A nice option for dropshipping

I switched to Sellvia a few months ago because I was looking for a more hands-off dropshipping solution. The platform is easy to navigate - uploading products took me very little time, and I didn't need to do much research on shipping since they already take care of most of it. Delivery times have been decent, and my customers seem happy. It's not perfect, but it's definitely made my work a lot simpler.

To the Sellvia team, I'm extremely disappointed and angry with your platform. Only $4 products are being sold on my store—with zero shipping charges and $2 profit? That's clearly manipulated. One customer even bought the same product twice. Meanwhile, no high-ticket items ever sell—how convenient for you. Worse, I paid for a plan that was never activated, and your customer support is nonexistent. Everything points to a well-structured scam. I demand an immediate refund and a full account audit, or I'll escalate this publicly across every platform. Fix this now.

I subscribed to Sellvia after seeing their claims that I could earn $200 for every $100 spent on ads. That sounded promising, so I paid $444 for a premium subscription that was supposed to add "high-ticket" products to my store and make success easier. The reality? I ended up spending hundreds of dollars on ads, made only a few sales, and barely earned $6 profit — before deducting the cost of products, platform fees, and shipping. In truth, I lost money. Worse, Sellvia doesn't allow you to receive payments directly from customers, and you must pay for the products yourself first. This means all your funds are locked in a system that keeps draining your money. Their marketing is highly misleading, and the actual service is not even close to what they advertise. Stay away from this platform unless you want to see your investment disappear with no real support or results.

I doubt they even have a functional warehouse where they store the supposedly "hottest" products. These guys are dropshippers themselves! And are selling you garbage that is way overpriced, straight from China. Their 2 - 3 days shipping is bullcrap as well: It takes them 2 or 3 days to ship your product... 2 WEEKS AFTER they receive the product from china. These guys are scammers.

Sellvia operates like a classic pyramid scheme, drawing people in with the promise of a free dropshipping store stocked with so-called "market-proven" products. In reality, these are just overpriced dropshipping items that rarely sell. They encourage you to keep adding more products, claiming it will boost sales, but even after listing over 5,000 items, I saw no improvement. I also invested over $300 in their so-called sales and traffic booster tools, only to find them completely ineffective—a total waste of money.

Scamming people money...Sellvia is incredibly overpriced. They claim to be cheaper than AliExpress, but they are not. I have seen several identical products on AliExpress for 100-150% cheaper when factoring in their shipping costs. Sellvia does not have unique product offerings, nor high margin products. Most of their products are just cheap junk sourced from AliExpress suppliers. Your products are incredibly over-priced. I noticed you're selling a dog car seat cover for $58.99. I know you're sourcing this from Sellvia. What you may not realize is that you can purchase this same exact dog car seat cover on eBay for $20.98 with free shipping. You could literally source your product from another ecommerce seller and pay ZERO to Sellvia AND for significantly cheaper. Speaking of your dog seat cover, it says you've had 3 people purchase this product. Is this true? Are all of the reviews for your products legitimate or are they fake? Based on reviews, it would appear you're making many more sales than you're suggesting. What's your niche? It looks like you're just a general store. What's unique about your store? There are thousands upon thousands of general stores. I actually feel really bad for you OP. I am sad you are spending all of this money on advertising and doing everything Sellvia is telling you to do to be successful but are not generating any revenue. They are taking advantage of you and it's quite frustrating these kind of operations are allowed to exist

Scammers big time

This "company" is a scam. They setup a store for you with fictitious pictures of people connected to your store. Fake reviews AND blogs on your stores page. You cannot access any money you earned until you make $100 all the while trying to upsell you different products on their website. The two orders I got on my store I ended up paying for because I did not set up $100 deposit to get their automated system. When I canceled my account they told me I forfeited the earnings I supposedly made so they got paid two times for the product. Plus my account still showed active until I contacted the better Business bureau to file a complaint against them. They're unethical they're liars and their scammers

Big load of crap

DO NOT waste your time and money into this.
I've spent 500$ on packages to make my store more appealing and put another 100$ in my account to enable the "autopilot" transactions when I sell something (made 13$ of profit from sales).
When I decided to close my account because let's be real here,I've lost my deposit and all the money invested.
So conclusion: this is a big scam to rip people off so please stay away from these theives.

Additionally, their customer support is practically non-existent — they do not respond to their support email "*******@sellvia.com." To make matters worse, they closed my account without returning the $500 I had kept as an advance in my balance. The lack of support, expertise, and dedication to their customers is glaring, and the promises they make seem to be nothing more than empty marketing. I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other more reputable options.

Sellvia sales associate sold the gold line to me as 100% guarantee. They promised a two week start up. When they missed the deadline by weeks I asked for my money back. They refused. The project was not complete and nothing had been uploaded to amazon when I asked for a refund. They kept offering me incentives to keep me on but only offered $900 of my $1600 investment back. Why should I take a $700 loss when they didn't provide the product as promised? After over a year of trying to work with them they started saying it is against their terms and conditions to give my money back once I select designs even if they don't finish the project, 18 months and hundreds emails, more missed deadlines than I can count, and poor product outcome I gave up and ate the loss. They still assure me they are standing by ready to assist me when I am ready to give them another shot! In my experience I felt taken advantage of and misled,

Complete scam

So to start off I purchased an online store through this company and got to buying packages to add to my website. Ok cool. Bought a whole new layout and what not plus I added about 1500 plus products to sell. Ok cool. I go and make a consultation onboarding meeting with a woman named Catherine. Catherine then proceeded to talk me into buying a silver package with advertisements and what not for 600$. I told her I really didn't want to fork out 600$ considering I have bills and kids so my money it tied up, but talked me into doing two installments of 300$. I was literally pushed into buying something I didn't really want nor do I know anything about what she just sold me. Cool. A day goes by and I get on the dashboard and I see a tik tok package for $99 and I click it thinking I can see details about it before I purchase it, no, not what happened at all. It purchases it without me even wanting it to because my card is on file. So I write an email to the customer service people and tell them that it was a mistake and that I want a refund. I did end up getting that refund about a week after the email I sent. Now with all that happening I have bills accumulating and I'm in need of more money that I should not have been talked into spending so I email the customer service and tell them I essentially have no clue what I'm doing and I would just like my money back, and they said that they can not refund me my money once there services are delivered. What does that even mean? Your telling me you'll refund me my $99 back but not my first installment of $300? What kind of nonsense is that? If I could go back I would never have opened that stupid email tricking me into opening an account/website with them. Total scam 0 stars.

I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with Sellvia's dropshipping fulfillment services. From start to finish, my experience has been a nightmare. First off, their shipping times are atrocious. Despite their promises of fast delivery, orders take forever or never reach to customers, sometimes get randomly refunded and not delivered, or delivered faulty, and broken... causing constant frustration and damaging my business's reputation.

Customer service is another disaster. It's nearly impossible to get a clear answer from their support team. Every time I reach out, I'm met with vague responses, unhelpful advice, and a lack of accountability. It's as if they don't even care about their customers or the businesses they claim to support.

Inventory management is also a joke. Products frequently go out of stock without any notice, leaving me scrambling to find alternatives and apologize to my customers. The lack of communication and transparency is infuriating.

To top it all off, the product quality is inconsistent at best. I've received numerous complaints from customers about damaged or subpar items, which only adds to the growing list of problems.

In short, Sellvia has been nothing but a headache. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and utterly incapable of providing the level of service they advertise. If you're serious about running a successful dropshipping business, avoid Sellvia at all costs. They will only drag your business down with their incompetence.
