This company doesn't have any experience with Flower arrangements. I placed my order in for Mothers Day flowerl on April 24 th to have them Arrive May 8th. I paid 94 bucks for some bs. I asked for 5 pink playtex balloons and 2 of the foil balloons which was supposed to say I Love You! And the enchanted flowerl. When my Mom got her gift the day before Mothers Day the flowers were half dead. They gave me 1 pink, 1purple, and 1 blue Plattec balloon, and 2 foil balloons with Happy Mothers Day on them both. That wasn't What I asked for. 5 pink Playtex balloons and 2 I Love you foil balloons. The lady said she would give me 23 dollars back because I didn't get the balloons. I told her I didn't ask for any of these balloons besides the pink one which was half deflated. She insisted that as long as I got the balloons that's all that matters. I told her no mam you not going to tell me what your going to give me credit for when this $#*! is wrong, an the flowers look half dead. Just come pick this $#*! up and give me a full refund. They had at least 2weeks to get my order together. She said they ran out of balloons so they thought they would accommidate me an add what the $#*! they wanted to. That's not how that works when I pay almost 100 bucks for some flowers. I want that $#*! right. How can you $#*! up! IT was a special day for my Mom. Mothers Day! IDIOTS! Please don't ever purchase from this company. No idea of how to do flower arrangements.And the note card was something I could have typed up and placed on the flowerl myself just horrible.
Honestly, just go with 1800Flowers. My orders look nothing like what I ordered and I never received any tracking information for the flowers like promised. Will be asking for my money back.
I decided to order my mother flowers for Mother's Day because of covid 19 and not being able to spend it with her I wanted to make her smile... what showed up was NOTHING close to what I ordered I am highly dissatisfied and embarrassed. DO NOT order from here you will regret it. Now it's too late to order anything else and my mom is left with some crap flowers.
I placed an order 2 weeks prior to expected delivery. Received an email CONFIRMING delivery- This WAS A LIE! I called days later and was told the florist was still waiting on product and delivery could not be made now until after Mother's Day. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME- I was told- the delivery confirmation email was an automatic "send out" even if order was NOT actually delivered. Very disappointed and frustrated I was lied to. If I hadn't inquired about this delivery, I would've assumed order was delivered as stated, and never have known. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I ordered 2 dozen multi colored Roses for my wife for Mother's Day. I received dead sick looking roses instead. Called the company and all they offered was a 20% refund! I advise everyone to NEVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I spent $85 on deluxe flowers, specifically orange/peach and blue. They sent nothing of the same color scheme. They didn't send the right flowers or vase.
This is a company that sends their orders to local florists in your recipients area and informs them to create an arrangement as best as your order. They give the florist a small cut while they (sendflowers.com) takes a large percentage for a "finders fee". I know this because I contacted them via chat to see what the tracking information was. They told them they can't get a hold of the florist.
I up-paid for roses and iris and got carnations (worth $3.95 at my local grocery store) and week-old lilies that will most likely die by tomorrow.
If you paid by PayPal, I suggest you open a dispute to get a full refund.
If I wanted crappy flowers, I would've just gone to the markdown section at my grocery store.
I ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered at the end of the business day but turned out they were not able to deliver that day, but promised to have them delivered by noon the next day. The next day came and still no flowers and they are giving me a hard time about canceling my order and refunding me. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.
Ordered the Audrey Think Pink Lilies with a pink square vase for my Mother for Mothers Day. That is what she received. No Lilies. 2 Roses with Daisies and Carnations
Don't waste your money. I spent almost $80 for what turned out to be carnations and they died the next day. It was nothing like the picture on their website. When I called to complain they were only going to give me a $10 credit. I told them it wasn't good enough so they said they would send another arrangement. I cautioned them that I didn't want another bunch of carnations. When the new arrangement was sent it looked terrible again. Carnations and some flower that wasn't even open and one stem broken off.
I ordered flowers for my mom with a guaranteed delivery date on the Saturday before Mothers Day. After processing my payment, including an exorbitant delivery fee, I received an email saying that they could not locate a florist to deliver on the guaranteed date, and changed it it Tuesday, 2 days after Mothers Day. I don't want whatever half-dead junk that the florist has left over from Mothers Day sent 2 days later, so I cancelled the order. But from the pictures from other reviewers, it look like she would have gotten half dead crap regardless if they delivered it on time or not. It was total bait and switch. They probably took my order knowing they couldn't fulfill my order before Mothers Day, But if they didn't have the delivery date available, then I would've gone somewhere else. I called a local florist, and they will deliver a nice arrangement on time. I feel like I dodged a bullet here.
Placed two orders for Mother's Day and paid for the deluxe version. Instead of a $70 bouquet (https://www.sendflowers.com/product/sweet-love-bouquet.htm), both moms received a $20 bouquet whose quality I could have beaten at a grocery store (pictured below). It reminded my mom of a funeral, especially when compared to the vibrant flowers I thought she was getting. The vases were also not worth it and nothing like depicted online. So disappointing.
I would actually give them one star, which is for their quick 50% refund. The flowers weren't worth that much, especially given that one delivery left flowers scattered across mom's porch and she had to collect them. I understand if substitutions have to be made but at least call first. I am not a difficult customer and would have been happy to compromise. It's terrible business to just devalue a bouquet entirely without saying a word and keeping the money.
Needless to say, I will never order from this site again and advise others to stay away.

I was a little hesitant about this site after reading the reviews, but they actually were pretty good, especially with getting the flowers the day I requested. The flowers were perfect! The only downfall is they should at least provide tracking, but that's why I gave 4 stars
I bought a bouquet that had none of the flowers listed in it. I let it slide. Started getting emails for me to use my $13.41 "credit". Figured with a credit, why not try again using my credit. This is the scam. The "credit" is a promotional code. Not a credit. Tried to order using my credit. Ended up deleting my purchase before complete. Emailed company asking what was up? After several "promise" emails from support, finally got a call. Service person offered me the 20% off promotional code and offered to give me and USE a $15 gift card. Walked me through the entire order and the total she gave me was $54. That was about what I expected, so I went ahead and gave her my credit card # and she gave me a promise the order would be delivered in time for my daughter's first mother's day. Got an email with confirmation #. Exactly 10 minutes later, got another email saying they "forgot" to charge me the $14 delivery fee And the $10 holiday fee and some other fee. They charged my card $84. What the heck? Worst online experience ever.

I ordered flowers, chocolate and ballon a day in advance for my friend's milestone birthday. I called to make sure they received the order. I was assured that everything was fine with the order and that they'd deliver it on time.
On the day of the scheduled delivery (My friend's birthday), I received an email saying that they moved the delivery to the next day. The whole point was to send it on my friend's special birthday and not the day after. I even canceled another order before ordering with them, because the other company was honest enough to let me know they couldn't deliver on that day.
I was really upset and sent an email to SendFlower's costumer service. They apologized and wrote: "We would like to offer you full refund to show how deeply sorry we are for the substandard service demonstrated by both our company and our delivering affiliate".
At first I thought this meant that they would send the flowers to my friend a day later and refund the payment which showed that they cared, so even though they missed my friend's birthday, i felt that their apology might be sincere. After checking with them, just to make sure, I realized that they were showing me how deeply sorry they were by refunding the payment for a product and service they NEVER supplied and never intended to supply.
I was shocked. They didn't offer any solution. They just canceled my order.
It's the first bad review I've ever given anyone, because it really was a very upsetting experience, so yes, definitely STAY AWAY!
Didn't deliver on time for my daughters birthday. Delivered next day. No balloon. I paid for premium size. What was delivered was nothing like what the photo showed. It had less flowers than the smallest size. I was duped. So very sad that despite these reviews we still give them business
The flowers I received today were for my moms birthday and it didn't come out as full as I expected it to come out from the picture. I should have ordered from someplace else.
I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. I paid extra for expedited delivery. Needless to say, she never received the order. I wish I had researched the company before ordering from them. I now understand the 1.3 stars. They refunded my money but I wish they would have just delivered the flowers when they said they would. Their policy states that they will contact you if there is a delay but that didn't happen either.
I ordered flowers, next day delivery. Got an email the "next day," the excuse they couldn't deliver. Stated they would be delivered the "next day!" I emailed to find out if they had been delivered today. I got an email saying they need to check with the company that's handling it! I'm very upset over this.
