I spoke to a rep (Zachery?) who helped me with my order and was very polite and professional. I received multiple emails letting me know details about my order and I received them pretty quickly. They were packed well and arrived in perfect condition. I ordered for 5 windows and they all fit perfectly!

These blinds are a beautiful neutral color and seem very well made and sturdy. The wider cells look perfect in a large window. Very glad I bought them.

This was a "DEFECTIVE" blind! I called to have it replaced NOT as a WARRANATY replacement, but DEFECTIVE as I didn't want it to go down on our account as ANOTHER warranty replacement. So far we've spent $500+ and had 2 blinds needing warranty replacement and 1 defective right out of the box. I'm beginning to wish I'd chosen a different company.

The installation instructions for these blinds are beyond poor. The first track installation pictures are upside down, opposite of how they should be installed. The diagram further into the instructions is the correct one when the blinds are being installed in the track, but it doesn't make sense until you are trying to fit the blinds in the groove. Poor diagrams, poor written instructions.

Ordering custom shades was simple and we love the end result! We ordered several samples which made choosing what we wanted easy. Customer service person spoke English and answered all of our questions. We ordered 5 custom blinds and they came sooner than expected and were exactly what we wanted. We will be repeat customers!

I was skeptical about the measurements because I have been burned before but measured the windows as it said and they fit perfectly. I have had them come too big or too small from past purchases from other companies but this company was spot on! I will be buying more in the future!

We ordered the No Tools style shades and love them! I put six shades up in about 30 minutes - what?!

Need more color selection good blinds affordable price

I ordered blinds online when I realized nobody wanted to come to my rural area to do just 3 windows. I ordered samples of the colors I thought I might like and that was very helpful. Measurement was easy and the blinds came quickly. My husband had no problem with the installation. I just live them and I'm sure I saved several hundred dollars!
