I ordered blinds online when I realized nobody wanted to come to my rural area to do just 3 windows. I ordered samples of the colors I thought I might like and that was very helpful. Measurement was easy and the blinds came quickly. My husband had no problem with the installation. I just live them and I'm sure I saved several hundred dollars!

I ordered a Roman shadeand I ordered it too short. Select Blinds remade my blind and I just paid for the extra fabric needed. I received it quickly and love the new shade!
I had trouble trying to get discount hen ordering so I only ordered what I had to have. Received conflicting emails as to when it was shipped and had someone hang it for me when I was away. Extremely upset when I got home with the color and poor quality of product.Talked to Erin in coustmer service and sent pictures per her request. Now I get another email asking for a review. Very unhappy and will never order again. Is this what you wanted to hear.?

We are still waiting to receive one set so I'm not sure I should be reviewing it. I can review the shipping and say it's less than stellar. The blinds we did receive are working great.

Took a few extra days to process because it didn't take apple pay then kept saying wrong address… finally used my debit card? Another issue was that they were extended on getting my blinds to me because of production so that was a little bit of an issue, but overall pretty satisfied with their blinds.

I was looking for blinds to match the ones in our new house and came across the select blinds website. Ordering was super easy and they had a great selection to choose from. Best thing was they were having a sale so I got custom blinds cheaper than the generic ones I would have gotten at the chain hardware store down the street. They came quickly and went in very easily.

The light blocking cellular shades I ordered fit perfectly, look fabulous, block all the light, and are exactly what I wanted. I am extremely pleased. Shipping was quick considering they were custom made to a specific size. Installation was so easy (husband handled that part and was thrilled with the hardware included). Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
