This "company" is a scam. They setup a store for you with fictitious pictures of people connected to your store. Fake reviews AND blogs on your stores page. You cannot access any money you earned until you make $100 all the while trying to upsell you different products on their website. The two orders I got on my store I ended up paying for because I did not set up $100 deposit to get their automated system. When I canceled my account they told me I forfeited the earnings I supposedly made so they got paid two times for the product. Plus my account still showed active until I contacted the better Business bureau to file a complaint against them. They're unethical they're liars and their scammers
Scamming people money...Sellvia is incredibly overpriced. They claim to be cheaper than AliExpress, but they are not. I have seen several identical products on AliExpress for 100-150% cheaper when factoring in their shipping costs. Sellvia does not have unique product offerings, nor high margin products. Most of their products are just cheap junk sourced from AliExpress suppliers. Your products are incredibly over-priced. I noticed you're selling a dog car seat cover for $58.99. I know you're sourcing this from Sellvia. What you may not realize is that you can purchase this same exact dog car seat cover on eBay for $20.98 with free shipping. You could literally source your product from another ecommerce seller and pay ZERO to Sellvia AND for significantly cheaper. Speaking of your dog seat cover, it says you've had 3 people purchase this product. Is this true? Are all of the reviews for your products legitimate or are they fake? Based on reviews, it would appear you're making many more sales than you're suggesting. What's your niche? It looks like you're just a general store. What's unique about your store? There are thousands upon thousands of general stores. I actually feel really bad for you OP. I am sad you are spending all of this money on advertising and doing everything Sellvia is telling you to do to be successful but are not generating any revenue. They are taking advantage of you and it's quite frustrating these kind of operations are allowed to exist
I subscribed to Sellvia after seeing their claims that I could earn $200 for every $100 spent on ads. That sounded promising, so I paid $444 for a premium subscription that was supposed to add "high-ticket" products to my store and make success easier. The reality? I ended up spending hundreds of dollars on ads, made only a few sales, and barely earned $6 profit — before deducting the cost of products, platform fees, and shipping. In truth, I lost money. Worse, Sellvia doesn't allow you to receive payments directly from customers, and you must pay for the products yourself first. This means all your funds are locked in a system that keeps draining your money. Their marketing is highly misleading, and the actual service is not even close to what they advertise. Stay away from this platform unless you want to see your investment disappear with no real support or results.
No sales at all. Waste of my time. No one can find your site because everyone has a site. Its going downhill fast because everones doing it
DO NOT waste your time and money into this.
I've spent 500$ on packages to make my store more appealing and put another 100$ in my account to enable the "autopilot" transactions when I sell something (made 13$ of profit from sales).
When I decided to close my account because let's be real here,I've lost my deposit and all the money invested.
So conclusion: this is a big scam to rip people off so please stay away from these theives.
I'm deeply disappointed with my experience with Sellvia.com. They advertise themselves as offering a "turnkey solution," but in reality, the service they provide is far from professional. It became evident that their main focus is simply taking your money, without any genuine effort to help you succeed or make a profit. Additionally, their customer support is practically non-existent — they do not respond to their support email "*******@sellvia.com." To make matters worse, they closed my account without returning the $500 I had kept as an advance in my balance. The lack of support, expertise, and dedication to their customers is glaring, and the promises they make seem to be nothing more than empty marketing. I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other more reputable options.
Selvia operates as a deceptive and fraudulent entity, luring customers in with fabricated reviews and false promises. Their so-called "Pilot" reviews are nothing more than a carefully orchestrated illusion, designed to create a false sense of trust. Do not be fooled—this company is built on dishonesty, and their entire business model revolves around deception.
They will say anything to secure your money, but once they have it, consider it gone—burned, wasted, and irretrievable. Their entire team operates with a singular philosophy: manipulation and exploitation. If you're considering doing business with them, think again. This is not just a bad company—it's an outright scam. Stay far away.
Sellvia sales associate sold the gold line to me as 100% guarantee. They promised a two week start up. When they missed the deadline by weeks I asked for my money back. They refused. The project was not complete and nothing had been uploaded to amazon when I asked for a refund. They kept offering me incentives to keep me on but only offered $900 of my $1600 investment back. Why should I take a $700 loss when they didn't provide the product as promised? After over a year of trying to work with them they started saying it is against their terms and conditions to give my money back once I select designs even if they don't finish the project, 18 months and hundreds emails, more missed deadlines than I can count, and poor product outcome I gave up and ate the loss. They still assure me they are standing by ready to assist me when I am ready to give them another shot! In my experience I felt taken advantage of and misled,
I had high hopes when I signed up for Sellvia, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Here's why I cannot recommend this service:
1. Hidden Costs: I was charged $249 for what I thought was a free trial. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.
2. Overpriced Products: The products on Sellvia are significantly more expensive than on AliExpress or eBay, making it nearly impossible to compete in the market.
3. Limited Customization: The store customization options are extremely restricted, hindering my ability to create a unique brand.
4. Poor Customer Support: Responses to inquiries are slow and often unhelpful, leaving me feeling unsupported.
5. Inventory Issues: Products frequently go out of stock without warning, causing problems with my customers and damaging my business reputation.
6. Questionable Practices: I've learned that Trustpilot removed fake reviews for Sellvia, which raises serious concerns about the company's integrity.
7. Misleading Marketing: The ease and profitability of starting a dropshipping business were greatly exaggerated in their advertising.
8. Aggressive Upselling: I've been constantly bombarded with attempts to sell additional services and features.
The reality of using Sellvia is far from the promises made in their marketing. I've requested a refund and hope others will think twice before investing their time and money into this service. There are likely better alternatives available for those looking to start an e-commerce business.
Sellvia exceeded my expectations in every way. The professional website they created for me is attracting more customers than I ever imagined. Their product recommendations are spot on, and the high-ticket items have brought in substantial profits. The marketing services have given my store the visibility it needed to thrive. Their customer support team is fantastic, always ready to answer questions and solve any issues promptly. I'm grateful for Sellvia's expertise and support!
Starting my ecommerce journey with Sellvia was the best decision I ever made. The process was seamless from start to finish. The website they built for me is not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional. I love how easy it is to manage everything, from adding products to processing orders. The profit margins on the high-ticket items are incredible. Plus, their ongoing support and training resources have been invaluable. Sellvia is a must for anyone serious about ecommerce.
I can't say enough good things about Sellvia! They made starting my ecommerce business a breeze. The site they built is sleek and user-friendly, and the product selection is amazing. The high-profit-margin items they offer have significantly increased my earnings. What I love most is the hands-on support from their team, especially the dedicated manager who ensures everything runs smoothly. If you're looking to start or grow your ecommerce business, Sellvia is the way to go!
Customer support is one of the best things Sellvia offers. There are several dropshipping providers, and you need to compare their terms. But good support is priceless. In the beginning, when I was struggling with settings, I contacted them every day, even on weekend. Then Vicky took over my case, helping me install add-ons, rename and reorganize categories, set up the pixel, and learn how to use analytics. Now, because of her, I'm ready to buy all Sellvia packages! My admiration and respect!
I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with Sellvia's dropshipping fulfillment services. From start to finish, my experience has been a nightmare. First off, their shipping times are atrocious. Despite their promises of fast delivery, orders take forever or never reach to customers, sometimes get randomly refunded and not delivered, or delivered faulty, and broken... causing constant frustration and damaging my business's reputation.
Customer service is another disaster. It's nearly impossible to get a clear answer from their support team. Every time I reach out, I'm met with vague responses, unhelpful advice, and a lack of accountability. It's as if they don't even care about their customers or the businesses they claim to support.
Inventory management is also a joke. Products frequently go out of stock without any notice, leaving me scrambling to find alternatives and apologize to my customers. The lack of communication and transparency is infuriating.
To top it all off, the product quality is inconsistent at best. I've received numerous complaints from customers about damaged or subpar items, which only adds to the growing list of problems.
In short, Sellvia has been nothing but a headache. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and utterly incapable of providing the level of service they advertise. If you're serious about running a successful dropshipping business, avoid Sellvia at all costs. They will only drag your business down with their incompetence.
Beware: Unveiling the Scammers' Game of Illusion and Empty Promises
Their promises sound tempting, but behind the façade lies a cleverly disguised trap. Every item on their site is priced at market value—no discounts, no deals. They lure you in with the illusion of a fair price, only to vanish when it's time to deliver.
If you're considering taking the risk, think again. I'm willing to transfer my account for half the price I paid—a testament to the frustration and loss I've endured. Save yourself the headache and financial strain. Don't fall victim to their elaborate scheme.
Dear Dayana,
I hope this message finds you well.
I have just completed your review and wanted to clarify that the prices displayed in our competitors' stores may not be the final cost. There may be additional fees that are only revealed at checkout.
At Sellvia, we value transparency with our customers and always show the true prices upfront. However, we do offer recommended prices that you can adjust in your store.
If you would like to follow the same approach as your competitors, you can also offer lower prices with shipping and taxes added at checkout. This way, your customers will initially see lower prices, but the final cost will remain the same. This is a common practice among many sellers.
We understand that, as with any business, there will be varying levels of success. We have many clients who have successfully sold our products on their websites and Amazon.
I noticed that you purchased High-ticket products. Our clients have had great success selling these products with a large profit margin. If you would like, you can lower the prices slightly to increase sales volume.
But to compare, I'd like to provide you with our new Product Package - Independence Day products, you can check them here: https://sellvia.com/independence-day-products/
What do you think?
Thank you for being a valued customer at Sellvia. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
I want to thank these folks for helping newbies like me get used to and understand how online shopping works. Their customer support is really good. They don't just fix tech issues—they also have personal managers who give tips on ads and boosting store profits. On the downside: you can't predict how much you'll earn or when. Running a store, especially in the beginning, takes a lot of time and effort.
Hi Shane,
Thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled to contribute to your ecommerce success.
They are thieves! And won't refund your money even after delayed shipping. I have lost money and customers cancelling due to goods not shipped on time. My store reputation has been damaged by this useless site and customer service is story for another day. $#*!ing site
Hello, my name is Yaros, CEO of Sellvia.
Thanks for sharing your feedback, and my sincerest apologies that your experience with Sellvia didn’t match your expectations. This is uncommon but we aim to do better.
I would appreciate another chance to make things right with you. Please feel free to contact me directly at ceo@sellvia.com. I will resolve all the issues.
Just want to give a quick reminder that if your sales are something like 1000$ or 2000$ during the first year it's still good. Don't rush, the process requires some time and consistency. And do the research for trending products yourself. You need to know what products are in demand and what people are looking for. With that plus Sellvia handling all the marketing and tech stuff, you should be just fine. Had a really good experience with them so I would totally recommend it.
Hi Timothy,
Thanks so much for the positive feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you're happy with Sellvia.
So to start off I purchased an online store through this company and got to buying packages to add to my website. Ok cool. Bought a whole new layout and what not plus I added about 1500 plus products to sell. Ok cool. I go and make a consultation onboarding meeting with a woman named Catherine. Catherine then proceeded to talk me into buying a silver package with advertisements and what not for 600$. I told her I really didn't want to fork out 600$ considering I have bills and kids so my money it tied up, but talked me into doing two installments of 300$. I was literally pushed into buying something I didn't really want nor do I know anything about what she just sold me. Cool. A day goes by and I get on the dashboard and I see a tik tok package for $99 and I click it thinking I can see details about it before I purchase it, no, not what happened at all. It purchases it without me even wanting it to because my card is on file. So I write an email to the customer service people and tell them that it was a mistake and that I want a refund. I did end up getting that refund about a week after the email I sent. Now with all that happening I have bills accumulating and I'm in need of more money that I should not have been talked into spending so I email the customer service and tell them I essentially have no clue what I'm doing and I would just like my money back, and they said that they can not refund me my money once there services are delivered. What does that even mean? Your telling me you'll refund me my $99 back but not my first installment of $300? What kind of nonsense is that? If I could go back I would never have opened that stupid email tricking me into opening an account/website with them. Total scam 0 stars.
Answer: SELLVIA is a legit business, if anything comes up they will put forth an effort to resolve the issue.
Answer: They charged me $2,000.00 more than two years ago.
