I have ordered a bouquet for my friend and close the one that had 2 of her favorite types of flowers. When I got to her house a couple of days later, I realized that her favorite flowers were not included in the bouquet. It made no sense to me. It is very unfortunate and disappointing. So if you want flowers to be delivered they will do it, but you don't really know what you will get. Ugh. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
I ordered a flower arrangement for my niece this week to celebrate a huge milestone in her life. I wanted same day delivery so selected an item from their menu that advertised same day, as well ordered first thing in the morning.
By 7:30 that evening I had not received a call from my niece acknowledging the flowers nor had I heard from Send Flowers that there were issues. So I went to the website to inquire. I learned that they did not deliver the flowers. I asked why didn't you call me or call my niece I provided the numbers for both of us. I was told not to worry that the flowers would be delivered tomorrow. Well if I wanted the flowers delivered tomorrow I would have selected that as my delivery date. Absolutely no ownership or accountability for the mistake, they did not refund me my delivery fee- just too bad for me that they weren't delivered on time. They said we will work hard to earn your trust next time. Well there won't be a next time for me. I encourage you to select another flower service that is more reliable. I wish that I had read reviews before using them- clearly their service is subpar from all of the other negative reviews.
Ordered the Birthday Cake arrangement for my sister's 75th birthday. She loved it. Even called the local florist who created the Flower cake to tell them how much she loved it! No problem with SendFlowers.com. My first time ordering online with this company.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from sendflowers.com. Lesson learned. Hopefully others will read this and say away. Since flowers are invariably ordered for an important date, making sure they arrive as advertised is very important. This didn't happen with this company.
We were excited to send flowers to my mother in law to-be as she recovers in rehab. Unfortunately, the $70 bouquet and delivery charge was less than satisfactory and did not at all appear as pictured online. The vase was filled mostly with filler greenery. It lacked in resemblance so much so that my fiancé did not even recognize the bouquet as being from us when his mom shared it with him. Our note was not attached. The only positive was that it was indeed delivered same day. I sincerely wish I'd done my normal diligence by reading the reviews before spending money with such a poor company. Upon chatting with customer service, they refunded $11.20. They indicated the delivering florist apologized for the error. It was beyond an error, obviously they are selling expensive bouquets and pocketing the funds while delivering a less than sub-par product. What was received vs. What was ordered. How sad.
I ordered flowers for a wake/funeral, waited all for same day delivery and nothing! Then I received a email not a call stating my flowers couldn't be delivered due to no confirmation from florist. I would receive them next day earliest as possible. And its almost 1p. M still nothing. Very disappointed. No pictures because no service. Could've offer a refund I could got somewhere else
Ordered flowers for my wife's first birthday since we got married. It looked like I didnt get her anything for her 50th birthday, they did get delivered a day late, and then she sent me a pic and noticed the balloon wasnt delivered. Not a settlement, So I Would not recommend them.
Oh how I wish I would have read these reviews before trying this company! Paid extra to have arrangement delivered on weekend. NEVER delivered period. Patient ended up going home from hospital and after no help or satisfaction from customer service and certainly NOT even an offer to return my extra shipping fee that didnt happen, I cancelled my order. How does this company stay in business?!
I would be giving a 0 star rating if available. Their website states satisfaction guaranteed but they do not stand behind that. They offered me a $10.00 gift card for my next order that I will not be using due to the fact I don't trust that I will get what I ordered and do not want a similar situation. I ordered a balloon that was not added. In their email they mention that substiutions can happen because it allows florists to come up with a similar container, flowers and color scheme. While I completely understand this no effort was made to make it even close to what was ordered.It came in a red vase instead of a cute paint pail which I'm certain are readily available, the colors were supposed to be peach roses with white and peach daisies. Certainly the floral shop had some kind of roses and daisies available. Instead, we got lilies (which she is allergic to) and snap dragons. I'm extremely disappointed even with the offer of the $10.00 gift card. I'm frustrated in the fact that I ordered this arrangement well in advance for them to come up with something similar instead of looking like they put this together today with whatever flowers they had on hand. As mentioned, any florist has roses and daisies at any given time. And still missing the balloon. My phone number was on the order and if the florist had taken the time to call me and discuss I would've let them know that she can't have lillies. My daughter's arrangement will not be able to be enjoyed by her because of this. Very unhappy, and would not recommend using SendFlowers at this time.

Ordered flowers for MIL for Xmas, not delivered on scheduled date of 12/33. Finally they agreed to deliver on Jan 1. My MIL was worried because the man tried to come inside her house (we assumed he was checking if she already had a previous delivery, or for some other sinister reason). The company agreed to upgrade the flowers but they did not -the arrangement did not look like the one in the photo
Only reason they received 1 star is because givin 0 wasn't an option! Ordered flowers 6 days ago to be delivered for today's somber occasion (1yr anniversary of mother in law passing) to my wife. By 3pm was getting nervous so text chatted on Sendflowers site to confirm that they would be delivered. Best I got was well send confirmation once delivered.' Needless to say, they weren't.
Just hung up with customer service and was told sorry, flowers you want aren't available, we can send something different and give you a discount'. Absolutely absurd and unacceptable. And to add, when I said to cancel order and give me refund, I was put on hold to see if they could do it.

I schedule an order 3 days before time. They called me and said the address was wrong and could not deliver. The address was correct they never called the receiver or me. They just didn't try to deliver or forgot out it. Horrible very disappointed with the horrible service for a not so cheap deliver fee
I ordered flowers for my best friend to mark the one year anniversary of her mother's death. I was notified on the delivery date that the flowers couldn't be delivered that day. Since there were tornadoes in the area I was patient. Today - the day after the date of her mother's passing- I'm told they "cannot find a florist in that area to deliver flowers". I insisted on a refund (will I see it?). The person told me I would also get a $20 gift card for sendflowers.com. Seriously? I would never use the card because THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! How do you tell someone, "I know you didn't hear from me, but I tried to send flowers"?

Ordered flowers for a coworker, says on their website by 5:00 if it's at a business. The flowers were never delivered. I chat with them online & got nothing resolved. I received an email@ 5:30 after we all left work saying the flowers had been delivered@ 5:15, lies! I called them when I got home & they were less than accommodating. I got fed up & cancelled the order for a refund! Don't ever use them! Terrible in all aspects of their business!

Ordered flowers to be delivered same day... that was last Thursday January 2nd... to day is Tuesday the 7th and still no delivery... every day they say for sure tomorrow... I am pretty sure they just took my money and there is no florist. They blame the florist every time when I have actually caught the in lies and avoiding my direct questions.
The offered a small credit back to card, which I doubt I will see. These were sympathy flowers. Customer service, although nice... waste your time, put you on hold and give generic run around answers to questions.
I wish I had seen all the negative reviews about this company before I ordered a gift basket for my mom for Christmas. I ordered the Tannenbaum Christmas basket (total $80.96) from their site that showed a beautiful basket with a beautiful draped red bow across the basket that contained Christmas trees, two red flowering plants, and pine cones. Instead my mom received a smaller basket with one red bow, a palm tree, a small fake white plastic tree and two red flowering plants (the only thing that was the same in the basket I originally ordered). Will not order fro Sendflowers.com again and definitely will not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing.
I ordered and purchased an item to be delivered on Thursday. It was meant as a surprise for my wife to be delivered to her business.
Day of I get a call telling me the money tree I purchased was not available so they wanted to do some flowers. That was not acceptable. Next best option was to have the money tree shipped from another florist but the earliest delivery was Saturday. As you can imagine the business is not open Saturday so next day after that was Tuesday. This now put delivery 5 days later. I opted for Saturday delivery to my house.
In order to correct this order they had to cancel my first order of $57.67 and refund my money. I then had to place a new order over the phone (even though the order was exactly the same). For my trouble they will give me $20 back to lower my now new bill to less then the original. This is all less than ideal.
Package arrived today and you wouldn't believe it the special greeting I wrote for my wife isn't even with the package. In fact some random message for some random person was in the box. I feel bad for those people who got my greeting message.
Just now I called to complain to a supervisor and for 20 mins the operator (who like all the others could not speak English) would not allow me to speak with a supervisor and even tried to blame UPS for the card being wrong in the box.
WORSR COMPANY EVER.
