We had a large range of cellular shades in terms of colors, materials and sizes from which to make our choice. Samples we choose to review in our home were exact duplicates of the material and color we ordered and were delivered fast and with one delivery. Shades were perfectly cut to our customized sizes and delivered on or before their projected delivery date.
The installation video for outside mount gave me some useful info on width and length dimensions. I'll know when I install them.

After contacting a few local stores and the big box home improvement retailers we decided to take advantage of the sale offerings of Select Blinds.
The price was really great on the Levelor blinds we selected and our order got shipped really quickly.
I think they were delivered about 4 days after ordering! The fit was precise and as ordered.
All the blinds came packaged very securely and arrived in exceptional condition.
We have one more large patio covering needed and if the price is right I'll order from Select Blinds again,
I had a great ordering experience but one of the blinds came with the inside spring broken so the blind would never work. I called and emailed and uploaded a video and followed up again and to date I have never heard back from customer service. I'm a little disappointed considering I bought 13 blinds.
The blinds are a little short because they do not account for the fold at the bottom. Also - you can see the strings in the back making them look a little cheap. Otherwise a good experience and decent product for the money.
After ordering fabric samples, I chose a William Morris design for 3 roman shades. I followed the window measuring directions and the shades fit perfectly. Very happy with their look and cordless movement up and down.
I easily received a sample to match with my other blinds. The new blind came with no problem, was easy to install and works great! I love the cordless!

This is my second order from select blinds. Being a returning customer shows my confidence in this product. Delivery updates are lacking ABs could be better.
It was stressful; not on the part of SelectBlinds, but on my end. They explain measuring very well, but I could decide exactly how I wanted the blinds to fall on my bedroom windows. I would have loved inside mount, but we have replacement windows and that meant outside mount.
Whew, I've figured out what I want, the order has been placed. Now it's getting the blinds and installing. They are very easy to work with. I even called for help on explanations and Jessica was very helpful.
Work with them, call them, order from them... you'll be glad you did.
Ordered from Select Blinds and received the blinds quickly. Sizing was correct and they installed easily. Good value as there was a sale. Would recommend.
I love these blinds and I want them all over my house except the ones I ordered were under "no mount" filter and when I got them, we had to mount them to the wall. Oh well, they still look and work great!
Trying to replace a non functional shade received december17. Nothing but runaround. Asked repeatedly to send video and pictures. The shade came off the roll, broke a vase, landed in clump on the floor. What more do you need to see?

I was missing the valance ends for one set of blinds. I called customer service, request #******* (they were very nice) and was assured that the missing parts would be sent. That was February 13.
I wanted a blind to pull down from the top and yes, it does the job. My only complaint is you have to use 2 hands to lower it and a lot of the times its uneven and can be hard to make it even.

Purchased 5 blinds they were easy to install and look clean and elegant in the windows. I love them even though 2 were damaged in shipping. Claim has been in filed and is currently pending.
I found the processes and product of select blinds to be excellent! The processes of measuring and selecting blinds was super easy using their worksheet and online ordering. I did call customer support with a small question to be sure. I was measuring my window correctly-- I talked with a human almost immediately (no ridiculous robo to navigate), and was able to finish filling out my work sheet quickly. Filling out my online order form. Took a few minutes to fill in all the details for each blond, but it's pretty straightforward (I live in rural area so my internet is slow, so it took a while to go back and forth entering details for each blind-- if you have decent internet speed it should be a breeze.) I love how the company lets you know exactly what is going on once you have submitted your order-- you can track progress on the production of your blinds, and their delivery. When I received my blinds, they were super easy to install and fit perfectly. They look fabulous and give an excellent upgrade to the appearance of my tiny house guest bedroom, living room, and kitchen! I think their pricing is excellent. I'm totally satisfied and highly recommend ordering from Select Blinds.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
