Great quality shades but terrible customer support. Bought three motorized honeycomb shades and all three of them had the same problem.with the motorized wand not operating properly when first installed. Programming them with the instructions provided took a lot of trial and error settings before I got them to operate properly. Also contacting customer support was difficult at best snd the help provided by their Chat support was not very helpful. There needs to be more person to person support instead of just providing videos and pdfs that only address general problem situations and not specific ones. It is a shame customer support is bad because the quality and price of the shades is very good. Will ptonsbly not buy any more shades from them because if the of customer support
When purchasing, I must have accidentally touched the drop down menu and it moved to a different size without me noticing. Thought that was too good a price for a 52" blind 🤣. Unfortunately, can't use them and will give them away since they are not returnable. I didn't contact customer service since it was my mistake.
Ordering to replace a 9 year old Slectblind. Placing the order was easy. Replaced old mounts with new ones and the new blind snapped right in. Very pleased.
So easy to install. Fit perfectly to all of our windows. They look amazing in our house. Easy to keep clean. If you are unsure about buying these, just do it they are awesome!
I ordered two no drill blinds and they were up and ready to go within 10 minutes of taking them out of the box. They work great and look great, perfect!

Shades were supposed to be drop off back to prevent light around edges. Came front drop. Blackout shades. Called to report error. Was told I would have to repurchase them. Then++++++++++++++

This is my second time ordering from SelectBlinds. They have been very efficient and the blind sizes are the exact fit to our measurements. They are very easy to install too.
My order for the blinds was easy to customize and they arrived carefully packaged. Installation was easy and they look great in our home. I'm very glad to have purchased them!
Blinds were reasonably priced and easy to order. Arrived in a timely manner and fit perfectly. Should I have the need to replace more blinds, I will definitely return to SelectBlinds.
The blinds arrived on time. It took us a few weeks before we put them up. They are beautiful! The windows we put them on are all different sizes. The handles to rise & lower are very helpful too.
We were able to customize our Levolor blinds and get the Tdesired color. Easily done. Looking forward to seeing product. The process went smoothly. Shades were easy to install and the programming of remote was simple. Highly recommend.
Ordered two replacement blinds because two that I ordered before warranty was extended to 5 years broke. Waited for the Black Friday pricing because there was no way I was paying normal prices for replacements, even after some minimal discounting. Messed up and gave the wrong shipping address. I was repeatedly told there was nothing that could be done to update the address. On the day the blinds were delivered a day earlier that the delivery date to the wrong address, customer service told me I could pay $21 to have the blinds redirected.

We have ordered from SB before and loved the experience. This time there was a delay in delivery. Nothing awful as we were not in a hurry to get the blinders installed but less than the perfection we were used to receiving. Blinds themselves fit exactly as specified. High quality and easy to install. We will look to SB when we need other blinds.
I purchased new shades with a blackout liner. Measurements fit perfectly, easy to install and the blackout option has made all the difference in our bedroom.
This is my second purchase. I'm very happy with both. I spent more on window shades, but got everything I expected! We love them!
This purchase was just roller shades. They're priced to match the chain stores, but are much better in quality.
Placed order 11/23 - ordered 10 blinds at over $1400. Received 1 blind on 12/12/24.4 more on 12/13.1 more on 12/18. Still waiting on last 4 blinds and after the 4 call to select blinds, waiting at least 20 mins each time, given a tracking number that is not correct. Never thought it would be so bad. Holidays are here and I still do not have window covers. Now have to try calling again, on hold at least 20 mins, outsources call to another country. You got my money long ago, which is a lot to me. I don't have what I already paid for. Just shameful!

The blinds were too wide. The website didn't explain how to do the measurements well. It also didn't come with a rod to hang the curtains. That was not made clear when the order was placed.

This was my second order from Select Blinds. I again, ordered the type that just snap in. No tools! After opening the box, my top down, bottom up blind was hung within five minutes! I'll be back!
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
