I ordered my sister flowers last minute. It said delivered by the end of the day. I had no expectations that it would arrive by the end of the day but I was hopeful. Not only did it arrive earlier than expected but the display and flowers were exactly as pictured and made my sisters day. They did an OUTSTANDING job and wrapped so professionally. Sendflowers.com apparently just posts pretty pictures on its sites then outsources it to different florists. My order was delayed, delivered a different arrangement, they processed unwanted discount upon complaining, eventually re-delivered, still a very different arrangement. Surely not a pleasant experience
I would prefer NO STAR. Just terrible! I ordered "same day" delivery on Saturday ($75) for a relative who was seriously ill in the hospital, only to receive an email on Sunday, saying that it would be delivered on Monday. Then on Monday, another email arrived saying that my order was unavailable, but a "similar product" would be delivered. I called and after a long wait, I asked about the "similar product"- and was told there would be "unintelligible" and carnations. I asked for "no carnations" please and asked for a photo of the "similar product." (I think someone in another country was reading answers to me - I felt sorry for her.) She said ok. Late Monday afternoon, I receive an email saying that there were no florists in the area who could fill my order and so it was cancelled! Luckily, I found a florist in the vicinity of the hospital and called. They delivered a beautiful arrangement a few hours later!
DO not use SendFlowers.com they charge your credit card, no order confirmation was sent and at the final end, flowers were never delivered. The answer of SendFlowers.com to that issue "the recipients couldn't be reached". Blaming the client is the easiest way. We were all at the place of delivery but SendFlowers.com never showed up.
I wish I would have looked up the reviews before I ordered! I paid for a premium bouquet of balloons for a12 year old girl. It cost me $90 Canadian dollars. They sent 7 balloons total and the colours were blue, orphanage, grey and white and 3 Mylar ones.
I specified young and feminine!

I ordered flowers for my friends birthday and when I realized that she didn't received them. I called customer support and after waiting 30 minutes I was told that they weren't delivered because the florist "didn't know what size to make". Basically, my friend's birthday surprise was ruined because the florist couldn't pick up the phone to ask me (even though I provided my contact #) or sendflowers.com. Which is BS! Their solution was to refund me 15% of my order and deliver them the next day (which didn't work for me) Apparently, there was no way to speak to a supervisor. Eventually, I was offered a full refund + a $20 gift card. Which is hilarious because I'm never going to use it. They ruined my friend's birthday surprise from me and essentially wasted hours of my time and energy. PISSED OFF to say the absolutely least.
Ordered Monday morning for same day delivery. Got an email late Monday afternoon that delivery would be delayed but would be delivered Tuesday morning. It's now Tuesday afternoon and still no delivery. I contacted sendflowers.com and they said the order hasn't even been assigned yet. This has all been incredibly frustrating.
I bought a bouquet of flowers in a cute coffee mug for my sister who was dealing with hard times. I asked her to send me a picture and it is not at all like on the website and I paid for the PREMIUM UPGRADE. This product cost me a total of $83 with what was supposed to be bigger than the websites picture as well as have premium flower selections. I will leave the pictures up and you can see what I mean, obviously you will see the one on the website is in an adorable coffee mug with big bushy flowers. Now look at the one she got, the mug is very poorly made and the flowers are not at all like was promised. I know the pictures on the website and edited to look better but these were just horrible. The spacing was messy and the flowers are very lacking. This was not worth more than $30 much less $83 I paid. I called to explain to them what happened and I was obviously nice and the man on the phone was nice too but I was told I could have a gift card for $10 for my next purchase like why the hell would I buy from you again. He promised me a refund like their website says as well, come to check my bank and they gave me $11 back. I'm so annoyed with this company and I would avoid at all costs. Never upgrade because they just send the same old thing to anyone. It's not even the money, I'm just disappointed that I was not given what I was told I would be given and as stated on their own website. AVOID! Please excuse all the run-on sentences.
We placed an order at send flowers.com two days in advance. The flowers supposed to be delivered to a recipient on Friday as a birthday present. The flowers was never delivered during the next two days for a reason described as "due to severe weather." I live in the same city where the flowers had to be delivered to. It was a very sunny summer day in Los Angeles. We missed an opportunity to send a gift on a birthday day. We are very upset with the "service" of the provider.
Ordered next day delivery and after payment was processed and a confirmation was sent by email that my order was accepted and scheduled I received an email stating that it wouldn't be delivered until the following day so a day late which isn't ok. They blamed it on the local florist. But they still took orders and said they could be delivered same day or next day when in fact they couldn't. Tried to contact by phone was unable to say on hold for over 45 mins before giving up. Was able to get a response through email but they were not helpful. Will never use this company or recommend it.
Can you find 10 differences here? Well, Send Flowers can't. Picture on the righ is a premium fruit basket I've ordered for my sister's b-day, the one on the left - is what her neighbor found lying on the floor in a different part of the building. Isn't that beautiful?
One day before the delivery date I've contacted their chat to inform I'd love them to call the receipt in advance to make sure she's not away, cause I've learnt there was a 2 days trip planned. Online representative promised that everything is under control and then in a couple of days my sister is glad to receive these greeting, made of 4 apples, 1 orange and 1 pineapple, that you can buy for $20 elsewhere, but Send Flowers' proudly name this premium basket'!
This is not for the first time I've shopped with them, but the last one for sure. Never had any experience like that and never though I would.

I made an order they said they had to 6 pm at 6 pm order does not show up so I reach out they said it had been rescheduled for the next day that they where very sorry for the delay! But no one had even bother to let me know in at advance plz stay away! From these company
I ordered a bouquet of balloons from this site for a birthday surprise for a friend. (I have given him balloons on his birthday for the past 20 years!) I received an email on the day that said it was delivered. I called my friend and NOTHING had been received. On that day I contacted this company by email and they said they were sorry and they would look into it. The next day- no response or answer. Finally when I contacted them again they said that the order could not be completed at all. Imagine my disappointment. Horrible experience.
I order Lavish Lavender Rose Bouquet online to only find out that send my friend some cheap bouquet that was neither lavish nor Lavender. Not even ONE lavender flower in the arrangement. When I emailed than called this company I get customer service with minimal comprehensive of the English language who told me their website disclaimer said they can substitute if the flowers I ordered are not available. Okay I get that part, but what they sent and what I ordered are two entirely different arrangements. They SUCK NEVER use them again. I'll use 1800flowers since they correct their mistakes unlike these losers. The picture on the right is what I ordered, the one on the left is what they sent her.
I sent my friend for her 60th birthday and took the time with different websites and thought I made the right decision with send flowers.com. She sent me the delivered flowers and nothing what I ordered. Took $8 off my bill. Never again.
I had never heard of the site before. The prices were really good and they offer same day delivery for a very reasonable price. I received an email when the flowers were delivered and after seeing a picture of them, they are gorgeous. I will definitely use this site again.
The bucket looks cheap and small compared to the photo on their site. I even upgraded to deluxe and paid in total $75, which is toooo much for what my friend have got for her birthday.
