We purchased custom order roller shades with the acculift features. You are supposed to be able to adjust where you want the shade without ratcheting it. These shades will still roll up on their own, and some won't go up when trying to adjust. There's a small mechanism you use to try to decrease or increase tension, but it just feels like you spin it and spin it with zero difference made in tension reduction or increase. We also ordered a larger size in width to keep the sides from allowing light in, and it's still very light in the room. For sure not blacking out the room. Has not seemed worth the money.

I didn't want a noticeable shade on my window but needed something to block the heat from the sun in the mornings. The solar shade I ordered is perfect. You can hardly notice it when retracted and it does a great job shielding the hot sun.

If you're doing internal blinds, order an inch to inch and a half shorter than your window gap. It may say that on the site, but I failed to do that. They fit! Just a little snug
I order one blind from you and I received a very low quality and broken blind, upon receiving the part, I claimed for warranty and refund! Now it is more than three weeks that I am being passed between different departments and no refund has been issued yet! So disappointing and poor customer service!

I had to get blinds for my new house. I measured twice, went to the website and put in my measurements- checked 3 times! They were perfect! Arrived quickly, look beautiful, and were easy to install!
The blind arrived dimensioned exactly as I had measured for and were installed without a hitch. The workmanship was excellent although the instructions could have been much cleared but we figured them out
I have ordered two blinds and am about to order my third from here. The ordering process is very easy, shipping is quick and install is easy. Our windows are very large, 70 to 85 inches long, and I was worried how they would actually fit, but it's been perfect. These are better quality than what big box stores carry, we are very happy with our purchases.
Have not installed yet, will let you know if there are any problems.
The products are great--however, the installation was a major nightmare! The paper instructions were super unclear. The company should have an installation video on their site for the sideways cellular shades on a patio door. We found something on youtube that helped, but it was still frustrating because it wasn't even the same brand. Thank God my husband was patient and determined to figure it out, otherwise we would have sent them back. Now that the blind is up, it is gorgeous AND functional--helping keep out the cold. It was just a bear to figure out the installation.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
