Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom for Valentine's Day. 9 roses in a clear ginger jar vase with greenery and babies breath. She received 3 puny roses in a bud vase. $66 for 3 puny roses in a bud vase. I contacted the Florist who delivered to say the flowers were not right - they would accept no responsibility and offered no help. Emailed Sendflowers. Took 2 days to hear from them. I was told I would get a discount because the flowers were not correct. I told them no discount mattered and I wanted the correct flowers delivered by 5 pm the next day. A new arrangement came 3 days later. The idiot that delivered them sat them on the porch, they fell over, and several stems of greenery broke and one rose fell apart. I emailed again that I wanted a full refund or I would contact the BBB - might still do that. They assured me I would be refunded the total amount and that they would still send the correct arrangement. I have received the refund - the only flowers I have seen are growing in my yard.

Ordered sympathy flowers for friend. After 4 days if emails and calls a box of white flowers left on roof of car. Didn't arrive for funeral. Nothing like picture. Not delivered same day or next day. Would not refund. Offered $12 credit had to use in 2 days. Why would I order from you again. Horrible

NEVER AGAIN!

I was sending flowers to a friend who got hospitalized. I paid on the 17th of February with a scheduled delivery on the 21st of February. I called them on the 20th of February because I was told that my friend will only get home on the 22nd and wanted to schedule the delivery for the 22nd. I got transferred to the ACCOUNTING department (nobody told me why), then they told me that they wanted to discuss details with me about the order and that this was NOT CONFIRMED! If I don't call them they would have NEVER delivered the flowers (yet they took my money immediately). At no point did they reach out to me via phone or email saying, hey, please call us regarding to your order. NOTHING!

So anyway, when everything was squared out I asked to deliver on the 22nd instead. They said no problem. Then I got an email on the 21st saying it was delivered. Thanks! RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, CARELESS MANAGEMENT, CUSTOMERS ARE THE LAST TYPE OF PEOPLE THEY WANT TO PLEASE! They don't care if they ruin your occasion because they never reached out to me to call them and if I did not call them they would not have delivered my flowers, yet they were completely content about taking my money IMMEDIATELY!

SHAME ON ALL OF YOU! LAST TIME (and first) I USED YOUR SERVICE!

Poor Service

I wish I had looked at the reviews prior to ordering. The flower arrangement that was sent looked nothing like the picture and they didn't send the chocolates. Was told 1-3 business days to refund chocolate has been over a week still no refund. Do yourself a favor and just go to the florist.

Absolutely TERRIBLE

Honestly a terrible service. I ordered flowers for my mom for Valentine's Day. The company had a 9-6 pm delivery window, which they completely missed. After trying to track them all day by the phone number they give for tracking and getting no information, I called. I was on hold for 20 minutes waiting for a customer service representative. A woman finally answered and after explaining I was trying to track the flowers, she put me on another hold for 10 more minutes. Finally, she came back and informed me the florist was "running behind because it was Valentine's Day" but they would be delivered by the end of the day. I asked again to be certain and was told again, they would be delivered on the 14th. Fast forward and they were delivered on the 15th at 11 am. Absolutely absurd. I could have gone with another company and my mom would have actually had her flowers on Valentine's Day. The company should have preplanned for the number of orders they were going to have for Valentine's Day or stopped taking orders. Also, if they were running behind the day of, they could have sent out an email to let their customers know. OR, they could have not told me multiple times they would still be delivered once I called. Such a waste of money and 30 minutes on hold for no reason. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. All these issues don't even include how the bouquet looked nothing like the picture online. Not worth a dime.

I've given this place two chances and both times I was left more than disappointed. If I could leave zero stars I would. Their pictures never match what they actually send. They offer a delux package and the flowers look like garbage. I could've gotten better glowers at Publix! Almost 70 dollars for this? Look at the advertised photo and what I actually received. Horrible!

Ordered an arrangement for Valentine's Day. The flowers were not even attempted for delivery until the next day. I called SendFlowers and never reached anyone by phone after waiting for over 20 minutes by phone. I then emailed them stating that I have called my CC company to stop payment on the charge. They acknowledged the next morning at 4 am in the morning the NEXT day that they understood and acknowledge that they would cancel the order and NOT charge my card. The next day I received a text msg from the delivery person that he tried to deliver my flowers but could not locate my address. He then wrote that he left my flowers "down the street" from where I live and that I should go and get them! Outrageous!.

DONT DO IT!

So I have NEVER written a review, but I am so PISSED right now, I MUST! Long story short, ordered an arrangement, delivered FIVE days later and NOT what I chose from the website! Only received an offer for a 35% refund after much debating! Apologetic, yet VERY insincere. I wholeheartedly feel like I will never even see this refund. I demanded a full refund and was told I would not get one because the item was actually delivered. YEA! 5 DAYS LATER! Do not give these people your hard earned money! Wish I would have taken the time to see these reviews.

Terrible Service

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines Day. They sent me a confirmation that they received order and that the flowers would be delivered on Feb 14. Flowered were not delivered. I called them and they said "sorry those will not be delivered until February 18th. No communication at all about not being able to fulfill the order on date they promised. And they attitude was no concern at all. I will never use this company again.

Horrible and embarrassing service. Ordered flowers for my fiancee 4 days before Valentine's day. Had no problem charging me for my purchase the day of order but come Valentine's day and no flowers! Obviously a terrible first Valentine's day and I look like a inconsiderate idiot to my fiancee. No call or email with explanation or apology. Terrible customer service. How are they still in business?

Placed an order to be delivered on February 6th to be delivered on Valentine's Day & it wasn't delivered by the end of the business day & they couldn't even have it delivered at the home that evening... Ordered flowers for valentines day and 40 minutes before the business they were to be delivered to closes, still no flowers. Call and wait on hold for 10 minutes, get a CSR and he says he can't reach the florist that was scheduled to deliver. I ask if I can have the florist info, he says they can't share that. He says they can just deliver them Monday, which defeats the whole purpose of paying extra for a delivery date and for a holiday such as Valentines Day. Thanks for ruining special days for people who live away from their friends and family, giant waste of time. Thankfully they did refund the money but honestly, that's the least they could've done and was fully expected. You're in the business of delivering flowers on a date that is paid for and you literally can't do the only thing your company revolves around. And trust me, the weather in Florida is just fine and not causing any problems for a delivery, so no excuse as all beside bad business practices.

Stay away!

No flowers delivered. No effort to contact me until 10 minutes before delivery deadline. They told me Aurora Colorado was "too remote" of a location. They say they will refund my money. Im not holding my breath. Customer service sounded like perhaps Indonesia?

I ordered a candy basket for my grandson who was sick. I ordered it at noon for same day. I got an email at 3 saying it couldn't be delivered that day but they would refund the same day charge and it would be delivered the next day. I hot an email notification at 2:53 that it had been delivered at 2:49. I called my daughter and she said no delivery. I talked to her again around 4, still no delivery. I called SendFlowers who said they would check with the local florist. When I asked for the name so I could contact them, they said they couldn't give it to me but would let me know what they found out. I got a call from my daughter at 5:19 saying it had been delivered. NOTHING like what I ordered. SendFlowers offered me a 25% discount (so much for 100%satisfaction guarantee). Of course, it was a credit on my next order but expired in less than a week from my order. I would NEVER order ANYTHING from this company again, discount or not.
