I placed an order for flowers to be delivered pre surgery to a hospital. Was told by email they were delivered. Nope not received. Called every day for four days to get it sorted out. Nothing done, told me they were on it. Finally asked for my money back today. If I don't get it back will amend this review to note this.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Friday and called to change my delivery within the hour to change the delivery date to a Monday instead. I was told that the delivery date change was confirmed. I get an email the following hour saying they were delivered.

I then contacted via email for them to deliver a new order and they were happy to help. I asked for confirmation and then get a response saying that they couldn't honor/extend the discount but they always have special deals. They clearly are not consistent/provide any correct info.

Nothing was resolved. Horrible experience. DO NOT order from them.

No Show!

I placed THREE flower & balloon orders in early October. Two for delivery on 30 October to the Bellagio in Las Vegas and one for delivery on 1 November in Flagstaff USA.
The flowers were for an engagement, bride and her bridal Bouquet. Only 1 sub-par delivery arrived with less balloons, incorrect colours and wrong sentiment wording! The red Silk ribbon advertised in the picture a no show and replaced with ugly vinyl. What I ordered was not delivered and definitely did NOT RESEMBLE the advertised image. The 2nd delivery for the same venue did not arrive. The 3rd delivery for a different venue did not arrive even though I had complained about the 1st two deliveries. An absolute disaster!

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF! STAY AWAY - COMPANY SUCKS! - They dont know what they are doing! Staff gives you attitude over the phone, this is a service that is suppose to be smooth and relaxing to the client. STAY AWAY! - FIRST TIME ORDERING AND LAST TIME (REFUNDED). TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

The worst company ever!

I don't know how these people are still in business. I ordered flowers for my grandmas funeral. The flowers were never delivered! What!? How do you drop the ball for someone's funeral? When I called to complain the lady said "I don't know where your flowers are." I ended receiving a 50$ credit towards an arrangement. I called recently to place an order using my credit for my aunts birthday. I was on the phone for an hour. An hour to order flowers! During the call, my call was dropped, the agent never called back. So I called back and spoke to another agent who accused me of saying "she probably did call back."... umm don't accuse me of lying. After 15 min on hold with the second agent, she transferred me to the original agent. She asked me for my email for a confirmation, which I provided, and then I never received a confirmation. I am not exaggerating, I had to call back four times to get someone to send me an email confirmation. To which the manager told me "I am not able to send you a normal email confirmation because it's a complimentary order." To which I responded, " a complimentary order due to your company's lack of efficiency shouldn't devalue my customer experience and I should still be able to receive an email confirmation." I feel like I was being pranked the entire time. This place is a joke!

I ordered a couple of flowers for my friend because her aunt has passed recently. I won't lie, I chose to use sendflowers.com because the prices were great! I ordered the special where a florist would design the bouquet for you. As soon as I ordered it, I looked up sendflowers out of curiosity and was met with these reviews talking about how horrible it was. I wanted to cancel my order, but something in my heart told me that theres a reason why this site is still running if theres many complaints. Really, I didn't mind the flowers being late as long as they showed up eventually. While I did order same day delivery, they weren't able to complete it but thankfully they refunded me! I actually got store credit to use for an upcoming birthday :) The flowers ended up arriving at her house the next day and we were both so happy. I'm sorry for everyone who's had such a bad experience, but I think that any issues concerning the flowers would be best handled with the florist rather than sendflowers. From what I know, sendflowers only gives out the orders to the florists so they're not the ones making the bouquets and such. My florist in my city was the Flower Bucket (which is reliable AND makes beautiful bouquets!). So I really do think that any problems regarding the flowers should be taken up with your florist, and not sendflowers. All in all, I'm pleased with my experience. I think that if you're expecting same day delivery, you should try ordering the flowers 2 days before you actually need them so they come on time. And if you absolutely have no other choice, I'd try ordering the flowers very early in the morning of the same day. I had a pretty good experience! But I think this website works best for anyone who's open minded and doesn't expect things to be 100% perfect. I'm just happy that my friends happy :) Giving this 4 stars only because same-day delivery didn't work out, if it weren't for that, I'd give them 5.

Very unprofessional

Ordered a flower for my cousin's birthday wishful pink lily bouquet, my cousin received a bouquet that i didn't order, look like a 10yr put together also birthday wish that should've been printed on a card was cut and taped like a string, was lied to multiple times that they'll re-send the correct order which they never did, this company is garbage i decided to use them since 1800flowers couldn't deliver on my cousin's birthday, worse mistake i ever done, so please just take your business elsewhere because you'll getting into it with company...

I ordered flowers on a Thursday for a Funeral on the following Saturday. Then I ordered a plant on Friday and called them to confirm both orders. They assured me they would be delivered "on time". Saturday morning, 20 minutes before the ceremony time. They said they needed more information from me in order to deliver the plant. To make a very long story short, I called them back at the time the ceremony was to start to be sure everything had been delivered and was accused of ordering it 20 minutes before the ceremony was to start. The person I spoke to was extremely rude, talked over me and did not listen at all. He had no idea what he was talking about at all. After being on the phone with him for 45 minutes he gave me a refund for the "plant" but turned out to be the flower amount. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. I asked him for a refund confirmation number and he started yelling at me and questioning why I needed a number. THANKS for the 45 minutes of my life I will never get back.

I guess I should have looked at Reviews first.
They could not be delivered 1st day... could not be delivered 2nd day... 3rd day the patient was leaving the hospital. I cancelled order. My friend in the hospital got nothing.

Do not order flowers from here. We ordered my husband flowers for his birthday yesterday and the flowers never were delivered! Totally ruined our gift to him, such a disappointment. Order your flowers elsewhere! These guys dropped the ball completely

Got an email on the day of delivery, that order could not be delivered for another two days. Promised a refund of 30% if I let that happen. Terrible service, as you can see from other reviews. Pay a little more for a reputable company to deliver.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT, order flowers from this websight. They send skimpy and I mean a few flowers and a lot of filler crap. Deluxe bouquets are horrible. Customer service is horrible. Everything is horrible. I usually look up a grocery store or a florist near the location of my delivery and ask them what is fresh and often they deliver same day. I will never buy flowers online ever again! The bouquet pictured was the deluxe bouquet. What a joke!

It's been 4 days and still no delivery, they told me to contact the florist however didn't mention just exactly who the florist is. I thought that was why I had to include my number and recipient number on the form, what a joke!

Missing balloons

I tried to send balloons to my friend for her birthday. As an after thought I added a small bag of chocolates to the order. This is the only thing that got delivered. No balloons. I was so disappointed, since it was supposed to be the main present! The company refunded part of my order and apologized but I will never use them again. What a let down.

This site is a scam

It took 5 phone calls to receive a delivery. The chosen arrangement was supposed the Zen Garden. My mother has cancer and severe allergies, so this was chosen because there were actually no flowers. I spent $70 for it to arrive by Mother's Day It was two weeks late and when it arrived it was in a white wicker basket with the $1.00 price tag on the bottom. It was filled with cheap flowers from Lowes. The whole arrangement had to be thrown out. I called to complain. I was told I would get a partial refund and replacement. They did not honor any of that. Be warned to you will spend 45 minutes at least waiting on hold to speak with someone

Worst Experience Ever
October 18, 2019

Ordered flowers for my sister when her fur baby died. I paid extra to get same day delivery. I was charged on my paypal account but flowers were never delivered. I called to the next day when I found out they were not delivered. I talked to a lady who told me they would be delivered the next day (now 2 days after the fact). When I asked her name for reference of who I talked to she said Daisy. Hmmmm... that was the dogs name that I had written on the sympathy card. Coincidence or just plain horrible customer service? Flowers were never delivered and had to contact Paypal to dispute the charges. Finally got my money refunded but that is still unsatisfactory. I wanted my sister to receive the damn flowers! Disgusted by this company.

Flat balloons
October 18, 2019

My son grandma sent balloons 10/17/19 for his bday. They were very flat and the ribbon from the balloons were completely tangled. Some balloons were even half way down and not floating high w the rest. Also ALL OF THE BALLOONS the next morning were on the ground.
I've gotten a bouquet from dollar tree that lasted 2 weeks until they hit the ground.

I will admit I ordered from Send Flowers because the price was $20 cheaper than another site. Once seeing the reviews I was scared she was never going to get her flowers. I was so satisfied that they were delivered same day as promised and also with the presentation of the flowers when I saw them on her Facebook page as I pick the 19.99 arrangement that was the Florist Pick. I will use them again as the arrangement was absolutely Beautiful. When I called customer service so was so helpful.

Stay Away

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday online and all that went fine then I get an email about 30 minutes later stating that they do not have the flowers I hold her in stock. I emailed them back asking them what they were going to replace it with they could not answer after four or five emails I'm still getting nowhere I simply wanted to know what they were replacing them with to see if it was equal value. So instead of me getting to pick what I will sending my wife some floors randomly put together something and they sent it out. All of the customer service is auto response you will not get anyone on the phone don't waste your time with this company I ordered the purple tulips
