I like the option to select and order direct but the measurements are hard to follow. I messed up and they are 2 inches too short bc the picture showing how to measure was a little confusing. The quality is good though.

Find a company that cares. SelectBlinds isn't it! I paid $163 for two blinds. Turns out my windows aren't perfectly square, so they didn't fit. Not being a window expert, it's not terribly surprising that I didn't know this. But SelectBlinds IS an expert, right? After multiple rounds with customer service who said "too bad, so sad", I ended up speaking with their "Brand Ambassador" who advised that their COST to make those two blinds is almost $140. Really? Taking shipping into account, he's basically telling me they make less than 5% profit on an $80 blind. The company would go broke. I'm now out $163 on worthless blinds.

The website was easy to navigate, the directions for measuring my window before ordering were very clear, my custom-made blinds arrived very quickly and were very easy to install. Very happy with the cordless blinds we selected. Excellent quality.

I am ordering blinds for the last two window. Now all the rooms in our home will have Select Blinds. I can't say enough about them--they darken the room completely, or let in the view of the plants in our greenhouse when we want. We get so many compliments on them.
I had to pay for blinds twice I purchased the insurance then they say I didn't. The help line was horrible to deal with. 5 hours of phone time

I've recommended select blinds to family and friends. My sister loved her blinds!
Purchased 5 blinds they were easy to install and look clean and elegant in the windows. I love them even though 2 were damaged in shipping. Claim has been in filed and is currently pending.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
