Do not waste your money. The butterflies elevated maybe 2 inches and horizontally at that, some not at all. The birthday song, that I paid extra for, was barely audible.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Despite placing an order for a cake, it never arrived, and the company failed to offer any compensation or replacement. It took them four days and three emails to finally respond, and even then, they provided a complicated online reporting link that further delayed the resolution by three days. This means that for what was supposed to be a joyous occasion, we now have to wait a whole week for any sort of resolution. Adding to our frustration, they only offered a PayPal refund option and replied to us in a snarky manner. A company's reputation is often determined by how they handle such situations, and their convoluted return and replacement process appears to be a deliberate attempt to deceive customers. I have taken the step of reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We still don't have a resolution on this just another shady email saying a route representative will be with you in 24-48 hours. How difficult is it to resolve an issue?
The bags were shipped successfully; however, when they were unwrapped, they began to explode prematurely due to the CHEAP VELCRO that was placed to hold the bags together. I could not get a video due to them opening unexpectedly during my event. I am very UNHAPPY with the experience.
The Valentine bundle, Not worth the money. Reading what you get, seems like 4 different things. Nope! 1 box with everything listed. NOT worth the price at all. Never get my business again.

I paid almost 60 dollars for a cake had size of my palm and I asked for different color confetti and I got all chocolate. Then the butterflies didn't even fly… waste of money.

I ordered a cake for someone's birthday overnight. He got there a week later and syndicate did not do anything about returning the money I would not order there again.
I can order a cake for my daughter birthday and was to delivered by 2/11 and the cake was late and damaged so I tried to call them and left 4 messages and I feel r not get a call back. If I knew they used ups I would never ordered also I called customer service about my cake being late and damaged when received it. The 1st rep hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor it's apparently there is no supervision.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THE CAKE COMES LATE AND DAMAGED AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INCOMPETENT
Very disappointed, tried to aire my grievance with the delivery service only to be cut off wanted to surprise my son with a nice remembrance for my first time away for his birthday they failed
Had one sent to my neice in California and it arrived on time and was just as advertised. They all jumped and laughed at the same time...they loves it! Just wish I was there to see her face

This is terrible service, You can't talk to anyone only email which is ridiculous, that takes 24-48 hours I placed an order on the 7th, from a Mother's day advertisement that was advertising so that the person received the gift on Mother's Day, the expected delivery stated it would be delivered on Saturday which I assume it was the Saturday before Mother's Day since I ordered on the 7th, the receipt never said what Saturday when the person didn't receive the gift I checked the tracking email which now stated the20th, then when checking the tracking again it now states the cake is being delivered today! Mother's Day is over I don't want the cake anymore, another wait for the response on the cancellation process let's see how that go!

Horrible experience! I 100% Do NOT recommend ordering from this company. I ordered a "surprise" cake with extras (Happy Birthday music, pop up card and confetti) for my granddaughters 14th birthday on Sept. 2nd to be delivered on Sept. 10th for her party with 20 children in attendance, blow up slides, bounce houses etc. The cake shipped Thursday, never delivered as requested on her birthday, didn't deliver on Sun either just got notice that it is out for delivery on 9/12. Really disappointing for a $70 cost and being 2 days late with me ordering a week in advance of her birthday to ensure it was received on her birthday. And all the notices I received said delivery date Sept 10th. The cake is currently at least 6 days old at this point! I contacted customer service who referred me to the shipper (which they selected not me) when you go to the shipping website it refers you back to Send A Cake via email and the phone number provided goes straight to a voicemail. Terrible customer service.

Ordered and SPECIFIED a PREFERRED delivery date! When informed that order was being delivered a day early, I contacted SendACake and informed them that no one would be home to retrieve. Was promised that they would contact the shipper and direct them to deliver on the DOCUMENTED date.
Cake delivered a day early when no one was home (maybe because they weren't expecting it until the following day?!) So, naturally, my sister's birthday was RUINED!
Tried to contact support and was left on hold for over ONE HOUR... emailed them, but NO REPLY (guess they didn't really care as they had already been PAID!)
I WILL be contacting the BBB, WA State Dept. of Agriculture, WA State Dept. of Health and multiple social media and consumer review platforms about this matter!

Overpriced. Cake is extremely small. The butterflies did not fly around the way they do in your video.
I ordered a Sendacake for my daughter in college. I told her not to open it until she facetimed me. So she called me on facetime and I watched her open it. A few butterflies flew out and the box was completely empty. She just looked at me then said...thanks? I asked if there was anything with it that was not in the box. She said no, just some shipping instructions about not needing to keep it frozen. The box was empty, without the cake that I ordered. The total order cost $76.93. I called and told them this and they said I needed to send them the video of her opening. I told them there was not a video, I was facetiming my daughter so I could watch. Then she said to email a pic of the empty box. Which my daughter did. I called back to confirm they received the email. The next representative said that pic would not work that I had to send a video of her opening the box. I explained that we were facetiming and a video was not made and that I was told a pic would do. This was the big present for my daughter. From what I surmise from the telephone call they would only give me a $20 refund since I didn't have a video. Nice customer service. I will never order from this company again and I will warn others. What a great birthday moment away from home ruined.
Answer: Terrible Customer service. They provide a phone number but I've ben on hold for a least an hour (two different days) and they never pick up. When you tap to leave a message... the mailbox if full. Their email responses I think are AI. There is no name at the bottom and they are not helpful.
Answer: If you wind them up properly and put them in the place in the box where they were originally put. Probably won't work as well as when you first got it from the company though.
