I placed an order for a bouquet to be delivered for my sisters B day but made a mistake on date and put 1 mo later. I called comp. Explained my mistake. They delivered flowers on the day I wanted originally and saved me from my own mistake. That is great service, my sister was very pleased. Their customer service is great! Will order from them again! They have my vote for excellence!
Made my order yesterday for delivery today for a dear friend who lost her son this past weekend, and SURPRISE they can't do it, in fact they've pushed the delivery to Tuesday. Don't make promises of quick delivery if you can't make good on those promises. I will NEVER be ordering anything from this place again; once my order is delivered, I won't be interacting with this company. I honestly don't care about a discount or whatever else, I want my sympathy flowers delivered on time and when they're needed. I feel so foolish for even thinking this would be a good idea.
I am furious. I am completely disappointed and let down. This company didn't even attempt to fill my order, as I know there are plenty of florists in the town, and they DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME THEY WEREN'T GOING TO FILL IT UNTIL THE DAY WAS ALREADY OVER.
They do not deserve the one star I had to give them. Ordered flowers for my mom for same day delivery. Nope. Didn't happen. The next day? Nope. Called and they said to wait until 6 because they were out for delivery. They should be there by then. Nope. Called back. Said the reason they weren't delivered was because they didn't have a florist to deliver them. Really? Then why did you say they were out for delivery? Run. Don't waste your time and money. Have to wait 3 days to get a refund and from what the comments say, I'll probably have to call my bank to dispute the charges. Wonderful.
Ordered flowers to be delivered for my girlfriend at her work. What I ordered and what she received were two different things. I could've got better flowers at my local grocery store, and for half the price for that matter, than what she received. Won't ever order from them again, and I recommend that you don't either. I ordered bunch of flowers on 13th Feb to deliver on Valentine day. They took my order and charged me more for deliver on that day. However, they didn't deliver it on that day. I called them and they said they were sorry about that. They only could deliver it on 16th. What the $#*!ing joke! Who need it on 16th!? DO NOT order flower on this shop if you don't want to disappoint your friend and get annoyance to yourself!
Do yourself a huge favor and avoid making any purchases through this website. If you already have used the site and are currently waiting for delivery confirmation... immediately cancel the order and dispute the charge. They won't notify you because there's a high probability that the product will not be delivered as guaranteed. I was put on hold 6 times after speaking with someone who would only provide me with the name of "Debbie". The rep then lied to me about a failed "delivery attempt" due to not being able to find the address. Then, and only because of my persistence, after I was transferred to a manager. I was told of a failed "delivery attempt" due to no one being at the residence. Another lie. I immediately cancelled my order and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.
So currently it is 6:30 in the evening and I am still waiting for my wife's Valentines day flowers to be delivered. This is the worst flower service I have ever used. I have ordered twice from them before for a next day delivery and they were late by a full day each time. The last time it happened that gave me 15.00 credit if I used them again, and stupid me, I fell for it. This time I ordered a week in advance thinking that would eliminate the next day factor, didn't help. I will never use their services, or non services as the case seems to be, again. Also I am irritated that I had to give them at least one star to be able to post this, they don't even rate that high!
I have now 2 times once for a funeral and now on valentine's day tried this company and 2 times they failed! No delivery on time flowers very poor condition worse company for flowers ever! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I order flowers three days before Valentine's day and no show. They call and say well I'm sorry it will come tomorrow. I didn't pay 100.00 dollars for this. Then on the phone for a half hour and get no where. Never use them
I made an order yesterday and my delivery date was for today (Valentine's Day) for some reason I felt the need to check the status of my order and the rep told me it wouldn't be delivered till tomorrow. Send flowers gave me ZERO notification that it was delayed. When I called to speak to a supervisor I was on hold 40 minutes only to receive an "I'm sorry and an offer for a 20 dollar gift card for my next order, when I declined the offer she continued with different offers "50 percent off next order". So i ask for a refund, now i have to wait 8 days to receive my refund. LOL... Send flowers has below par business ethics and I would be cautious in the future. Happy Valentines Day!
I needed same day delivery i called everywhere and looked and found this company... placed the order and 20 minutes later i get an email saying they wont deliver until the next day! Very early the next day It was 3:30 and they had not delivered
I had to call and treatined o cancell on top of that the picture they show has nothing to do with the actual arrangement - never ever using this website again

This is Fraud. Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. They will not deliver your item on time and Hang up on you and avoid your calls. I've already reported this business to Better Business Bureau and Credit Card companies have flagged them as fraudulent business. Please, do not become another victim of this fraud.
I ordered a wreath for a funeral in a different town. It was to be there 1/17/19 I contacted the funeral home and was told yes it was there, but t today got email saying it was not delivered. But they can send to family home.Not acceptable.
WATCH OUT! I just found my long lost big sister after 44 years, and this was her first birthday for me. I ordered flowers thru this company, and scheduled it for a Sunday. It allowed me to do so and confirmed. I purchased the largest version of the bouquet offered. The day of her Birthday I get an email that they cannot deliver on that day, but will the following day with an apology, as well as "an upgrade" to the size of my order. I was furious obviously, as if they couldn't do it they should not have allowed me to book it. I would have found someone who could! When she did get the bouquet, I swear it was smaller than a half gallon of milk. Tiny! $73 dollars for that and a few balloons? Don't order from here. It broke my heart.
They called it a substitution, but they notified me that they would be substituting every single bit of flower and plant in my arrangement... so basically I would get an entirely different arrangement. After a useless phone call with someone who did not speak english and would not say anything "not on script", I got a seemingly helpful person via the chat option. They refunded my first order and allowed me to pick something entirely different and promised a $10 gift certifcate for my new order.
It took four emails to get that $10 discount. Then, I found out that my flowers were never delivered. They are supposed to be delivered today (2 days overdue) but we'll see if that happens.
I will NEVER use this company again. HORRIBLE customer service. Horrible company policies.
The first time I used them my sister in law didn't get her birthday flowers until 2 days after her birthday, and only after I called and complained. I figured I'd try again since they refunded me a partial payment. Well I should have known because my cousin NEVER got her flowers. They said they tried for 4 days but she wasn't home. She works from home! Ugh! Never again!
I ordered flowers to be ordered to my grandmother for Christmas, but they never showed up. The company they used said they were delivered, but my grandmother never received them. When I called and emailed they said they will look into it. Ten days after not hearing anything from them, I called and emailed again asking to be refunded my money. They sent me a snarky email back in response saying that they will not refund my money back, but instead continue with another order of flowers. I told them over the phone that I do not wish to do anymore business with them and just want my money refunded. They hung up on me then. So all in all avoid them at all costs!
