DON'T do business with this company. I signed up in April '23, its Dec '23 and have ZERO to show for it. They're supposed to help & set you up for success & instead leave you going in circles while they keep your money.

A part of the program is giving full access to your Amazon account so they can add to your "store" but after 9 months and 2 sales I've just been deactivated for creating a second account even though it wasn't me. Who else would have been on my account to do such a thing if it wasn't me? Only the other entity that has my account access, Sellvia!

They need to be put out of business. THEY'RE CROOKS & THIEVES!

All these fake reviews showing 5/5 are AI generated. Sellvia is NOT what they claim to be. They are liars.

I tried the 14-day free trail with Sellvia. Before I started, I was told through text (which I still have) that they could get my customers their product in 1-3 business days! I had an order that was placed the day my online store opened. In those two weeks, the customer didn't receive their item. When I wrote them and told them (and showed them what I was told), their reply was that what I was told wasn't true! No, sorry, you were lied to or sorry that they had just ruined my name and brand with customers. I would stay far away from Sellvia! They aren't worth it, and they think it's okay to make you look like a liar to your customers, and they won't fix it!

I LOVE that you can use one subscription on several stores. I manage three stores now and thankfully i can add sellvia to each of them. I am lauching one more store soon and it will be on Sellvia too. And all of this with just one subscription!

Thank you team for your help regarding the TikTok Business and the help in creating the account and the TikTok Pixel. Since your help, I created a TikTok Business account, validated my business account and currently I launch my advertising on TikTok from my PC and my mobile phone. My purchase so far for Gold Sellvia package has been more than satisfactory and communication with my account manager is great. I got what I paid for.

My project manager Elen was so sweet and helpful, she was guiding me through the whole process and suggested many ideas that actually made my store look better! She was asking for my approval for every step they made and I felt like I'm the boss of the project :) :) I will recommend sellvia to all dropshippers!

My friend was a huge inspo for me. He made a crazy amount of money in his first year of ecom. I thought I needed to give it a try too cuz I'm so tired of working corporate jobs. He said that I shouldn't listen to all the ecom gurus and buy their courses and stuff and just try to build my own business like he did. I found it to be hard for me, I never had any experience in marketing, development or just business. Decided to try Sellvia, they seemed very beginner-friendly. I think I have a great start now and I make some money selling car stuff, I haven't left my job yet but planning to do so and build my own ecommerce brand. Wish me luck

Only do wish there was some live phone support.Regarding the complaints I sometimes find online, I want to say that no product suits everyone. Unfortunately, that's true. I tried Shopify myself and realized that it's a worthy platform, but too complex for me because you have to do a lot yourself. So, I just started with Sellvia. NO SALES, why? Because I am still in the free trial and I will continue the service. First, their customer service is top notch. I call they answer. They can respond to email a little faster but when I call, they answer and they answer all of my questions. I have set up the marketing, email marketing plan with the social media marketing. My website is elegant. The free trial gives me time to get everything I need to scale my business. While everything is being set up, I am strategizing a marketing plan. They help me every step of the way. It's up to me to put in the work. The best thing about making the decision to subscribe to Sellvia is the products and shipping! I've ordered multiple samples and sure enough, arrived within 3 business days and the honey salve foot balm was absolutely amazing! Packaged nicely and smelled so good! I am thoroughly impressed! I hope that's a hot product because I want to sell that as soon I am ready to market my store! Thanks Sellvia! You have earned my continuous business thus far!

I do not recommend anyone use this platform. I have been building an E-Commerce business for over 2 years and I was finally accepted to sell at Walmart.com marketplace and that is what I concentrated on. They are very strict with their policies so any cancelled orders or late shipping are strikes against you. Well, that is what happened with Sellvia. They would take my orders only to cancel them saying out of stock or they would not ship on time. The other day Walmart shut me down for too many strikes against me. 2 years and thousands of dollars later, my business failed. I contacted Sellvia and they said they were changing warehouses and it would not happen again. At this point I was still able to sell at Walmart, then the next 3 out of five orders were canceled by them due to being out of stock. Why would they take my order and then cancel it? Long story short, Walmart shut me down and I lost my business and I am now looking for a job. There are better drop shippers out there. I filed a complaint with BBB and requested a refund for all the money I paid them and all I got was an apology. Thanks for nothing Sellvia.
