This is the mostly useless Dropshipping company. They are only interested in Taking your money. They don't care to fix any issue but are only interested in Sending over 10emails daily to you to buy their product. They hardly respond to emails or phone calls and even if they eventually reply your emails after several weeks. It's basically a generic response. They don't care

I apologize for the late reply. There're no monthly fees from Sellvia but there is from Amazon when you're using a professional plan. After the products are uploaded to a customer's Amazon account, it can be downgraded to the individual plan.

Worst experience ever

I created a store since more than a year a copy of what was supposed to be a successful business, I ended up with 2 sales only, without support, and whenever I ask for support they offer new services to keep you paying for more and more services without after sale customer support. An honest advise stay away from them

I recently opened a sellvia.com store last year October, and have since invested over $2000. I have viewed so much information and thought this would be good in hopes of starting a new beginning in online sales. However, in the time, I have only made 4 sales. But, when you review all the so called customers who started, everyone seems to have made 1,000s or even millions in a decent time frame. Furthermore, from me experience I think all reviews were written by employees of sellvia; thus, that is why every review is positive. If you have not already invested, please steer clear from these crooks. They are stealing money from those less fortunate.

Paying extra

I have worked with them building my proposed account, and loved their customer care but right before I made the purchase i decided to read the negative reviews and I'm noticing that the customer care representative that replied to all those bad reviews isn't really addressing the problem or dealing with it and there all valid problems and that makes me very nervous and also taking in the fact that most of the 5 star reviews are made by new customers and most of the bad reviews are made by existing customers, i also looked on trustpilot and i didnt see one review of someone making money all their rating is how cool it is and hw excited they are or how good the customer service is and all those things are irrelevant in comparison to money and in the negative reviews you see people lose money I'm getting the feeling that the whole thing is a big trap in the beginning they're nice and then they forget you and make money off you. Something just doesn't make sense and something tell me this is a good time to say 'better safe then sorry'

Marie was extremely helpful. I encountered some challenges with the back end of my sight in relation to passwords. She comprehended the issue and addressed it promptly. I'm really pleased with Sellvia. They seem professional, and things have started off well for me. Kylie, my business manager, has given me excellent tips on social media ads. I've set up accounts on almost every platform now (before, I mainly used Facebook). I've also joined forums and groups related to my niche. I've been at this for four months and have made 9 sales. Next, I want to try selling on Amazon to see how it goes. It's not happening overnight, but my business is moving forward.

Customer service can make or break an experience. So I hate when people there are rude or take ages to answer. This is why I love Sellvia so much! The girl who helped me (Anna) with importing my products was so polite, friendly and answered fast. They care about their clients and do not just take your money and then ignore you as some other companies do.

I took my time researching different platforms before finally deciding to launch my own store. My first Zoom meeting was with Saeed. Saeed came across as very convincing, so I signed up for the trial. There was a moment when I regretted it because I had no idea what to do once I received the ready-made store. Fortunately, I found a step-by-step action plan in my dashboard, and Saeed provided beginner guides. They are very easy to understand, even a kid could follow them. So, I decided to extend my subscription for a month. Now my store is set up and ready to go, and I'm telling everyone about it. Wish me luck!
