been taken and at the least, I should have received a call back immediately so that I could have ordered elsewhere.

Scam

I ordered a premium sausage and cheese basket, expensive. My dad got a basket of cheap processed turkey, ham, triscuits, wheat thins and string cheese from the grocery store. I ordered premium flowers for my mom to include 2 dozen roses and carnations, my mom received 6 roses and a few small unopened carnations. Save your money and time. This site is a rip off.

The website is misleading - told me they could deliver flowers on Sunday. After placing the order, then received an email saying they couldn't deliver them until Monday. Finally got the flowers and the arrangement is about 1/2 the size that I had ordered. Calling in didn't help at all either. DO NOT USE this company for ANYTHING!

Not what was ordered

So my wife's favorite flower is a tulip, so for our anniversary I send the "premium" arrangement of flowers that include tulips. The arrangement did not include any tulips at all, and did not seem premium at all. I sent an email complaining that there were no tulips, the response I get back says to read the fine print. Substitutions can be made by the florist. They included a $10 discount on my NEXT order, yeah right. NEVER again.

Sent get-well flowers to a friend and used this site for the first time. The flowers were not close to what was pictured - lots of greenery, few blooms. There is no way to pull up a previous order unless you create an account (I checked out as a guest). When I tried to find a photo of what I'd ordered to compare, that arrangement was nowhere to be found (and I scoured the site). It's difficult to file a customer complaint when you can't compare what was promised vs what was delivered, which is probably the point. I wouldn't recommend using them especially for an important occasion. :/

My only go to place for flowers! I love that they blow up your note & thoughtfully display it with the flowers. It totally personalized the package! A somewhat ordinary gift went from sending flowers to sending love. My friend loved it! I ordered the day before and the flowers were delivered on time, exactly as ordered and dispatched from a reputable florist in the area. I am so pleased!

I needed to change the address of where my flowers were going. I was on hold over an hour. A person answered but then the phone gets disconnected the srvond they answer. On hold another 45 minutes and the person was so rude to me. I will never order from they again.

Ordered same day delivery for 09.27, didnt happen, they said it would be delivered on 09.30, still didnt happen and when I emailed today, they still dont know. How can you offer same day delivery if you have no clue what is going on? Ive also gotten the SAME email reply each time I have emailed to find out the status. This is by far the WORST experience Ive ever had with online flower ordering. I will be disputing this with my bank.

1st issues, once they sent a message stating the flowers were delivered, the recipient didnt no received them. Going back and forth through email, 2nd issue I've asked for then to be sent on 9/28 because I know for sure the person would be there. They send me a email on 9/27 saying your flowers were delivered on 9/28 wdf. I called and they told me they sent it on 9/27. I know for a fact the person wasn't there to receive the flowers. So they said can you ask if they received it. I told they are not there, I know they didnt receive them.
BULL$#*! SERVICE

GO TO 1-800-FLOWERS INSTEAD

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had purchasing flowers. These were the first flowers I've bought my wife since we got married. Here's my feedback.

I purchased from their site because they offered "same day delivery". That didn't happen. The day was Yesterday that was important NOT today. I called customer service to find out what was going on and their customer service rep named Petal made the experience horrible. I placed my wifes name as the recipient and she said I didn't and that she can't talk with me. We went in circles for about 5 minutes then I asked for a supervisor. I spoke with Rej who promised that she would issue a 50% refund which was the only thing that was done right. I clearly told her that the last rep said I didn't put my wife's name Deanna as the recipient and to make sure 100% that it is included and to make sure that her name is spelled correctly and not as "Dianna" as everyone does. She promised that her name would be the recipient and that it would for surely be spelt correctly. My wife said she was walking out the gate and a creepy man ask, "Do you live here"... never identified himself in the beginning and she said she felt nervous of a stranger asking if she lives at that address. Then he says, "I have flowers for David", so shes wondering why someone would be delivering flowers to me and begins to wonder who's sending me flowers. Then he says, "wait, are you DIANNNA". No her name is not Dianna, it's Deanna and the "supervisor" Rej said it would not be wrong. Well it was, and then I get home and I look at the flowers and they were not even close to the flowers I ordered on their website.

So they showed up the next day, creeped out my wife, addressed to me not her, then called her the incorrect name and the flowers themselves looked nothing like what I ordered. I used to order from 1-800-Flowers and decided to givethem a shot because of the same day delivery. But seriously? How can so many things go wrong? I wonder if there's anyone there who even cares what the customers experience was. Because I'm not even a complainer. I'm a pretty laid back kinda guy. But this was just disgusting. And I paid for this?

I ordered flowers for my spouse early in the morning since they were going to be delivered quick. I called the tech and she told me that a local flower shop was working on it. I called again by 12 p.m. and the system said it was processed for delivery. By 2, still nothing. I called again and the tech told me my order hadn't been processed yet. I received no phone call or email. I needed those out that day because my spouse was having a bad day. The tech then told me if they weren't delivered by today, they would be delivered by the next day. If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have known. Poor service and poor communication. Don't recommend them.

I order a Rose Rosary for my Mother-In-Law that passed away. I place the order on 9/21/19 to be delivered to the Funeral Home on 9/23/2019 at 11:00am. The rose rosary was going to be placed to draped down in the coffin. At 11:30am I called because it had not arrived yet. I was told they will call me back no one did. I called the funeral at 12:30 the flowers did not arrive. I then call send flowers and the person who answered told me it was not going to be delivered because the florist hold the order and did not do the job. That I was going to get back 30% refund of the order. Not only was the job not done, never communicated to the customer and for sure no one cared about our pain. I finally was allowed to speak to a lady who heard my story told me I see the flowers were not done you will get a full refund. I can't not express the pain and how upset I and my husband are. This company should not be in business. There is no respect for the customer even at a time of so much pain for the family.

Are you kidding me!

I placed an order from Arizona for delivery to Michigan on Friday 9/20. Where do I begin... First off this order was to be a surprise for my fiancé I was having delivered to him at work, mistake #1, the local florist contacted him asking to deliver the order the next day (Really?). Surprise ruined... for this I was offered a 50% refund for the inconvenience, next I received an email Friday night 9/20 saying the my ordered was confirmed delivered on 9/21 (huh, how do you send delivery confirmation on a future order). Fast forward to Saturday 9/21, I was told the order was out for delivery at 12 noon,@2:30 the flowers were still not received. Lastly, order finally delivered and it was nothing like what I ordered and the flowers were wilted and dying. I'm done... Who does business like this! (see pics below, first pic(Tower Roses) is what I ordered, second pic is what was sent.

If I could give no stars I would!

My first mistake was believing this was a local florist, which was what I was looking for. My best friend was in the hospital in Central Florida, and when I looked for a local florist, this site came up. That was my mistake.
The flower arrangement I ordered online was lovely - Irises and lilies in a beautiful purple vase, with very little filler greenery. The arrangement my best friend got, in the hospital, looked like someone took some lilies (one stem with three blooms, not yellow like the ones in the arrangement I chose), and some purple flowers (which were not irises, the main reason I chose the arrangement), tossed in lots of filler, and threw it in a clear glass two dollar vase. This was not an arrangement, this was flowers stuck in a vase, and not even a pretty one. When I called to complain, they offered to redeliver again to the same location. NO! I wanted my money back. They offered 30% off what I'd paid and a gift card for $20 off another order that I will never use. I am making it a goal, as a former florist, to make sure NO ONE else ever orders from this company if I have anything to say about it.

Ordered flowers for my wife five days ahead of time to be delivered at her work. Never heard from her the day that she was supposed to get them so I finally contacted her to see if she got anything special today. She said no. I called customer service and they put me on hold for 12+ minutes to find out what happened. It turns out they forgot to deliver them. Worst experience ordering flowers online I ever had.

Worst service EVER!

I called my mom at 4 pm pacific time and her flowers had still not been delivered on her birthday. I called this company and was on hold for 15 minutes. I finally got someone on the phone and it was apparent that this company outsources their calls to a foreign country because whenever I asked a question that was off script, they did not know how to respond. I have always used 1-800-flowers but decided to try a new company. NEVER AGAIN! They told me that the delivery time was 9 am - 6 pm. Great, so my mom spends the whole day thinking that I did not even do anything for her birthday. 1-800-flowers always delivered before noon. I placed this order two weeks ago to be delivered TODAY not TONIGHT. Never again. I hope this place goes out of business.

Found the website offering same day delivery... BAMB just what I needed. Placed the order around 10:45ish and at 4pm still had not heard from my sister. So I called the 1-800 number and got with a customer service rep. Placed on hold for approx. 3 mins came back said that she was attempting to get with the florist it would be a few more mins could I please wait. Sure I said... 37 mins later she still had not returned to the line... fuming by now got on the live chat and attempted to get an answer. This person was just as non cholent about my issue as the one that left me on hold. Asked to speak to a supervisor and the rep offered me an email $15.00 certificate for future purchase No thanks just want to speak to a manager, finally got that through to them. Was to get an immediate return call---35ish mins later a supervisor calls me back and my arrangement was still not delivered. Offered a 20% discount and the $15.00 certificate again. DO you really think I would utilize your service again? Told the supervisor I would give till noon today for the arrangement to be delivered and if not I would be contacting them back for a full refund. Mentioned the issues and stated that as a provider of a service to the consumers that they should be concerned with negative review/comments and that their CSR team needed serious training. Sad that a service is provided and the consumer is treated like they are of no value. Their staff needs serious training in... manners, respect, time management and most of all customer satisfaction. If not then they are surely going to head into bankruptcy... DON"T use this company unless you just have no other option.

My family was grieving a loss so I wanted to send flowers. SendFlowers.com CLAIMS that they will be able to deliver the flowers on same day. It took them over 3 hours to call me back and state that the earliest delivery would be Tuesday, or that I could chose an alternate address to send the arrangement to TODAY. Ridiculous that it took them that long to respond saying it wasn't possible. Everywhere on their website claims that they cal ALWAY do same day delivery. Thats a bunch of crap. While their prices may look good, they charge an additional $15 for delivery and then can't even deliver. I am more than upset and the woman on the phone didn't seem to say much other than "is there anything else I can help you with today". If you could deliver my flowers (like I asked, and you claim to be able to do...) that would be ALL YOU CAN DO FOR ME.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am livid right now.
