This started with my friend who had life treating surgery receiving a dollar store duck and 6 balloons in a left over Oreo's cookie box. Needless to say I was very unhappy and complained to the company. They were very responsive. (they are investigating the florist they used). At first they offered a partial refund but I did not want that I wanted my friend to receive flowers. They ultimately sent her a very beautiful bouquet of flowers and she was extremely happy. I cant give 5 stars because of the original issue but I am very happy with the end results.
I NEVER write negative reviews. I bought a bouquet of roses for my wife's birthday. First of all the price somehow magically changed from $50-ish in the cart to $84.83 during the checkout. Fine, I didn't care about the money, I just wanted to get a nice bouquet. It came in a butt-shaped vase with a bunch of half-dried roses that were cut less than a foot long. It looked CHEAP. Like, you forgot your wife's birthday and bought it from a random guy who approached your car at a stop sign cheap. What a horrible, horrible service. STAY AWAY
I could not find a company that so missed so many opportunities to provide flowers. I order for delivery of December 20. Not only did they not do that but waited 3 days to let me know they could not make a delivery until the 26th. Then a e mail was sent they couldn't do it on 26 it would be delivered with a note if apology and a bigger bouquet. Then comes nothing no word on why it didn't happen. I contacted them they apologize saying I would get a full refund. I have yet to see this. Never use them, unreliable, dishonest, and thieves. This should sent to Attorney General and Better Business. Never use them. You have been warned.
I have never written a negative review in my life. But after trying to get a Christmas arrangement to my cousin who was & still is in the hospital alone paralyzed w/ a very progressive form of MS in Kansas City... these people couldn't find the hospital. I know... it's tough locating a major hospital at a major university when provided the address & phone number is tough when that's your business. These morons even called for clarification and I walked them through how to use the internet & maps. They never delivered the little tree... oh until the day after Christmas. They never respond to my requests to cancel the order as they didn't get it there when I'd paid for it to be delivered. Never called to say they still were having trouble locating a flipping hospital. Unacceptable & inexcusable & beyond unprofessional.
Order number *******- placed during a time of mourning- was a terrible experience. I selected a $55 delivery, which got switched by the website to a $75 order during checkout. I attempted to edit the order, but was unable to. I bit the bullet and just bought the more expensive version- whatever. Next thing you know, I get an email saying- you guessed it- my order had to be changed, but they didn't say what it was changed to. No picture, no reference, just "changed"

I placed my order four days before Christmas Eve from this company. I thought I would give them a try because I was not too happy with the last two businesses I used. I never received a status update until the day before the scheduled delivery saying that it would not be delivered and the earliest it could be delivered was the day after Christmas. They could have sent them the following day, Christmas Eve but instead they told me it would be on the 26th. They do not have a user friendly website and it showed that my order could not be found. I received an email on the 26th saying that my flowers will not be delivered on this date but would be on the 27th. I called them and was placed on a lengthy hold. After a long hold the rep came back and told me that my flowers will be delivered tomorrow. I asked if she had a tracking number I could have and she asked me what that was! After I explained she said that they do not use that. She told me I would get an email after the flowers are delivered. I asked if the flowers have already shipped and she said that they were having a problem finding a local florist to complete the order. I asked if they could guarantee the flowers will be delivered the next day and she said if they are not I could call back and she was sure they could do something for me. I hung up and called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I then ordered flowers from another company that gave me and order number and a status. I called SendFlowers.com to cancel my order and was asked why. I calmly told them and after another long hold the rep came back, told me it had been cancelled and apologized. He explained that they had a large volume of orders and they were having a difficult time delivering them. I wish I would have read the reviews first. Shame on me I guess.
I ordered a cute red rose bouquet and it was to be delivered to the receiptiant and it was not there on time and then when they received them it was a dam wintery mix with carnations that looked like a kindergartner made. It was supposed to be roses and it wasn't. I would not recommend any one to due buisness with this company. I contacted them and all they would do to make it right was give me 20percent refund and a $10.00 certificate..
I ordered a beautiful centerpiece for Christmas of Rose's, lillies, pine cones. I specifically chose the design because there were no carnations. I ordered thedelux since my Mother in law loves flowers. We received a arrangement within pine cones and majority carnations. $70 for something they offered on their site for 30? So I contacted them to see if the wrong one was delivered. I received an automated message about how changes are made due to seasonal options. What shop does not have roses or lillies at Christmas! This was a complete scam where they switched the flower type to a significantly cheaper flower for their profits. Worse they offered me at 1st $10gift certificate. When I called them again at 20% refund. Why offer arrangements if you can't make them!
Not only was the delivery a couple days after it was supposed to deliver, but it was delivered to the WRONG address. They offered to deliver it two days after I called. Not reliable. Will never use again.
Ordered flowers to be delivered by 5pm... never came. I called to find out where they were and after being left on hold for 30 mins, was hung up on. Started a chat with customer service and kept getting BS answers. Called the line again and again was kept on hold forever. With it being a friday at 8:30pm, no one is at the business. I asked for the order to be cancelled, they said it will be (via their chat). Let's see if this works... they are 100% scammers.
Ordered the 8th of december for my anniversary on the 9th. I'm currently in the Netherlands and the receiver in a remote town in the middle of Wisconsin. Was glad after I placed the order, but the stress soon kicked in after I saw the reviews on this website. Contemplated canceling the order but wanted flowers for my anniversary. Luckily the flowers came greatly on time (at 10 am on the 9th). Very pretty, ordered the small kisses and hugs bouquet, and a good size! I think same day delivery doesn't work, after reading all these reviews. But next day delivery worked very great for me!
I definitely should have checked reviews. Advertised Sunday delivery, and couldn't deliver. Accepted the order, then one hour later emailed that order couldn't be delivered. I missed the email, but they called and left a message. I called back and they said there was no problem. The next day I saw the email, and another email, that said they couldn't deliver, and that i should cancel. So I did.

Husband ordered the premium flowers to be sent to my work. The description said it was in a purple vase and there was pink and red roses in the arrangement. I got a dollar store looking clear case with a crappy purple ribbon tied on it and instead of pink roses they subbed in pink carnations. Why o why can't you ever just do what you are paid to do? Deliver what was promised? What was paid for? This company has almost 400 one star reviews. Sad. I hope the people that own this company and run it sleep real good at night cause karma is a $#*!.
Just received a photo from my wife of what she received. It was embarrassing and nothing that I ordered. I even upgraded to the deluxe bouquet and it looks like some child picked weeds to fill the vase. Pathetic
Extreme disappointment. The flowers weren't delivered the next day as ordered. Not a big deal in my situation. Then I got a call saying the florist didn't have all of the flowers, would I mind if the substituted them. Still not really a big deal. I ordered an all white winter themed deluxe bouquet and a very colorful bouquet in a cheap glass vase was ordered. Never again.
The flowers I ordered looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered it was suppose to look like a Christmas tree. My 6 yr old granddaughter could of done a better job looked nothing like a tree more like a flat bush never again

I ordered a deluxe bouquet of flowers for my mom because she had surgery. I know bright colors can lift people spirits so i found some bright flowers and a beautiful vase on sendflowers that i chose. I ordered at noon and they waited until the last fre minutes before 6pm to deliver. When the flowers came they looked like some cheap a** easter flower arrangement. Nothing like the picture, the vase wasnt even the same. There were no hot pink or purple flowers. I was very upset. They tried to offer a re-delivery but the damage was already done. Why would i trust you to do it a second time. Since i declined the re-delivery they wanted to give me %20 off the arrangement. I declined. I paid $80 for 1 balloon and flowers which was pretty expensive to me so i told them %20 wasnt going to work. They promised %50 and i just accepted it. I know now though that i will not be ordering from this company again. They make sure to delete the negative comments from their fb page too!
They promise same day delivery and I have been calling for 3 consecutive hours, the business is about to close and they still have not showed up. They keep saying driver is on his way, driver is on his way for the driver to never show...

After seeing reviews I was nervous about using SendFlowers. They were delivered on time and was the exact item that I ordered. I could not ask for more then that. I not only paid less then on other sites, I received outstanding service. When sending flowers you want everything to go smooth and it did. I am 100% satisfied. I ordered flowers in a baseball shaped and themed mug for a get well gift and it was perfect.
