We ordered flowers for Mother's Day, paid extra to have them delivered on Saturday and when I called to tell them on MONDAY that they had not arrived, I was told they "apologize". They will be delivered at 9 p.m. today. As I ordered in plenty of time, I asked why we were not informed that they would not be delivered on time. No response. My husband asked for a refund. He was told No, but they would "compensate" him. REALLY? Find someone else. I know I will.
It was Mom's 90th Birthday ON Mothers Day and I ordered the premium of My selection. I had a confirmation by email it was paid for and to be delivered the day before. It NEVER CAME! I called on Monday, the day after mothers day to find out they tried to deliver on a different day with a possible attempt on the day I'd requested and been confirmed for but that didn't happen either. Mothers Day Birthday came and went with NO flowers! The best they would do, despite offering same day delivery, was get them out by Wednesday and offered a 20% discount. I of course canceled the order entirely and placed My order elsewhere to be delivered today, the Monday AFTER Mothers Day Birthday. I did promise a nice review so, thank you very little Sendflowers.com
Flowers were to delivered on Friday. Did not come. Called and they said they would be here Saturday by 1:30. At 2:15 UPS delivered flowers. No water just dried up dead flowers. 3 DEAD sunflowers, 2 dead carnations, wilting mums and some other little flowers with the blooms falling off. Called again and they said they would send a new bouquet on Saturday or Sunday. Monday - still no flowers. Even if they had been alive it looked like a very cheap bouquet from the grocery store. Maybe 4.99. Believe me that is not what we paid.
I ordered my mom flowers for Mother's Day she didn't received them so I sent an email and they said they would get back to me as soon as they could so I called my mom Monday morning and she said at 2 AM they were ringing the door to deliver the flowers who the hell delivers flowers at 2am? I contacted them again and no response! Worst place ever
I ordered flowers for Mothers Day and paid the extra $13 for it to be delivered in Saturday, May 9, the day before mothers day. Right now its Monday the 11th and flowers still havent been delivered. I called customer service numerous time and although the employees are very nice, they have no sense of urgency. They told me they would expedite my order the first day it didnt show up. Now its halfway through the second day, deliveries start at 9AM and the flowers are still nowhere to be found. Another CS rep I spoke to said she tried to call the florist but they were too busy to answer... even though my flowers are now almost 3 days late I'd still like them to be delivered but how long will it take and will they even been in good shape when they arrive?
Ordered flowers for Mothers Day and picked friday delivery in case something happened and they didn't get delivered until the next day but they would still be there for mothers day. They never got delivered and there was no update of anykind. That part was bad enough but the customer service was the worst part. It is overseas and took 28 minutes just to get a refund after being put on hold 3 times with no option to talk to a manager or anyone from the states. I wish I had read reviews here on this site before. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
I would give negative stars if I could! I ordered flowers for mother's day over 2 weeks in advance with a delivery on mother's day and a time of 9am. I received an email stating delivery time was between 9am - 6pm. At 6pm I called to find out where my flowers were. The flowers were delivered at 8:30pm. THEY WERE NOT THE FLOWERS I ORDERED! I ordered a lovely lavender big purple bouquet that cost almost $100. What I received was an all white small bouquet. Plain. The complete opposite and@ $30. When I first contacted them about info on the where bouts of the flowers, they had me on hold for 20 minutes before rudely replying to me by telling me nothing. She kept avoiding my question and repeating herself by saying they would get there by 9pm. Then disconnected me. I tried calling back after I received the wrong flowers and no answer. I want my money back. All I wanted was flowers, and the customer service of this flower shop is so beyond unacceptable. I'm shocked. I wish I would of read reviews before purchasing. I'm still shook. NEVER will I order from this shop again.
I placed an online order a week before I wanted the arrangement delivered which would have been on Mother's Day just for my order to never get delivered. When I called not only was i on hold for over 30 minutes but the lady had multiple excuses. I was told there was nobody to fulfill the order, then I was told there was a shortage on flowers, then i was told is was due to the pandemic. She told me she would look for another website that may be able to deliver but she wasn't sure when that would be. If I can give negative stars I would. I will NEVER order from this place again
Awful. Just awful! I am so incredibly angry right now. I ordered Mother's day flowers on May 1st to be delivered the DAY BEFORE (the 9th) Mother's Day. The florist never delivered them, so I called ON Mother's Day early in the morning and Sendflowers apologized and said the florist would definitely have them out today (Mother's Day). This was after being on hold for 20 minutes, getting disconnected and having to call back again and wait another 20.5:00pm on Mother's Day (Sunday) my mother had not received her flowers. So I called Sendflowers again. After 35 minutes on hold, was told NOW that "because of the amount of orders, the pandemic, and lack of flowers" that they will not be delivered until WEDNESDAY. I cancelled my order. I am so livid right now. Not only would it not be delivered on Mother's Day (after I had ordered 10 days prior, and was supposed to be delivered on SATURDAY) but it now wouldn't even be delivered on time for Mother's Day. I asked which florist it was and they wouldn't tell me! That's such BS! Why would they tell me the morning of Mother's Day that it wouldn't be delivered instead of PROMISE it would (then later told its because they have a lack of flowers!?) GTFO. I'm so mad. I drove around at 5:30p at night looking for some left over flowers I could give my mom. Finally found some unbloomed flowers and gave them to her at 8pm! Had they notified me sooner that they wouldn't be able to complete that delivery, I would have been able to get my MOTHER something DECENT. They had no remorse what so ever. I will NEVER be using them again, and I will be telling my friends also.

I had ordered Flowers for my Wife, Grandmother, and Sister in Law for Mother's Day 5 days prior and none of the orders even showed up. They even emailed me and said they were delivered. When I called Customer Service I was on hold for over 30 mins and the best they said they could do would be to deliver 2 days later. Highly recommend not using their service.
Terrible and horrible. Not what i ordered. Waste of my money. They would not refund me for the 80$ I spent on flowers i did not buy. Ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered on Friday and they came late. Arrived finally on Sunday at 1 pm. Flowers were dead, stinky, and horrible. I am absolutely embarrassed and would never use them again. I paid $60 for a roses and lily bouquet and the photo is what my mother received. 0/10 awful.
I wanted to give them **************. They just took my money and never delivered the flowers I ordered for my sister in law. Had I not asked about the flowers I would not have Known. This company has completely different pictures for the flower arrangements but the actual flowers we get are nothing like the ones you see on their site. Flowers being substituted are not the same and even the vase are different which creates completely different look of the arrangements.
To top everything, their systems stated that the flowers were delivered when they have not. I was tempted to have the cops waiting for the flower delivery to arrest them for stealing and fraud. So yes I want to give them negative one million
Ordered 12 dozen roses in a vase. Which was $60 including $13.99 delivery. Not worth it. The quality of roses were below average. Expected more for the price paid. However, my sister did receive her roses day of. I used this service via corporate perks and have not received my 10x points yet, I guess. Doubt I'll purchase again. Thanks.
I ordered 2 arrangments for Mother's Day. One was to be delivered on Friday and the other Saturday. The order for Friday never arrived, so I called and they promised it would be delivered on Saturday. Saturday around 2:00 I called because neither arrangement had been delivered. Both arrangments I ordered over a week ahead of time. When I called again to follow up on Saturday, I was told me that due to COVID the arrangements would not be delivered and they could not give a date. I told them that I wanted something delivered on Sat. I didn't care if it was the arrangement that I ordered. They finally agreed to get something delivered to both sites by 6:00 pm. Had I not called they would have never told me that they were not going to deliver anything. They didn't offer any kind of apology, refund NOTHING! I will never order from them again!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed my order well in advance for ~$100 of flowers and chocolates for my Mother-in-Law to be delivered the day before Mother's Day. She never received anything from us, but received various other things from my husband's. I emailed SendFlowers late yesterday (you cannot call anyone - just get a recorded loop telling you to go online) multiple times; they keep saying the local florist says they delivered. I verified the address. My MIL has looked outside. They have not provided a delivery signature or any proof of delivery. This is fraud and my next calls will be to the credit card company and attorney general's office/consumer protection division.

Ordered for a Mother's Day gift. Of course, I read reviews days after I ordered. Anyways, they said they were delivered, however the recipient was home all day and hadn't received them. 2:46 pm email saying delivered. Called customer service and say they have till 6:00pm, even though they say they had already been delivered. Came around 5:15pm. Close to what the pic looks like and the woman loves them so, alls well that ends well
