Horrible service

They send me the wrong basket & told me I would get the one I ordered the very next day but never did. They refused to give me full refund even though it says on their website costumes satisfaction guarantee with full refund

If I could leave zero stars I would. Flowers were horrible and cheap, nasty looking and nothing like the photo online. No roses at all - can you see any? They were for my grandma - so gutted

Well, my order got messed up, with none of the balloons and chocolate getting delivered, and when I tried to get a refund, all I get are canned email responses to call their US number, which I cannot do, since my Norwegian phone contract doesn't allow international calls. Apparently, any further emails will be deleted.

Then I contacted them via FB messenger, and was asked for my order number and that a supervisor will contact me, so I gave my phone number, only to get another canned message, identical to the email, saying to call or my order would get cancelled.

Basically, nobody read my message, and they are just going to keep my money for the order they $#*!ed up. This turned into a really, really $#*!ty experience.

Did not Deliver

I PLACED MY ORDER YESTERDAY AND PAID FOR SAME DAY DELIVER - $13.99 TO BE EXACT. AS OF 6:45 PM LAST NIGHT MY TIME, THE ORDER HAD STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED, SO I CALLED. I WAS ASSURED THAT THE DRIVER WAS STILL OUT AND THAT THE ORDER WOULD BE DELIVERED. GUESS WHAT? IT WAS NOT
MY TOTAL FOR THIS ORDER WAS $68.18 AND WITH WHAT IS GOING ON TODAY, THAT IS NOT CHUMP CHANGE. IF SAME DAY DELIVERY, TO BE ABLE TO GET A GIFT TO A PERSON ON THE DAY OF THEIR BIRTHDAY, WAS NOT OBTAINABLE, THEN IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN AN OPTION TO START WITH. TO SAY THAT I AM HIGHLY UPSET IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

Didn't Deliver

I ordered a balloon bouquet for my nephew's birthday since we live far away. Their birthday party had been cancelled because of COVID-19 & they were having a drive-by party. Since we couldn't make it I thought this would be a nice surprise. Well turns out it wasn't delivered! Despite them having 3 phone numbers & an email I got no notification. When I called they offered a 10% discount & next day delivery with an apology note?!? REALLY they are kids & I missed their Birthday Hoorah! Terrible discount amount & even worse attempt to correct a mistake like that. I will not recommend or use them EVER AGAIN!

Horrible experience

I ordered flowers for my grandmothers 90th birthday and not only did they not get delivered, I find out the day after they had to substitute AND they won't be there till the 21st. I am highly dissatisfied with this company and will never use them again!

Errible. Only wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Paid $40 for flowers and balloon. Charged $19 delivery and tax. Flowers for my sisters 50th were delivered, but they looked nothing like the bunch I ordered didn't have a balloon or a bow round the vase. In fact it just looked like a cheap supermarket bunch. They refunded me $18...! And offered a re delivery... bit late the day after my sisters birthday and the whole bunch was not worth $18... never mind the $ 40 I have now paid with delivery.

I will never order from this company again and if you want special flowers delivered then I'd advise you not too either

I placed two orders for Easter for my little niece and nephew 5 days before. I did not receive a message that the children received their gift baskets so I contacted the company. I was told by 6 different customer service representatives for 4 days that the baskets would be delivered and not only be delivered but that they would be upgraded. I spoke to 2 different supervisors who told me the same lies. Well along came Easter and no easter baskets for a 2 year old and a 3 year old. SHAME SHAME SHAME FOR CONSTANTLY LYING TO ME. If you have the urge to order from this company run don't walk away from this website. Then to add insult to injury they did not refund my money until 5 days later when I called and complained about not receiving same.

I ordered a candy birthday basket for next day delivery. First I get an email saying the order was delivered and asked the recipient, and they never got it. Chat with sendflowers.com and they assured me my delivery will be there that day. At almost 6pm I get a picture from the recipient and it's a easter basket looked nothing like I ordered a $10 easter basket, I paid $59.99 just for the basket! I called and waited 30 minutes for someone to answer and only willing to refund me 30%, no I am not happy this is nothing what I ordered! Their 100% satisfaction doesnt mean anything, stay away it's a ripp off!

I ordered a deluxe basket with large teddy bear and 5 mylar balloons and 5 latex
No balloons and ready bear was so small it was like a consolation prize at the carnival the basket was a small dollar store basket with dollar store candy far from. The jersey basket I ordered very crazy not at all worth 160 dollars buyer beware

The roses were really gorgeous! Thanks! I wasn't able to check the tracking feature online but I called and they let me know they were en route. The delivery driver didn't ring the doorbell but they were left in a beautiful box and looked fantastic.

I ordered a basket for my roommates birthday for same day delivery. IT NEVER CAME. I got an email saying it was delivered so I called and asked. They called the shop and the shop was closed. I asked for a full refund and I was told I couldnt get a refund because the driver marked the delivery as delivered! IM PISSED. If you like to keep money and not be scammed, do not order from here!

I would give negative stars if I could. I placed an order 1 week ago and they did not deliver today. This was for a grieving family. They said they attempted to and will not deliver until tomorrow. The family was home all day, this is unacceptable.

I ordered a rather expensive bouquet for same day delivery for my girlfriend for our anniversary. After my purchase was confirmed I immediately got an email that said they weren't able to deliver it on the same day and that the delivery would be there the day after. Fine no big deal. Today, I got an email saying the the order was successfully delivered and thank you again for my purchase. However, my girlfriend told me the order was no where in sight. I called the "24/7" customer service line for no one to pick up for about 2 hours. Once someone finally did all I got was a poorly explained excuse. When I asked for a refund they straight up told me no. If I could give this company negative stars I would. Part of it is my fault for not reading the reviews before hand, but regardless don't make the same mistake I did in giving this bull$#*! company a single penny.

False Advertising

I ordered a spring bouquet of mixed flowers for my sister n law. I spent $60 and she got $5 flowers that looked as if they came from the grocery store kiosk and were thrown in a vase. Below is a picture of what I ordered and what she received. AWFUL!

Bought a $60 bouquet and was told the local florist did not have the flowers for it. The day after it should have been delivered a "sibstitute," "UPGRADED" bouquet was delivered for my friends birthday that looked like something I could buy from the local grocery store. Never again.
