I didn't read the reviews until after I made an order. My father died last year and yesterday was their anniversary. Currently, due to COVID-19, my mother could not spend the day with her family to help her through the day. At 2pm I made the order. Got home at 5:30 and saw the reviews and panicked. I called the company and they said they couldn't get ahold of the florist. 30 minutes later, in received a call from my Mom soooooo happy for the flowers! I give 4 stars because the card cut out my dogs name. Also, the arrangement looked exactly like it did online!
Flowers were never delivered for my cousins birthday who lives in a Health Care Center. I was given a name of the person that supposedly accepted the delivery, there is no person working there by that name. So easy for SendFlowers.com to verify but after 3 phone calls and 4 hours on hold I could not get them to do anything for me. Please save yourself a lot of frustration and use another service, I am out $50.00 and my cousin was not Blessed for her birthday. Horrible company and I know I was scammed by the way they treated me.
Contrary to the reviews i had seen for this site I had no issues with having a delivery filled. Customer service was very easy to get in touch with via the chat section on their site. I have seen reviews saying the flowers they received were not as advertised but I would disagree with that. I would recommend it for anyone trying to send flowers in the most simple manner.
I ordered SAME DAY DELIVERY from this company and paid $50.00 and they sent a message with "sincere apologies" promising for delivery first thing the next morning THREE TIMES. I cancelled my order completely and requested a full refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You will have to fight for your refund and the flower arrangement will not be delivered. Trust me.
It was a very important day for a friend but they never delivered the flowers. It is a complete scam. Stay away.
The bouquet I sent did not match the picture on the website. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. The vase was completely different and the cute ribbon they showed was not there. That's right - NO ribbon.

I ordered about 4 days before my mother's birthday to be delivered on her birthday. They arrived the day after. They said there was an address mixup and admitting it was their fault, prior to delivering, offered a discount on the next order. I said what makes you think I'm going to order again after this? I asked if instead they would just deliver an upgrade and they said the best they could do is a 20% discount on the current one. When my mom finally received her flowers the following day after her birthday I asked her to send me a picture. I noticed it was even smaller than the one I had ordered for 40 bucks! Stay away from this company people! They are a big rip off, disappointment, and a huge hassle to deal with. And this is putting it mildly!
Ordered flowers for someone's birthday. Immediately after I ordered I received a call from some type of loud call center. They asked me to confirm my order and repeat my credit card number. They said it would arrive by 630 pm. At around 5 pm I called and they said out for delivery. At 7 I found out it never arrived so I called again and they said order was canceled. I immediately called my credit card company to report fraudulent activity and had to be issued a new card. DO NOT USE THEM!
I placed an order, and was told they couldn't make a 4 hour window so scheduled for next day. Woke up next day to email saying they couldnt complete order. Was placed on hold for 30 min. Sent 10 emails not 1 response. Finally canceled and was told 1-3 days for money to get back to my account. I will not using again
I wish I would have checked out reviews before I placed an order. I ordered flowers on Monday to be delivered Wednesday by 5pm. I received an email at 6:27 saying flowers were delivered. First this was past the time I was told they would be delivered and second the person they were to be sent to was no longer at work and the employees that were still there said no flowers arrived. I have spent a significant amount of time chatting with different people from sendflowers.com and still can't get confirmation on what time flowers were delivered and who signed for them. I can't get the name of the local florist and the people I've spoken with today don't seem to have any sense of urgency to help me track down this order. No offer for a refund or another delivery, just we will get back to you. I finally asked for a refund and was told I would receive a credit back to my card in 1-3 business days. Don't waste your money with this company.
Was a bit weary because of all of the bad reviews, but my order was delivered same day and (although it wasn't exactly as pictured) the arrangement was beautiful. I ordered a balloon as well and the florist matched it to the note that I sent, which was a great surprise! Only giving 4/5 because it wasn't exactly as pictured.

The "100% satisfaction of same day delivery" advertising is falls. Ordered on Wednesday and the delivery was not completed on Friday. Do not order from this company. Get on the phone and call a local Florist.
They initially sent over the wrong order; after paying a ton of money for a premium bouquet ($70!), they sent me literally four flowers in a vase. Four. I had to call twice; the first time they informed me that they sent over the wrong thing, and promised to send over a a redelivery. The redelivery came with even less flowers, in a smaller vase. When I called the second time, their customer service representative was extremely rude and tried telling me that there was nothing they could do.
I ordered on Wednesday for delivery to be at my home in Friday and marked the order for funeral. I got an email after 5 stating it will arrive next day because it wasn't a priority being that it was residential address. I told them not all funerals are at a funeral home. They apologized and "guaranteed" me it will arrive by 11am on Sat. They failed me again and this time they cancelled the order because they couldn't deliver the Bird of Paradise arrangement. Had they being straight up the prior day I would've had time to order from another florist. They think that just refunding me solves the problem of failed "guaranteed" delivery to my mom's funeral. Not even the $15 courtesy credit for future purchase issued "as promised".
Long story short, Flowers were purchased for SAME DAY DELIVERY. Waited for delivery and nothing when called to see what had happend. Cust rep told us we would get flowers the next day. According to them the debit card pymt went through after delivery person had left. ( Not my problem) They took it upon themselves to just not deliver my flowers the same day as advertised. When spoke to Mgr which took me a whole hr to get a hold of. She was rude and never apologized for what had happend. When asked for an HR number they lied about not having any other number. End of story i ended speaking to someone who at least had the courtesy to apologized. Order was cancel did not received flowers that day at all.! Poor customer service!
Ordered day of in early morning, to later here that they couldn't deliver. The next day was the same story. They assume the sale but do not know how to deliver. This was so embaulo me when my friend knew to expect something from me at 1St home then second work. This company is so terrible, they did refund me but still...
I never received notification that my flower order was delivered. I had to call the company regarding my order and that's when I found out. It's a good thing I called. They said it would be delivered that day. 3 days later it was delivered. My order was a week late.
They sent the flowers on the wrong day- not a huge deal, but not on her birthday. Then I get a thank you picture- the $50+ bouquet is wrong! It's supposed to be irises and roses and it's just a few roses. 4 emails later- I got 20% back on my PayPal. 1800flowers made a mistake once and they replaced the flowers- I expect that level of care for customers. Make. It. Right. So annoyed as the irises were supposed to represent a family member that passed away a few months ago. They didn't seem to care.
