Do not use!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
We ordered a casket spray for my wifes Mothers funeral. They were promised to arrive within 1 hour before the funeral. When we arrived and seen they were not there, we called and then they told us "we are unable to service you"...
PLEASE... NEVER USE THEM!

Ordered flowers to be delivered on 12/21 and received an email stating that they could not deliver until 12/26 and that they would upgrade the flowers. On 12/26 received and email that they could not deliver again until 12/27. Once again received an email on 12/27 stating that they once AGAIN could not deliver until 12/28. Well guess what... 12/28 ONCE AGAIN could not deliver! I then cancelled the order and asked for a full refund. I really hope that they actually refund me. This company is the worst! I don't even want to give one star rating. It should be negative stars! 1

Ordered flowers for my best friend's mother's funeral. Did not arrive the day they were supposed to. I spent a better part of the next day trying to make sure they got there before 3 pm. After you call so many times, the company doesn't recognize the order number and send an e-mail saying you already got your answer. I got a picture of this arrangement and was truly embarassed. Stay far away!

These guys suck

I ordered a Christmas centerpiece that was to be delivered on dec 23. Nothing arrived. I had to contact them to be told it wouldn't come until the 26th which is AFTER the fact. They will now refund my money in 1-3 days... but because they didn't contact me it's too late to order from a decent company. They did nothing to make it right.

I had to contact this company 6 times to find out if my flowers would actually show up. I was advertised same day delivery, and it never happened. They then pushed off the delivery to the next day where I was told that it would be delivered early the next day, then it wasn't. The best they could do was give me 30% off my order and a 15 dollar gift certificate. I would never recommend this site to anyone.

The company substituted what I ordered for something totally different. When a picture was sent to me by the recipient, I was embarrassed. The company didn't even notify me that they were out of what I ordered and would have to substitute. They sent a cheap looking plant instead of the floral arrangement I picked out!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on a scheduled date and when that date came, received no email that they had been delivered- called the company, the rep put me on hold for at least 15 minutes then came back and said he had no way to know if it had been delivered and that I would get called by the florist next day- nothing happened, no call so I filed a complaint with Paypal... next day I get an email claiming they had delivered it on the 19th... what? So I contacted the recipient to whom I wanted to send flowers, they had not gotten anything... I then called Paypal directly and told them how the company was not honest and had not delivered anything at all and lied about it on top of it all- I emailed the company and called them on their dishonesty and asked for refund, got no reply back- so now I will get my money back via Paypal and will NEVER use them again- sham company that is not honest at all... I recommend using Flowers.com- used them three different times and they have great service and send you texts to let you know what is going on- and the flowers were just beautiful and well worth any higher price I had to pay- sometimes what seems to be a bargain really isn't at all but fake take your money and try to run...

Ordered Birthday balloons for my 12 year old adopted granddaughter. I couldn't be there to celebrate but I wanted her to know she is special to me and just as important as all my other grandchildren. Too late in the day to make any other arrangements, I received an email saying they couldn't deliver because they were out of helium and wanted to deliver flowers. NO, she is not 25! They offered me a 20% refund and to redeliver the next day. NO! Her birthday is on her birthday. She is not an after-thought. Eventually they agreed to the full refund. I feel sick after talking to my granddaughter and hearing the disappointment. Business's with attitudes of "oh well, here's your money back" when things go wrong are disgusting. I trusted that they would bring joy to my granddaughter's heart, instead they brought disappointment on her special day.

I hate to leave a bad review, but I have just received the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. My card was charged twice by your site, though the order did not go through. I called to inquire and ask if I could place the order and get the second charge reversed. The representative told me (without looking up my order) that the funds would be reversed. I asked how he knew, given that he hadn't taken my information. He just repeated himself. I asked him if I could place the order and have the flowers delivered. He repeated himself again and then hung up on me.

Despite the terrible customer experience, I was invested and tried to order from you. But now I am questioning the safety of your site and if this is a real business. Going to issue a chargeback for protection. But in case this is a real business, I thought you should know.

I ordered plant for wedding anniversary to be sent on November 28th. I never arrived. Called the company on 11/29, got automatic service response: scheduled for delivery. Called and talked to a representative. She promised to send it and offered discount for the trouble. Called automatic service again, they said the order delivered. Talked to representative and requested full refund. Will see if refund gets through.
It is by the way $94.24!

Horrible company!

So the flowers arrived on time all I can say! Ordered for my girlfriends birthday. Forgot balloons and chocolate. Called about it and said they can send driver back. Told them she's already left. And will be another fee to deliver again tommorow at work. At $15 delivery you would think you could get it right! Email customer service, and I got "sorry to here about your incident, hope to look forward to your business in the future! WTF! Really!?

All went wrong

Awful. They have no tracker, no communication whatsoever. Not only can you not pick the time of delivery or even see when the delivery is happening, they won't tell you about the delivery either. I talked to customer service and they said they'll communicate with him as soon as the local vendor responds - they never did. When the flowers came, they just left them at the porch under the rain! We had no idea they were sitting there for forever. And, on top of that, the flowers didn't turn out to look like the picture online. All wrong colors. Not worth all that money at all.

I'm not happy, I know the holidays are hard, but sendflowers WAY over booked themselves! I ordered on 11/9 to have an arrangement sent on 11/22, and I get an email today (11/23) saying it can't be delivered until 11/24! That's unacceptable, they over booked by TWO DAYS?!?! Why didn't they cut off orders or notify me that they couldn't deliver my order? Like I said I'm trying to be understanding, and I would be if it was delivered this morning, but two extra days?!?! Theyre just being greedy and taking money even though they know they couldn't handle the number of orders you got.

I ordered flowers last minute for somebody. I was told it would be same day delivery so I choose this website and paid. HOURS later I was told delivery could not be done and wait another day but that person was not going to be at that location the next day. I never got my money back.
They promise same day delivery to get your money with no intentions of filling it.

I ordered a basket for a friend who had a baby. My credit card was charged straightaway of course, but delivery day came and went and no basket. After numerous attempts to contact them, i finally received a reply to an email that they would look into it. I think the phone number is fake or a fax as it just rings out. After numerous follow ups i got nowhere. They have my money and the basket was never delivered. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY/SITE.

I've ordered flowers for my mom's friend and they just delivered the bouquet a day earlier. No one even asked me, whether I want for that to happen or not...
Their excuse was: we couldn't find anyone to deliver the day you've asked...
No refund for that matter... Just a huge disappointment.

I ordered a simple arrangement to be delivered. I got an email starting they couldn't fill the order with what was pictured and would send something else. They refused to deliver to the address and leave flowers on the door step as the recipient works all day. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't comply. I told them I wanted to know what the substitute arrangement would look like and no answer. I called back to give them different address of a family member on the same street within the a half a mile to accept the flower arrangement as they would be home all day. I got a call back again stating they couldn't deliver to that address. Seriously? After three phone calls I have no idea on the status of my order. I can't get a refund and have no idea if and when they will even attempt to deliver an arrangement. Never ever use this company! Worst customer service ever!
