Nothing but issues here, all except the quality of the shade itself. I bought motorized roller shades to black out my oversized sliding door.
First I ordered the optional cornice to house the roller shad since it is exposed above the doorway. Only 1 of the 2 shades arrived with that. This was confirmed by customer service and is being sent, hopefully soon.
Next the motors come pre-programmed to top and bottom positions. Mine is programmed to simply jog, which means I need to do a full reset and reprogram the motor. The reviews online tell you to use your remote, but the remote they shipped me does not work in the same process shown, so that's no help. I can't hang the 2nd shade until the cornice arrives so I might as well not re-program the first until the 2nd is hung. I need to re-link the shade to the remote and hub station once factory reset so I get to do the process all over atleast once.

I'm very happy with our blinds. We were able to order some samples which was awesome! We ordered the drill less blinds but ended up having to use some screws due to the size, but we love them!
