Everything was pretty simple, from ordering to installation. Blinds seem like good quality, work well, and look nice.

The sales people and web sites were easy to navigate

I appreciated the ability to take a picture of my window and get assistance in measuring.

Worked out perfectly, from measuring, to ordering and installing!

There is a disagreement about whether I entered correct measurements or they processed the measurements wrong. I have paid $550 for 2 motorized blinds that I cannot use because they are too wide, and apparently because I spent extra money for the motorization, I don't qualify for the FIT guarantee. It's not good business, when someone pays extra for something, to have that disqualify them from the guarantee. Not a fan, and won't be ordering from this company ever again, and will advise anyone looking to buy blinds not to use them.

Process was very easy. The measuring process was very helpful and easy. I am very satisfied with the construction and look of the product

My new shades were just the right touch to finish my newly remodeled kitchen. My only criticism was there installation instructions, while easy to install, I would strongly suggest that the installation instructions include a recommendation about the number of brackets to use to hang your shades or blinds. For example, shades up to 30 inches required two brackets, shades 30 to 59 required three, etc.

No valance, can't move the control shade, blind very thin poor quality

Easy process from ordering samples to ordering blinds. The faux wood blinds I purchased look great. Only had one problem. I put the wrong length on one and unfortunately was not able to use that blind. Also I forgot to put in the $50 off coupon I had and so did not get that. Make sure to everything before submitting!

Great product at reasonable prices! The blinds are beautiful and easy to order.

We order two different color of zebra shades, a total of 13 all together. One set (5) is great quality. The other set (7) were made in a different factor and are the cheapest feeling and worst quality product I have ever felt. I contacted them about it and they insulted me by telling me they would give me 10% off of my next order and that is all they could do.

Order process was nice but blinds are cheap and I thought the Valance was going to be one piece which was one of the reasons for ordering. The valance has a visable line as we cannot quite get them to line up perfectly.

Also, the knobs at the end of the stings keep coming off.

No one could tell me where my order was after I was told the date it was to be shipped.

This is the second time we had ordered blinds and it was another good experience. We find the website easy to use. The blinds were delivered within the time frame given. Everything is very well marked so you don't get confused as to which goes where. We ordered a blackout blinds and into their job. We plan on ordering again in the future.

Great blinds and easy installation and easy to order

I had order on hold FOREVER. I do not like ordering what I cannot see in person first. I hit the order button. Had a change. Called. They changed the color. A few days later. Arrived! I opened the box. Packaged well. Fit to perfection. Beauriful color. Excellent quality. I could totally pitch this as a commercial to sell and I am not a salesman. I qent from 10 blinds ro 5 because i made them to fit 2 windows. I was skeptic with all the new experimwnts. But. WOW! PERFECT!

The blinds showed up accurately and fit perfectly. Looking forward to doing more business in the future

Haven't received them yet, but know it will be great. Such a great price
