However, upon closer inspection, the company has attempted to coerce me into paying for hosting services that were originally promised as part of the package. Furthermore, their customer service department has proven to be unhelpful, consistently transferring me between representatives without addressing my concerns.
Additionally, I invested in their Amazon package with hopes of boosting my sales. Despite their promises of success, I have only managed to sell a mere 15 items over the course of a year. It has become evident that their team's sales tactics rely heavily on hype rather than delivering tangible results. Notably, they falsely claimed that there were no fees associated with maintaining an Amazon store, when in reality, a monthly fee of $39.99 is required. This misleading information has led to financial strain, as the profit generated from sales is insufficient to cover the imposed fee.
In light of these deceptive practices and the lack of satisfactory resolution from the company, I feel obligated to share my experience publicly. Sellvia presented itself as a dropshipping ally, but in reality, they are a deceptive facade that profits from selling underperforming storefronts to sell fake promotions on them and services they never deliver.
Initially, I was enticed by their polished pitch and invested over $2000 in their 'Gold Package', which claimed to provide comprehensive storefront management and promotion and marketign. However, the reality was far from what was promised. Sellvia failed to deliver on its promise of promotion, only adding a couple of blog posts to my website that bring no traffic and need to be promoted themselves.
Not only are their practices questionable, but their pricing strategies are also misleading and fraudulent. I discovered that the same package I purchased at a premium price is actually sold for $500, revealing a significant $1500 difference. This financial manipulation is shown across their business practice.
Sellvia targets individuals who believe in their vision of a successful online business. They sell underperforming storefronts, creating an illusion of potential success, only to later use your dissatisfaction as an opportunity to upsell additional services. I must emphasize that I never saw any results from these services.
When you want to contact them, they don't have phones or ways of speaking to a person, and they will send random emails offering the same product the never implemented to solve your problem.

With this company i spent over 1500$ This company sucks, they offer a sad service where you have to pay some good money for the HT store, with sad products, the theme they sold me was bugged, when i need help and send a message nobody helps me on nothing.

In reality, these are just overpriced dropshipping items that rarely sell. They encourage you to keep adding more products, claiming it will boost sales, but even after listing over 5,000 items, I saw no improvement. I also invested over $300 in their so-called sales and traffic booster tools, only to find them completely ineffective—a total waste of money.
Answer: SELLVIA is a legit business, if anything comes up they will put forth an effort to resolve the issue.
