Send A Cake

I ordered a box which I received yesterday. The cake was absolutely disgusting. The only nice thing was the box itself and the butterflies but it wasn't worth the price. It's very expensive to receive a dry and tasteless cake with cheap candies. I don't like to write negative reviews but the cake was inedible. Cakes are the whole point of a birthday, very disappointed. Also they charge a very expensive fees handling a delivery. I don't recommend this place, don't waste your money!

I sent a 69 dollar cake package to my grandson and was very disappointed
4 small pieces of candy, one match box car and a lot of confetti. No Cake. He is only 3 and he was very disappointed. No more. Keep your send a cake packages. Kathy Gill

My sisters birthday is March 17th and we just lost both of our parents. This will be my sisters first birthday without our parents. She is having a really hard time and my parents would always send her a send a cake. I ordered two in my parents name for her, asked for it to be delivered on her birthday, however she received it today instead. I called and spoke to them about this and all they could say was, they would refund me my delivery fee of $16.00. This was supposed to be a very important birthday for her, since it will be her first birthday without our parents.

Cake was delivered but the driver left it at the entrance of the building on the floor and it got stolen, i asked for a discount and some help to get issues resumed, but they decline any responsibilities and just stopped answering my request…

Earlier I was notified by my credit unions fraud dept that someone ordered a cake using my credit card. I would really appreciate to know the address that this order was delivered to because it was ordered with a stolen credit card.

$80 for a cupcake and some credit card fraud. After I made this purchase, my card was fraudulently used to make purchases totaling about $3000. We did receive the "cake" which was basically a small cupcake. Not sure how it is worth $80. Not even the butterflies make it worth $80.

I got the box on time but the cake was basically melted oozing out of the packaging. The butterflys were cool but got stuck in my mom's hair it's not worth the 70 bucks I paid for they should have kept it cool...

Ordered an exploding box cake with music and candy. Shipping confirmed it would be delivered on 2/4. On 2/3 tracking showed it sitting in Memphis. It is 2/6 &it's still sitting in Memphis. Sendacake said they can only refund the shipping and the non-delivery is not their fault.

Since there's no way to give zero stars, Send A Cake gets one. Ordered a cake 12 days prior to my granddaughter's 10th birthday which was on January 24. Still no cake and it won't be delivered until January 29. I asked to cancel the order and was told no because it is in transit. NO ACCEPTABLE!

If only I had taken the time to check reviews before I ordered a cake. So far, their order process is flawed, I had to reenter all my card, email and address Four times before the order processed. I'll send another after I get the product. There is no way the trust finder rating is accurate at 4.5 when the BBB rating is 1.4. Maybe I'll get lucky……

It shows delivered at 7:30 p.m. it is not 7:30 p.m. yet. I paid for a specific delivery date of Auguat 31,2023. Today is August 30,2023, 5:40 p.m. The Biethday girl is gone for the day! Not a happy Customer!

They certainly did not live up to the promised spectacle of leaping 2 to 3 feet above the box.

This discrepancy between expectation and reality was disheartening, especially considering the sentiment behind the gift and the anticipation built up prior to its unveiling. While the paper butterfly box concept is charming, its execution left much to be desired.

In conclusion, I would caution others against investing in this product, as it failed to deliver on its promise of creating a magical moment. Despite its aesthetic appeal in the advertisement, the actual performance was lacking, resulting in a disappointing Valentine's Day experience for us.

The day after he ordered it, he decided he didn't want it so called customer service to cancel the order. He ordered it on 1/31, and called to cancel on 2/1 - but they said they would not cancel because it was too soon for the shipment date of 2/14. Ridiculous, this set the tone for how disappointing it all turned out to be.

Order was to be delivered on August 18th. I get a email on August 17 saying order was delivered. Not the date I requested called Send A Cake blamed it on FedEx did not care. Rude offshore representatives telling me that I agreed to terms when I paid. NEVER again if you want a surprise do not order from here.

My boyfriend ordered a cake for my birthday as a surprise. Not only did it not arrive on my birthday, defying the whole purpose of the surprise, but it also did not arrive at the right address at all! As we are long-distance and he lives in Europe, he wasn't able to communicate with the service through the phone, and I was supposed to do all the talking with Send a Cake myself. The girl I talked to was nice and helpful but the overall service was so dissatisfying. The reorder of the cake arrived maybe 13 days after my birthday, creating a two-week-long experience for a simple surprise that ended up being more of a headache than a surprise. We couldn't even reorder the same cake, they gave us only cheaper options to choose from.

I had an issue with the cake and instead of helping, they ignored me and did not want to be bothered. It has awful customer service. You out of luck if there is an issue.

I ordered this for fathers day to be delivered to my husbands work but at 8 pm when the time it should have been delivered it said delayed. So it'll be ruined by the time he gets ut if at all
