The product I ordered came standard with PVC backing. The product received did not have it on it. When I reached out to customer service it was a recording and they immediately sent me a text. They finally followed up with an email that contained a number to call. I called and was told the PVC backing was an add on. I informed them I had taken a picture of the description and had sent it to the text number. After much back and forth they said they saw the text and asked me to send pictures and they would replace the order, this didn't happen. I told the customer service rep. That I was now engaged in three conversations, text, email and him and asked how they would coordinate to make sure this was corrected, he assured me not to worry. Which I in turn told him I was and that is why I was asking. He told me to send pictures and they would get back with me within 48 hours. I told him he had initially stated we were on a recorded line, reluctantly he said yes. I then stated very clearly that he had agreed the wrong product was shipped and it would be corrected, reluctantly he said yes. It has been several weeks and I have not received a response from anyone. I guess the good thing is the blinds were 50% off when I ordered them. RUN - DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

Ordering was easy. Many options of colors. Clear instructions for measuring width and length, inside or outside mount, which side of shade for pull chain, type of valance finish, etc. Very affordable.

I ordered a set of blinds on 15JUL2025 from this company and received the blinds on Friday 25JUL2025. This was my fourth set total that I have ordered from this company. Went to install blinds on Saturday 26JUL2025 and found out they are 1/4" too short and that is if you are measuring plastic piece to plastic piece. If measuring actual blinds it is shorter than that. Called the company and the customer service rep barely spoke enough English to understand me and then hung up on me. I called back after getting hung up on and got the same customer service rep. I told him what the measurements are for my window which is the exact measurements of what I ordered yet they made them too short. He then had me send him a picture of with me measuring the blinds to prove that they are much shorter than what I ordered. He then said that he will send the issue to another department and they will get back with me on Sunday 28JUL2025 yet I still have not received a call, email or even the correct size blinds. All I asked for was for them to correct their mistake and send me the blinds in the correct size which is what I put in my order. Since I order blackout blinds and them sending them shorter than what I order makes it so that light still comes in on both sides of the window.

The customer service is outsourced and they are terrible to work with. The product was just awful and now I'm stuck with them because they won't let me return them. Seriously go to Lowe's because at least then you can see the actual product you're going to get. This was the cheapest ugliest material I've ever seen. Not happy at all

Select Blinds is a five star company! Ordering, delivery and the appearance of the blind after it had been installed were all top notch.
If the blind is as great as the ease of shopping, I will be very pleased.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
