These blinds are fabulous!

This was my second order from Select Blinds. I again, ordered the type that just snap in. No tools! After opening the box, my top down, bottom up blind was hung within five minutes! I'll be back!

Nice shades; mounting brackets leave something to be desired.

Shades themselves are nice. Ordering and shipping, all good. Installing them; not so much. The first problem I encountered on installation was the "clip-on" mounting brackets offer ZERO tolerance for uneven walls of an older house. Select Blinds say nothing about an outside mount with traditional window casing. If you attempt to install the mounting clips directly to the wall the roll shades will drag across the top piece of window casing. This means you have to first shim out enough so that the roll shades don't drag across the window casing. That means cutting and installing a mounting board under the shade box, then installing the "clip-on" mounting brackets to that board. After you've accomplished all that, the pull chain has, for the roll shades a bottom "locking pulley" that needs to be installed to the wall. The instructions for this are a poorly put together "pictogram." Detail on this 2 screw installation is extremely important because if you install the "locking pulley" too high, it will not function correctly and you will have re-install it lower which means making new holes in the wall. If they were to provide actual instructions instead of a poorly printed "pictogram " perhaps you might avoid this mistake.

Shades match

Perfect match to earlier order. But the remote control wireless hub for previous order never worked and they don't seem to be planning to remedy the situation.

Beautiful, say to install and to use

Easy to order and install and operate. These were made to order so they fit windows. Mine are about an inch too short but must have been my measurement because all my other zebra blinds fit perfectly

Customer service not getting back to me.

The blinds are great but one track does not work. I reached out to customer service and they had me send a video and have not heard back yet and did jot receive replacement. Very disappointed. You have to wait on hold for an hour and then no one helps you. I am hoping to get a resolution on this. We have been customers for years and referred many friends and family.

Always exactly what I want

I have ordered from select blinds before and I have never been disappointed. The measurements are always exact and the installation is fairly simple with the use of power tools. The blackout shades are perfect for my son's room and the price was right for the high quality.

1st time buyer.

Blinds were very nice.they didn't ship 6 sets of brackets (ordered 11 blinds). We called customer service and they were very helpful. We received 3 sets of brackets,they appeared to be dropped shipped from supplier. I emailed and live chated with customer service again and explained that we are still short 3 sets of brackets. I think they understand and shipped but I have not received a confirmation yet.

Pleased with these blinds

If I stretch out the blinds, they reach the dimensions given. But once released, they contract and are 1" short. I'd suggest you add 1" to the actual length of the blinds you need.

These are great!

I purchased some paper accordion shades from Wayfair and they ripped almost immediately (get what you pay for I guess). I replaced with these - the quality is great, super easy to install and no strings or poles and you can pull them up/down and tilt them. I'll be buying 3 more for my dining room.

It was fairly easy. The measurements are what stress me out. But they were not that hard. I was worried the blinds wouldn't fit but they were perfect. I had thought I had ordered no drill blinds but when I received them we needed to install them. Measured for the placement of the fasteners and the first screw the head snapped completely off. We were installing the blinds in oak woodwork. Left it set for a few days and came back to it. Chose a little larger drill bit to drill the hole and the rest went up beautifully.
