I ordered a balloon bouquet for my daughter's 24th birthday. It was the first time I have used send flowers.com and it will certainly be the last. For starters the gentleman that delivered the balloons just walked into her work and handed them to her, no confirmation of person, nothing! Just handed them to her and walked out without saying a word. Second the mylar balloons did not look anything like the ones pictured and did not even match each other, it looked like they dug in the bottom of the drawer to see what they had left over! Third the other balloons didn't match the mylar balloons at all! No way no how they didn't even try! Again it looked like they took whatever they had left over in the drawer and threw them together! Fourth, they didn't have a weight of any kind on them, so he handed them to her and she had to figure out where to tie them down at work. I paid 60.00 for balloons that looked like a 5 year old put them together. Never ever will I use this company for any floral or balloon delivery, as I just don't trust it to be as pictured or described! I also don't trust that they use florist with customer service skills!

First, they contract to whom ever is closest. So, they already have your money.
Second, worst arrangement and customer service I have ever encountered.

The "Fruit Basket" I ordered for my 10yr graduation from 5th grade looked like a kindergartner put it together. The "SHRINK Wrap" was taped around the middle twice. The "Bow" on top was not a Bow when my daughter was unwrapping it the bow was coming apart strip by strip in 18 inch or so pieces.
The other items I ordered: 1 metallic ballon, 5 hellium ballons and a large stuffed animal.
Never even made it to my door... out of 133.13$ they refund 48.71$ then promise a 15$ gift certificate. Really, da fuk I will not use you again. Thanks for Ruining it for my 10yrold.
Sorry for not including pictures of the fruit basket, I was so Disgusted and horribly upset over having to apologize to my 10yr old daughter. It never crossed my mind until after. This is what I paid for, there where no bananas, and no pears. There was a $#*!ty 1/2 bunch of green grapes, a $#*!ty 1/2 bunch of red grapes, 3 kiwis, 2 green apples, 4 red apples, 3 oranges, 2 grapefruit.

Waste of Money

I guess I should have read reviews before I ordered from sendflowers.com. I ordered flowers for mother's day a week in advance. I then received a confirmation on May 9th that they were delivered. Turns out they weren't. I then get an e-mail from my sister last night saying they were delivered last night at 8 p. M I called twice and get the runaround. Finally on my last call, I was told they would call the florist and see what happened. The woman gets back on the phone with me and says ironically that she suddenly got correspondence from the florist at the moment I called saying the driver was in accident and all flowers were destroyed. Still doesn't explain why they never notified me and it took me calling twice to get an answer. They did refund me 40% in total but it's ridiculous! Their website says 100% satisfaction guarantee. That means if I'm not 100% satisfied the total amount needs to be refunded. The CEO of this company should be ashamed of their service and responsibility of admitting mistakes and making it right for customers. I would not under any circumstance order from this company!

This flower delivery service is terrible. The flowers were cancelled for delivery on my mother's birthday. They emailed me of this issue after the date of delivery and asked for a contact number. I provided a contact number on 2 separate accounts. It took them 1 week to finally call me over this issue. So a week and a half after my mothers birthday i finally got someone to talk to about my order. I did receive a full refund and was given a $15 "certificate" that doesn't come in play till you freaking pay FULL PRICE for the flowers on a new order. The $15 is a dumb a** refund where you have to go through hoops to obtain. Thats a bull s*** way to do business. And the representatives over the phone were not very helpful or cooperative. Very confusing and rude. I would not recommend this flower service EVER.

Outstanding job

Iknow theres horrible reviews on this place however my experience was a good one. Not only did they come through on same day delivery they were exactly what i ordered. I do recommend them. The one company that made me mad was from you flowers they are horrid. Stay away from them. Send flowers came through for me when the other one dropped the ball for mothers day. Thank you for the great service.

I ordered flowers for my mother a week ahead 9f Mother's Day, asked for delivery on Saturday to ensure she had beautiful flowers for Mother's Day. Well, Mother's Day came and went with no flowers...eventhough I got a conformation stating they were delivered... I called on Sunday morning and was told that I'd get a call back after I sent an email with information stating what happened and my order conformation. I did get a call on Monday, and was assured they would be delivered on Wednesday, and I was given 20% refund. Well, yet again no flowers delivered, so i called and complained again was told they would be there Friday and got 10% back. Friday, came and went with no flowers...I didnt waste time calling because its pointless. I waited until today, Tuesday to call again this time I was told they were delivered on Monday (yesterday) ok, we already know that's a bunch of crap...I demanded a refund for the remaining amount, because now my Mother wont be able to receive flowers as she is in the hospital. I would never suggest ordering a damn thing from this company. I believe the only reason I got any response is because I t ok old them I'd turn them in for fraud on my account, they take your money and you receive no merchandise....biggest scheme out there. Do not order from them. Call a local florist in the city you are delivering to and have the local florist make you a beautiful bouquet instead.

I'd add a photo...but there is no photo!

Gigantic scam

I ordered a bouquet for my mother for mother's day. My mother did not receive her flowers until THREE DAYS LATER. I was told I'd get a 20% refund... they gave it to me in the form of site credit. Never again.

With graduations ceremonies canceled, I decided to send my niece flowers as a way to celebrate her academic achievement for getting her law degree. I decided to use the flower vendor sendflowers.com because they had a beautiful floral purple rose arrangement that matched the university's color palette, and it is her favorite color, too. I ordered them ahead of time and requested they be delivered on the day of her graduation. Well, they delivered it a week ahead and the roses looked nothing like the bouquet in the picture. I understand sometimes substitutes must be made, but the arrangement was comparing apples to oranges. Okay, things are a little crazy now with the pandemic, so I reached out via email. They responded and stated they would rectify the mistake and deliver the purple roses on the date I had requested in my original order. As we all know, repeat business is critical to long-term success. My niece never received her purple roses, which should have been delivered today. Not only did they not deliver the right flowers on the right day the first time, they didn't deliver on their promise to rectify the mistake. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me! This was my first and last experience with sendflowers.com. Do Not Waste Your Time and Money with this company. I certainly will not. They are obviously not concerned about their customers or their brand.

I have never ordered from a worse company. I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day it was sent to arrive several days before Mother's Day. Did not arrive on the arrival day, did not arrive the next day, and did not arrive on Mother's Day. I contacted them and they told me the vase I ordered was out of stock so they just didn't deliver it. They also didn't contact me to tell me that it was out of stock. They just happily took my money and didn't deliver the flowers. After contacting them at least three times and them saying it would be delivered the next day, they then told me it would be delivered in four days which at that point I said fine just deliver them! It is now the day that they said it would be delivered and again they did not deliver it! This is just absolutely ridiculous. Do not waste your money with this company they will not deliver your flowers! They will just overcharge you and leave you upset and leave your loved one checking the door to find nothing. Horrible company.

I ordered flowers through them because an ad they shared about mother's day special $20 bouquet of + $13 delivery fee at the end of my checkout I noticed subtotals $59.95. The flowers I ordered for big bouquet beautiful purple and white flowers therefore I was over the fact that these flowers were probably not the $20 bouquet originally. Long story short mother's day was back on Sunday I was told she would receive them Tuesday Well she didn't receive the flowers until May 14th the following Thursday and when she did receive them they were four little sunflowers instead of the big beautiful bouquet of purple and white flowers I originally intended to send her... Do not use them!

THE FLOWERS WERE "DEAD" AND IT WAS ONLY 11 FLOWERS NOT EVEN A WHOLE DOZEN ALSO TO MENTION THE BEAR WAS THE SIZE OF A APPLE THAT COST ME $12.99! I IMMEDIATELY CALLED TO COMPLAIN THE GUY WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND TRIED EVERYWAY "POSSIBLE" TO NOT REFUND MY MONEY! AFTER 30 MIN OF ARGUING WITH THE CUSTOMER ( WHICH IS ME) THEY DECIDED TO REDUND MY $90.88 BACK! I placed an order for mother's day flowers for my mother-in-law, knowing that flowers don't deliver on Sundays, I opted for delivery on Monday 5/11. The afternoon of the 12th she still hadn't gotten them so I called their customer service. I was assured that the order was processed and that they would arrive by 6pm, I was given a 10% discount for the delay. I called customer service back when the flowers still didn't arrive and was told that the florist is now closed and they will make sure they get delivered on 5/13, and I would get a 20% discount for the delay. I told them I want a 100% refund and I want my order cancelled! Beyond frustrated

Horrible! I ordered flowers for Mother-in-law on 2May for a delivery on 9 May. Received an email late on May 8th stating that the flowers could not be delivered and that they would be delivered on 12 May... 3 days AFTER Mother's Day. On 12 May, received another email stating that the flowers could not be delivered until THURSDAY 5/14. ARE YOU SERIOUS! However, reading the reviews, I see that I am not the only one. Please choose wisely on your flower deliveries, These people are not the one! Wish I could give 0 stars.

Terrible service

I ordered 24 stems of roses to be delivered on 5/9, one day before Mother's Day. On 5/8, I was notified they could not make the delivery on 5/9 but on 5/12 and will refund me for part of the price due to the delay in time. They never voluntarily refunded me for that. Today they delivered the flowers but guess what it was only a dozen of roses. Quite honestly the reason I ordered from this company was because they still showed they had 24 stems of roses on the date when I ordered them. Otherwise I would probably chose a different, better known company. I just called them and told them what I have received and the time delay. They agreed to give me some credit. But it has been a bad experience. I will never do any business with this company.

I'm so angry. I Bought my mother in law flowers and paid for next day delivery. The available date for them to be delivered was Monday after. That's fine stuff happens. I get an email the Monday, the day they should have been delivered, saying it's going to be Wednesday and they will refund my same day payment. Great. I'll accept that. Not very happy that it has to be 2 days after initial delivery date, but I'm a very understanding person. Tuesday I get a call saying it's Now going to be Wednesday! I lost all trust now for them to deliver! Feels very unorganized and to reschedule 2x is just ridiculous. It was supposed to be a nice surprise for her and now she may not even get them. I wish I hs read reviews before ordering from them. I would have sucked it up and paid more money for more reliable company.

We ordered a $65 flower arrangement for my Mom for Mother's Day. She lives out of town so I called her on Mother's Day and after wishing her Happy Mother's Day, she let me know she got my flowers, but they were all wilted and dead! She sent me a couple pictures and they were HORRIBLE! We called Sendflowers.com and they argued with me for 35 minutes. They kept trying to give a $15 coupon! I will NEVER EVER use them again!

I ordered an arrangement on May 5th to be delivered on Mother's Day between 9 and 6 p.m. My order was never delivered. I called and was on hold for 15 minutes or more. They told me they couldn't get ahold of the florist but offered me a 30% discount if I would let them deliver it the next day. I accepted this offer and the following day, the day after Mother's Day, once again no delivery. I called again and was on hold for 20 minutes just to be disconnected. Call back again demanding to speak to a supervisor. The same person came back on the phone and offered me a 20% discount to have it delivered the following day 2 days after Mother's Day. This made me absolutely irate and I demanded a refund. I will never do business with this company again. Beware

I was deeply disappointed in the quality of the floral arrangement and it's freshness, or lack thereof. I ordered these flowers on Wednesday, May 6 to be delivered in time for Mother's Day, Sunday, May 10. They finally arrived on Monday, May 11 at 12:30. The company has not responded to my email. I would not recommend this company to anyone. BTW, they use UPS to deliver their flowers, and while I respect UPS, their trucks are not refrigerated.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a dozen roses with chocolates and a teddy bear for my Mom for Mother's Day. When I opened the box, I could tell right away that the flowers were VERY POOR QUALITY! The stems were brown, and the rose petals were wilted. Their website states that they offer a satisfaction guarantee. They do NOT honor this policy. They only offered me a 50% credit for poor quality roses. So it really is false advertising regarding their "satisfaction guaranteed" policy. I spoke with a Supervisor who said his name was 'Richard Cruise' who was VERY rude and unhelpful.
