Marie was extremely helpful. I encountered some challenges with the back end of my sight in relation to passwords. She comprehended the issue and addressed it promptly. She resolved the issue and sent me a new set of links with a new set of passwords. All within 12 hours. They don't just fix tech issues—they also have personal managers who give tips on ads and boosting store profits. On the downside: you can't predict how much you'll earn or when. Running a store, especially in the beginning, takes a lot of time and effort.

I'm really pleased with Sellvia. They seem professional, and things have started off well for me. Kylie, my business manager, has given me excellent tips on social media ads. I've set up accounts on almost every platform now (before, I mainly used Facebook). I've also joined forums and groups related to my niche. I've been at this for four months and have made 9 sales. Next, I want to try selling on Amazon to see how it goes. It's not happening overnight, but my business is moving forward.

Customer service can make or break an experience. So I hate when people there are rude or take ages to answer. This is why I love Sellvia so much! The girl who helped me (Anna) with importing my products was so polite, friendly and answered fast. They care about their clients and do not just take your money and then ignore you as some other companies do.

Customer support is one of the best things Sellvia offers. There are several dropshipping providers, and you need to compare their terms. But good support is priceless. In the beginning, when I was struggling with settings, I contacted them every day, even on weekend. Then Vicky took over my case, helping me install add-ons, rename and reorganize categories, set up the pixel, and learn how to use analytics. Now, because of her, I'm ready to buy all Sellvia packages! My admiration and respect!
