I ordered flowers for my daughter's step-mom and got confirmation of deliver, but she never received them. I called today and all they said was the delivery was made that I was going to be sent an e-mail from the "florist" after they talked to the driver. Of course I didn't. This company is a SCAM! How are they still in business?!
I ordered flowers on 5/10/19 to be delivered on 5/11/19 the flowers were not delivered I ended up calling and had to wait on hold forever for someone to answer only to be told they couldn't find a shop to make the delivery and there was nothing they could do about it. When the flowers were finally delivered today 5/13/19 2 days past the delivery date they were left on the ground around the side of the house instead of on the front porch they were only found when taking out the trash. Definitely not worth the $50+ I spent for them the bouquet looked nothing like advertised nor did the vase and were poorly put together I will never be using them again.
Ordered flowers for Mothers day and they were NEVER delivered. Unbelievable. I will NEVER use this place again. Rather pay more and have the person receive them. Ignorance.
My experience was the same to others. Completely ruined mothers day for my family. Claimed they would make it up and send something the next day. Just another lie from them.
I have had 2 awful experiences with this company. The first one being I ordered a $400 arrangement for my Dad's funeral service and my flowers didn't arrive until after the service. When I called very angry and upset the best resolution they could offer me was $5.00 off a future order. Really? $5.00 on a $400 arrangement. Against my better judgement I ordered again for Mother's Day. My mother still hasn't received the flowers and when I called to complain I was refunded a whole 10%. I am beyond outraged and I hope no one gives them their business!
This company has failed to deliver the flower arrangements I had ordered on three different occasions now. They have ruined special and meaningful events because of this. Avoid this company!
You guys need to quit making weekend delivery available if you never deliver on weekends anyways. This is the second time this has happened. Take the option off your website if you don't actually deliver on weekends. Thanks.
They are late on the flowers which were ordered in plenty of time to make my daughters birthday today 5/11 now being told they will not arrive until 5/13 and I got a yeah were sorry but too bad. I placed an order for Mother's Day with the earliest day they had available and of course after payment they want to say that delivery date is unavailable! I will NEVER do business with this Lying company again. I could have found a company that could actually deliver as promised!
Can't get anyone on the phone. After u think flowers are delivered they wait until they're closed to tell u it will be 3 more days. These flowers were supposed to be there today. Before mother's day.
Literally the worst service I've ever had in my entire life, the manager was rude as can be half the employees can't speak english so they are impossible to understand. My order didn't arrive on the day it was scheduled for, yet I got an email stating it was. They magically can't get a hold of the florist and my order still isn't delivered. They give you the run around and give you no answers. They are quick to take your money but don't want to deliver the product they promise. I literally was in shock in how the manager spoke to me on the phone. They are by the far the worst place to ever order flowers from your better off picking dandelions from the yard and mailing them. I don't even want to give it 1 star honestly.
The first picture is the arrangement I ordered, the 2nd two pictures are what my daughter got. Does it look like what I ordered? NOT EVEN CLOSE! It was my daughter 40th Birthday so I called and they offered to gave me a 30% discount and a $10.00 Gift Certificate to use on my next order. I told them to keep the Gift Certificate because I would not be ordering from them again. I still had to pay $ 46.43 for a $#*!ty arrangement. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER will I order from the again.
Should have read the reviews first. Ordered birthday balloon delivery because I thought price was good. With delivery charge, it was comparable to competitors. Balloons not delivered. Had to call them, recurved an apology and we'll see if they are delivered tomorrow. DONT USE!
I placed an order with SendFlowers (order # *******) to deliver flowers on March 20,2019 to a dear lady friend. I called her the next day to see how she was enjoying her flowers. She said she didn't receive any flowers from me. Both she and I were sorely disappointed, as I had been sending her flowers for many years. I quickly sent off an email telling SendFlowers of the situation. They responded with an apology, stating that they would investigate the matter. I heard nothing for a week, and then sent off another email. This time their response was that they would pass on my email to the proper department, and if the people in that department were interested they would contact me. Obviously they were not interested. I never heard anything from them.
I used SendFlowers because they had attractive prices. I am reminded of the addage. "Cheap is not cheap." I am out $47 and change. I hope others will read these words and choose a more reliable and honest online florist.
I ordered a fruit and cheese basket for my guy with next day delivery. It came the next day, but it was a sorry mix of 6-8 apples, lousy grapes, and crappy snacks. For the $70 I wasted, I could have put together a much better basket. Please, folks... listen to me and all the other negative reviews: DO. NOT. ORDER. FROM. SENDFLOWERS.COM.
They ran a promotion saying that the $15 delivery fee was waived for a certain period so I ordered TWO $60 arrangements. So instead of delivering, they just kept saying my house was abandoned. I literally order like 2-3 arrangements a month and nothing like this has ever happened before. The funny thing is that I previously ordered 3 arrangements from them without any problems.
I gave this company a 1st try, ordered cake arrangement, they sent a crap flower arrangement, late. Gave them a second chance and paid for same day delivery, was not needed same day, just wanted to give myself the extra days, they emailed me and said it would be the next day. Then on that day at 4pm was told it would be the following Monday and they would give me a 30% refund. Well that day would be past my mother's birthday. Not acceptable. Canceled order, asked for full refund. If you want to be disappointed. Then this is the not a good company for you. My advice, Do not take the chance. Unless you like disappointment. This company is uncaring and they SUCK!
Order a large arrangement to my daughter for her bday and they sent her a cheap 20$ arrangement which was not even close to my order. Second time this happened
Our daughter in law who is in the USAF had surgery Friday. Our son called us and told us they had to remove her Fallopian tubes. My wife immediately got on the phone and ordered flowers. We were called Saturday and told the flowers couldn't be delivered until Monday. At that point we were pretty upset, until Monday came and they were not delivered. We were told the order was given to another florist and guaranteed delivery on Tuesday. Here it is Tuesday, my wife has been on the phone with this company twice today and I am just finishing my third call. After all kinds of guarantees and excuses and lies I finally canceled the order. This weekend we will fly down to SJAFB in NC and hand deliver a beautiful bouquet.
