Great price on woven wood blinds. They all fit perfectly and raise and lower nicely with no cords. We do have one of the 7 that we ordered that sits slightly unlevel when lifted. Will probably move that to another window that will stay down majority of time.

Better than Expected

I surprised my wife with a beautiful custom made Roman shade for our kitchen and she absolutely loves it! The cor, texture, build quality and lifting mechanism. It replaced a 2" slat blind that was soooo heavy that she couldn't lift it to let adequate light in, but this new blind is so easy to lift up and pull down with no cables or rods! I highly recommend!

First time with this online company.

Ordering was easy. Delivery took longer than expected. We just installed them however, one month after delivery, so timing wasn't a huge issue. The cordless retraction on our roman shades is a little clunky...especially for the larger window. They are actually a pain to operate, but all four roman shades operate the same so I think it is not a defect in the mechanism - just a cheap mechanism. I would likely not order from here again. Next time I will go back to the previous company I ordered form.

Beautiful blinds

We bought select blinds 15 years ago. And now we have new windows with some slightly different sizes. So the ordering process went well as we checked and double-checked to make sure we got it right. We also ordered some blinds for Windows that had some traditional vertical blinds we wanted to go top down bottom up on everything. The clips to install them are a little different so I was frustrated on the first one. But they were actually very easy I was just making it hard after the first one everything went perfectly well. Great blinds love the top down bottom up

Not impressed

I got the basic exposed roller version. I like not putting a cover over it but the brackets stick out and look ugly. My biggest gripe is that when I pull down to roll it back up, it doesn't go. I have to push it up and then roll it from the top.

Good Quality, Priced Right

This purchase was just roller shades. They're priced to match the chain stores, but are much better in quality.

Quality and accuracy of sizing blinds is great. Production and shipping times are not. 2 months from order to delivery. Quality, I would recommend, If you are in a hurry, I would not.

Can not get new blind to work

We were able to clamp the main unit on the window frame and it is secured firmly. However, when we try to install the blind to the frame above, we can not get it to snap into place or stay in place. So, it is completely unusable!
