I closed my credit card match 24th. They told mi would Have my money wishing 14 days. It's April 30th and still no money. Customer service sucks they just send the same email over and over. Nobody is there to actually talk to you or help. They just say to "wait" or we can send it again in mail. After it's been a month. $#*! self. Their services wasn't even worth it. They just make money off you to temporarily raise your score

I was DISGUSTED with the lack of professionalism and educationof the representatives of the company. I was greeted with a lady who seemed and talked like she was from the worst part of the community that you could possibly imagine. Then the phone just hung up. We called back and got a senior citiizen who was deaf beyond any capacity to conduct business, especially in this business as this that deals with social security numbers and personal information! We were placed om hold for over 30 minutes literally and then a rep comes tho the line and says, "Hi, how can I help you!" Are you kidding me. After all wed been through with the deaf man. They hire anybody and dont take anything serious. What a waste of time!

They told me my account needs to be reviewed first and then I would get my payout? Y'all didn't need to review my account when y'all was taking my money so why now? The email I was suppose to receive about the review never came. Now my credit score is messed up and I'm out on my money.

Looking for a way to build credit or just trying to save money. Self is the best thing out there & after so long you will receive a Self Visa card. Your going to absolutely love your new card. Build credit & it really sticks to your Credit. You will start to see your hard work. The savings part is even better. After you have completed everything your money comes back to you.

I canceled my prescription with them 2 months ago and they sent it to the credit people because they didn't cancel it. I have lost 80 points because of these people. I've been hacked four times. Do not recommend horrible service. Can't speak to a supervisor. Do not recommend

Since joining self two years ago my credit has improved and thanks to self for giving me the opportunity to improve it and I recommend them to everyone cause wherever you stand you can improve and get it up there.

I started saving self credit builder for a few months now and when my contract ended on it's time for my payment I can't receive my money they told me that the money had deposited in my bank account when I called my bank to check if there is any money deposit in my bank account coming from self credit builder the bank told no I ask for ACH tracking number so I can fine out where my when on no one can tell me where did the money go.so if anyone out there saving with this company you need to close it no because it's Garrtee you are going get your money back

They closed my account without any objective justification, they withdrew money from my account and I've been waiting for weeks because they don't return and so far they don't want to, I filed a claim for damages. Stay away from this company.

I remember when I started the journey with self I started with a little faith but as I went on and taking the information they were providing me and follow the steps finally my credit score is where I it need it to be. Thank you SELF! P.S have trust and don't give up it's worth it.

My brother recommended this company to me to boost my credit over a year ago. I've been paying my bill on time every month but somehow they have been reporting to the Credit Bureau that I was late every month when I was paying on time. When I start with SELF, My credit score was 713. My credit score went down 133 points since I've been with this credit card company. I currently filed a Lawsuit on them. I plan on suing this company and exposing them for the frauds that they are.

I signed up and made frequent early payments with my card for 2 months and my score jumped 22 points upwards. Great card. My credit repair team Support.@ Royalfinancialrescue com deserve a shout out for a very helpful recommendation.

For of all you are using your own money lending it to yourself and they charge you a high interest rate on your own money and penalize you for being one day late on a payment and the staff is very rude

I signed up for a loan that was supposed to give me an X amount of money after paying oh so much money monthly. That oh so much money that I was supposed to be getting was the exact amount of money that I was paying monthly. So it's money that I already had that was being taxed extremely high. That's not what I signed up for. This company doesn't try to help you this company tries to rip you off. Once I pay off my credit card with them, I am getting rid of them for good. Watch what they say they word things differently!

Self reported on a completely different date than advised and different amount I paid. I am now 61 points down due to this. My due date is on the 7th but they reported whatever balance you have at the end of the month payment nearly 2 weeks earlier so every month my account is never showing paid nor on time. Even when I did pay the month before on the 31st they still reported on a different day and different amount then tell me I didn't make a payment. RUN! No one speck's English and you'll never get a complete answer from ANYONE! Customer service is a joke and they will hang up if you call bull$#*!.

Pleas don't use them they will mess your credit up!

I am trying to rebuild my credit and did this Self Inc program. There was no hard pull on my credit, I did get my 'refund' when it was done and they did update my credit files with the tradelines. So in that sense it did what it is supposed to do. But the interest rate is way to high for what this is. They do not actually loan you money, you just give money to them. So this is a savings account with a very high negative interest rate. You are paying them to put a positive tradeline in your credit report. Keep in mind a new account will actually lower your average account age and be a slight negative. But what they charge is too much for what they do. Many companies out there take advantage of those trying to rebuild their credit and this company is one of them.

Charged unnecessary fees for no reason, even after I have paid their service fees, literally took more than half of my deposit, didn't achieve much through them, so I canceled the account, I will not recommend it to anyone!

I came across Self a few months ago and debated on the effectiveness of its business model. I decided it was a no harm no foul way to build some extra credit so I did their max payment and figured I'd collect in three years. I set up an automatic payment for 150 per month for 3 years.

After my first payment I found out I was charged more than the 150 that I thought I signed up for. I figured it was a one time payment to get things started. The next month I got charged more. When I called up I found out they were charging me more than I agreed because I set up an automatic payment. I've never heard of being charged a penalty for setting up an automatic payment, additionally I was under the impression that was the only way to set up the account. They said no you could have done it manually. I asked them to refund me the last fee and I'd set up the manual payment. They said no. Every time I tried to talk to them they started to talk over me. I asked to close the account but that took me 30 minutes just to get them to understand why I was closing the account. They could care less.

Do business with them if they want I have no idea if I'm going to get my money anytime soon. I'm already out nearly $80 but it's not worth a company nickel and diming its customers.
