Terrible Customer service. They provide a phone number but I've ben on hold for a least an hour (two different days) and they never pick up. When you tap to leave a message... the mailbox if full.
Their email responses I think are AI. There is no name at the bottom and they are not helpful.

Hello. I wanted to know if the butterflies were put back in the box will they come flying out again?
Answer:
If you wind them up properly and put them in the place in the box where they were originally put. Probably won't work as well as when you first got it from the company though.
