Beware of this company. I would advise you to use Home Depot or elsewhere that guarantees the sizing for custom blinds. I purchased from selectblinds.com and they were supposed to remove 3/8 inch but they did not, despite it being clearly stated on their website showing how to measure. I then protest the case and am told that they are still allowed to make a 1/8 error +\- in the cut which is not stated. I received the blinds they didn't fit due to this easy out they give themselves. Now they refuse to refund or even correct the mistake. Don't trust them, cheap product, poor customer service, feels like a scam.
I submitted an email with video, blinds are not working correctly and no response. Customer service informed me to submit the video and that was over a week ago.

I used a design specialist who was very helpful but inadvertently didn't understand (language barrier?) the final width dimensions.
Even though attempts were made to correct this pre mfg, I ended up with $1,000 blinds that don't fit

The guidelines for measuring blinds were very easy to follow and they fit perfectly in the space! They look very nice and I love the locking feature on the handle! Will definitely be ordering again!

I was told a new order would be set up a week ago to exchange out of original order. Nothing has been done except satisfaction surveys. I can't in my right mind recommend this company...took my money, told me different order would be set up, nothing has been done in last 10 days...very disappointed

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
