Not as ordered & no recourse! I ordered and paid extra for black out lining in "khaki" and they were made with white lining. I ordered & paid extra for full valance and the side valances are missing! I have tried for over two months to get the company to address these issues and they have failed. I sent photos as requested and followed up by phone & email. First, I was told For six weeks that they were checking with production, Then I was told they would make a new set of blinds and today I got an email saying that they were delivered as ordered and nothing more will be done. I cannot recommend this company at all! Very disappointed!
The blinds are not high quality and do not stay level at the top after the top-down option is used. Also, directions for installation were in only one of the packets of hardware - the one I opened AFTER I struggled and searched for on-line directions for the first window. The instructions were not visible from the outside of the plastic packet which could have been easily linked to show where to find them.
The blinds fit perfectly, all were delivered on time during a half price sale. The next order, I had to wait for a special blind to go on sale, got it half price. It was delivered timely. They all fit perfectly and were easy to put up.
Ordered and waited till after the promise date to contact them. Only to be told the date was moved forward. Waited till that day to contact them again. Most updates were by text but confirmed by email. Took longer than promised in the original order date by 2 weeks, was told it was due to customs? They are built in Mexico. I was under the assumption that they were made in the USA.

It was a little tricky sliding the blind into the brackets because of the movable part. I hung it by myself though
The bamboo shades I bought were beautiful! They were packaged well and there wasn't anything missing. They are so easy to install. The only reason I needed help was because of the size they were, 62x52. I would recommend them to anyone.
In filled out the exact window opening when ordering custom blinds. However they are to short, they technically are long enough however when you pull them down, they spring back up and leave a gap of about 3/4". These are blackout shades for our baby's room, so it's a problem. Be sure to add several inches to the length of your opening.

I am very pleased with the product. Customer service is great.I had a problem with delivery from FedEx and they remade the blinds for me without any issues.
My blinds are sitting on my floor. I am unable to hang them because nobody can tell me when the spacers that I ordered are going to be shipped. Every time I call customer service they give me the runaround. I tried escalating this to a manager and never got a call back. I'm about to return the blinds because I can't hang them. This is very unfortunate. I've ordered through select blinds many times in the past and spent quite a bit of money but yet no one can help me on this issue which seemingly is simple to resolve

The guidelines on how to measure were very straight forward. The guide you print to record all measurements is well designed and easy to use. When it is time to order, it is easy to fill in your measurements and put a label on each window, making it easier when your order arrives to place your blinds in each room and at each window. There are instructional videos to view, on how to install the brackets and hang your blinds. It is so satisfying to see the project completed, and use your blinds. Was very impressed!

Received my blind in a timely manner. The cordless pull down feature is almost impossible to w/o pulling the blind off the wall. Customer service calls were initiated on three different occasions. Each time I would get a different service rep who would promise to review my file and get back with me. None of them did. Problem is not resolved.

Fairly easy to navigate the process. Free samples were really appreciated and helped make the best selection.
I am a return customer and have been completely happy with the products I have ordered in the past. My most recent order i placed I'm disappointed. The brackets to mount the shade can only be mounted one way. The top of my window is arched therefore the mounts don't work. Customer service stated there is nothing they offer to mount the shade and nothing they can do. They referred me to an outside company for assistance. They also stated they would not refund me despite the shade being in an unopened box. Very disappointed in the lack of assistance.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
