I received a call after I placed my order and called them back. They wanted to verify the info on the order (ok - I appreciate that) but even verified the message I wrote on my card. Then they transferred me to another department to verify AGAIN. Wanted to speak with my husband because his name was on the acct too. Would not place the order but refused to cancel the order until they spoke to my husband. I put him on the phone and then they did not believe it was him so they said they wanted my bank to fax a statement saying this was his acct. After 25 minutes, I hung up, called my bank & disputed the charge. TERRIBLE!

Train wreck

What an absolute joke of a flower company tried to send my daughter's flowers today they could not complete the order to the delivered address as they would not deliver to her school. Then they wanted to argue with me about refunding my purchase that they could not deliver properly then they hung up on me 3 times then they delivered the wrong flowers to my house for my wife worst experience ever if there was an option for 0 stars I would give it

They emailed me a discount code, so I figured I'd give them a chance. Ordered a spray for my fathers funeral service and they decided not deliver my order. I got the run around about how the local florist never got the order and then when I said "ok, just deliver it later" they said the local florist did not have enough flowers to even make it (there are a bunch of teleflorists in the area so this was a lie). Waiting for the refund to post. Never again with this company.

I ordered flowers for my best friend's birthday. I chose the Reflections Pink Rose Bouquet. If you look at the picture, the bouquets has regular pink roses and mini roses placed beautifully in a pink vase... When the flowers were received, there were 3 pink carnations, 5 daisies and lots of filler. Honestly, it looked like the florist went down to the local walmart, grabbed a $10 bundle of flowers and a $2 vase and delivered them to my friend.
I online chatted with customer service that night and they offered me a 30% refund. I was persistent with my complaint, and was offered a 50% refund. Was asked if there was any other way they could help and told to call customer service for further issues.
So I call customer service and after being on the phone for 20 minutes and put on hold twice to "verify" the order, and that she say that I had already been issued a half off of my purchase. I told her it wasn't about the money, I paid for a beautiful Bouquet of pink roses and received walmart garbage and I wanted it fixed. So she tells me the flower order will be resent the next day.
Second round of the flowers were better. This one actually had roses in it. But still NOT even close to what I ordered.
I understand, and according to the website, substitutions might be necessary. But when I order a bouquet of roses, I expect roses.
This sight and it's customer service are a JOKE! Don't waste your hard earned money or your time. You will not get what you paid for.

Terrible

I used this site for my business. Terrible choice. The customer service representatives are inept and rude. I sent several emails that went unanswered, and the last person I talked to told me to call the recipient and ask him if he received the gift. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered in am. By 8 pm that evening no show, however email was sent stating flowers delivered. I called and complained, rep apologized and said he has no idea we're flowers are because act stated delivered. My response was why would I be wasting my time calling you from the restaurant to where we're having birthday dinner and complaining to the whereabouts of my mothers flowers.

I asked rep to compensate me for flowers not being delivered which I paid for in full. Rep offered me 10. % discount, unfortunately that was not enough to even cover delivery. After some time going back and forth rep offered me 30%. I was so tired of being on phone while at restaurant I said fine.

When we arrived home later that evening past 10 pm the flowers were on doorstep... hmmm how convenient after I call and complain flowers arrive. Just a limit to late when I placed ordered to come in am so my mother can enjoy flowers all day not at 10 pm!

Lastly, next day I checked my act and the rep I spoke to only gave me 10%discount. Argh so I call back and complain that the discount was not correct. New rep then gave me additional 20% to equal30% total.

In the future I wil, not being using or recommend sendflowers.com after my bad experience...

False Advertising

I wanted a nice, bright flower arrangement for my brother in law's mother's funeral. I looked at all the pictures and pricing. The one I ordered was called the Enchanted Garden Flower Bouquet. It had a lot of beautiful multi-colored flowers in a glass vase. It appeared to be quite large and full of flowers. What arrived at the funeral home was so small I could barely find it. And it had two colors: pink and pink. It was about 1/4th the size of what I paid $50 for. I was totally embarrassed with what they sent. I could have bought twice as many flowers at Costco for half the price. When I called she said their disclaimer states that substitutions might have to be made. I read the disclaimer. I told her I would have been fine with substitutions if they were at least more than one color and were the same amount of flowers as what was pictured. First she offered to send more flowers but I told her the funeral was the day before where many people came to pay their respects. Then she offered me a 20% refund and a $10 gift certificate. I told her no I don't want a gift certificate. Then she offered a 30% refund and a $15 gift certificate. Like I want to order from them again! I told her I wanted a 75% refund since I had to pay a $15 delivery fee. She said the best she could do was a 50% refund and the $15 gift certificate, and I could do whatever I wanted with the gift certificate. So I took it. I am going to add pictures so you can see how awful these flowers were. And they say online 100% satisfaction guaranteed but beware. You won't get your money back no matter how awful they are. So never order from these people if you are smart! The brightly colored flowers on the right are what I ordered. The flowers on the left are what I got. There were a total of 6 or 7 flowers in the vase. Same color. Nothing like what I paid for

I ordered a Candy Basket with HAPPY BIRTHDAY balloon, and two extra balloons.

The DAY OF HIS BIRTHDAY at college (as a freshman), at 1PM, I get a call that the order can not be accommodated and I can have it delivered in 2 days!

What? THE DAY OF his birthday, not the day before, I get this call!

I would like to know what store they are affiliated with in the areas of my sons college, that can't go to cvs and pick up the supplies. What company do they use... I want to know, but they didn't tell me.

Terrible Service

I ordered flowers on March 15,2019 to be delivered to a friend on March 18,2019.
Later in the evening of March 15 I received an email from Send Flowers stating that my order had been delivered. I emailed customer service asking for clarification and to confirm whether the order had been delivered or was still on track to be delivered Monday, March 18. I received a reply addressed to the recipient not me stating they were sorry I was disappointed with my order and that they had contacted the florist of the issue and they (florist) have extended their apologies. They went on to state that the florist would like permission to redeliver the item ordered to replace the one that was received. I immediately called Send Flowers and the customer service rep I spoke to said the flowers had not been delivered and that he could not contact the florist because they were closed for the day but assured me I would receive a follow up email and phone call Saturday, March 16. As of Tuesday, March 19 I did not receive a follow up to that phone conversation. I did; however, receive an email during the evening of March 18 stating that my order was not able to be delivered on the specified day (March 18) but that they would reschedule it as soon as possible and in the mean time would reimburse me my same day fee to make up for the error. I did not request same day delivery so there was no fee. I called Send Flowers today, March 19 and was told the order would be delivered today. I asked for the name of the local florist so I could verify the delivery myself, in light of all the incorrect emails I have received, and was told they would not give out that information. It remains to be seen if the order will actually be delivered today. I would NOT recommend this business!

First I must say they were beautiful. They were for my granddaughtes 8th bday. Whar touched me the most is that the card was handwritten. My Mom her granny whom just passed the writing was exactly like hers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and giving us a piece of our Mom.

Awful flowers

First, I needed to read these reviews before shopping with SendFlowers. I messed up by putting my address as the delivery address. I asked the driver to take them to my friend who lived 4 or so miles away. He called the dispatcher or mgr and she yells "That's the address on the ticket." Then she says I need to call the company. Bottom line, this was a blessing b/c the flowers were horrible! The arrangement looked like greenery and filler flowers. I bought some supermarket flowers and made an acceptable arrangement.

Ridiculous

I ordered a small balloon bouquet for my husbands birthday. One, it was overly priced for what it was. I spent 38 dollars to get 3 balloons and one was halfway deflated when it got delivered to him! I contacted them over this and they said they would be sending a replacement and it would make it to him before he got off work at 3:30 pm. I then get a message at 3:15 pm that it has now been rescheduled to be delivered the day after. Then that sent a whole mess of trying to get the address changed to where it was being delivered since he did not work the next day. Since they could deliver to residential addresses later, i requested it be delivered that day. They said they would try. When my husband got home, the balloon was completely deflated. Finally I got tired of the mess and asked for my money back. They refunded it but pretty much told me U would not be getting a replacement now. I should of been priority since my order eas messed up in the first place. I will not be ordering again.

Ebates should NOT be doing business with this company. Everything was fine and then I got a phone call that the person who I was having flowers delivered to lives "too far out" to deliver them and the florist they contract with locally cannot deliver that far out. They wouldn't tell me who that local florist was and then asked if the recipient could go pick them up. I told them it's not a huge town, they had the delivery address when the order was placed and never said it was a problem. I told them I would NOT have my mother in law go pick up flowers and I could frankly pick some up and deliver them myself. I demanded my money back. We'll see if that happens.

Very Disappointed

I called this company on a Saturday to send flowers to a friend because her father passed away. I received a follow up call on Sunday from SendFlowers with information that an attempt to deliver was made. I scheduled the delivery for Monday not Sunday. The company said they will make note of that and deliver them. I spoke with Joanne on the website chat feature to inquire about the bouquet on Monday evening. She assured me they leave the delivery on the doorstep and not bother my friend with a phone call. Tuesday morning, I got an email from SendFlowers that said they were waiting for further instruction. After calling SendFlowers to talk with Kevin and chatting with Carl following the Tuesday morning email, my friend still has not received her flowers. I will never use this service again.

This place seems like a huge scam! I placed an order for my goddaughter whom had just had surgery and I couldn't make it to the hospital. Their delivery time said for residential was up to 6pm! 6 came and went. No one at their customer service number knew where my order was and I even received and email saying the teddy bear was delivered when it wasn't. After 9 calls, the driver finally calls, after 8pm on a weekday! Who the hell does that? The teddy bear wasn't even as described and their customer service clearly was terrible. How do you offer your customers to get back to them within an hr and never call them? I wrote several emails and they didn't even take the time to read, all they did was reply telling me the item had been delivered, which was not true! I am still waiting to hear back from all nine service reps I spoke to, so I promised them this nice review! So disappointed! Don't order from here, you won't get what your paying for and they surely won't take you into Acct! They only care to charge your card and heck with the rest! The even offered me a 20% refund meantime for the inconvinince meantime the order appeared and now all of the sudden there's no such thing either. They truly suck and I will never order from here again, I rather give weeds from the park!

I'm so disappointed

I ordered the flowers yesterday morning and paid for "same day delivery" (even though they were scheduled to go out the following day, over 24 hours later). Last night I get an e-mail that they were unable to deliver the flowers, even though they're scheduled for the next day. So I reach out today - hoping maybe they'll be delivered - and nope. Not going to happen for some unknown reason. So I cancelled my delivery and now have to wait 3-5 days for my money back. Never again will I use this service!

Called the number to ensure that the flowers would be delivered on time. They insisted it absolutely would be and there was no problem delivering them to a school, but recommended' online purchase to save 50% and delivery fees. I called back after placing my delivery because I wanted to explain exactly how to ge then to the person (she was in a play). The person - who I had just spoken to - said he was just a receptionist and any information like that would have to be emailed. I checked my email receipt and it said if there were any special instructions or issues to call the number - WHICH I JAD JUST CALLED!
So, in the end NO flowers were delivered at all. I wish I had googled their ratings first.
Incompetent and uncaring.

Never again!

I bought a beautiful bouquet, payed 50$ with the delivery and received something that would cost 5$! When you try to write a review on the website, the review page just doesn't exist, you get a "oops, page not found". The flowers were dying already! Trash!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friend who suffered a loss this past weekend, the flowers were supposed to get there on Sunday, and of course, they did not. I was sent an email saying I'd get a refund for delivery, but they did not put it back on my card, instead they made it store credit as if I'd ever use this company again. If you feel like wasting money and not having your flowers delivered in a timely manner, this is the company for you. So extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. Flowers have yet to come and it's midday the following Monday.
