I got online, ordered samples, then spoke with a consultant who answered all my questions and helped me place my order. Blinds were delivered quickly, were able to be installed easily and are just what I wanted!
I have purchased several blinds, shades and woven blinds. Love them all. Fast shipping arrived without any problems. My only negative on my woven blinds are that 2 the lift mechanism stopped working. They were covered under warranty and easily replaced. They definitely honor their warranty. My only concern is when my warranty runs out. No issues with any of the other blinds and shades.

Fast shipping. Installation was easy. Instructions could have more information. For example, is there a way to check on the status of the battery? I don't know if there is or is not. Blind doesn't always open on the first try in the morning. I don't know why.

These blinds where so easy and so fast to install. I love the top down bottom up blinds. I can close the bottom to keep my dogs from barking, the tops down so I don't loose my view or the daylight.
